1. They are called “Particles that resemble the VERB” because like the transitive verb
(‫ي‬ِ‫ه‬‫د‬َ‫ع‬َ‫ـ‬‫ت‬ُ‫م‬ْ‫ل‬‫ا‬ ُ‫ل‬ْ‫ع‬ِ‫)الف‬ they govern two words.
2. These particles appear before the nominal sentence (ُ‫ة‬َّ‫ي‬ِْ‫ْس‬ِْ‫اْل‬ ُ‫ة‬َ‫ل‬ْ‫م‬ُْ‫)اْل‬ which has a subject
(‫أ‬َ‫د‬َ‫ت‬ْ‫ـ‬‫ب‬ُ‫)م‬ and predicate ( َ‫ب‬َ‫)خ‬

which becomes known as
Ism Inna (َ‫ن‬ِ‫إ‬ ُ‫م‬ْ‫س‬ِ‫)ا‬ and a
dammah to the predicate
( َ‫ب‬َْ‫ْل‬َ‫ا‬) which become known
as Khabr inna ( َّ‫ن‬ِ‫إ‬ ُ‫ر‬َ‫ـ‬‫ب‬َ‫)خ‬
