2. Actually thinking and writing about TOTAL STRESS
MANAGEMENT is only a relatively superficial step; and
follows the understanding and practice of TOTAL
STRESS MANAGEMENT or SUPERLIVING.
But it is not synonymous with the “experiencing” or
“actually being in TOTAL STRESS MANAGEMENT or
SUPERLIVING” per se.
But writing about TOTAL STRESS MANAGEMENT
and SUPERLIVING; helps us to crystallize our
understanding and consolidate our conviction about the
scope and benevolence of the dynamic process of TOTAL
STRESS MANAGEMENT or SUPERLIVING.
Through various activities included in TOTAL STRESS
MANAGEMENT or SUPERLIVING; we begin to
experience our empowerment as SUN and “see” the
STRESS as only momentary fog! This is the realization
of our true self and the most important culmination of
the victorious process of TOTAL STRESS
MANAGEMENT or SUPERLIVING! Till such time; we
live only as “caricatures of ourselves” and get pitiable,
hysterical, guilty, violent, obsessive, aggressive, phobic,

3. baffled, depressed, and frustrated and so on by STRESS
(the environment inside and outside us)!
TOTAL STRESS MANAGEMENT or SUPERLIVING
therefore can also be called; the process of SELF
EXPLORATION and SELF REALIZATION; that
ensures universally benevolent solutions.
Theoretically; this is possible through various means. But
from my own experience I can accept the blame of being
repetitive and once again reaffirm that NAMASMARAN
is the only universal process that can be acceptable to all
religious and non religious elements in every nook and
corner of the world, which is the essential core of
TOTAL STRESS MANAGEMENT or SUPERLIVING.
We should not merely believe, disbelieve, imagine,
conjecture, or theorize casually; about what is written
here; and should not develop presumptions, prejudices,
liking, acceptance, disliking, rejection or respect; and
should not go into uncertainty, dilemma, indecision,
wavering, and vacillations! In stead; we should accept it
provisionally and actually study and practice TOTAL
STRESS MANAGEMENT or SUPERLIVING and its
core the NAMASMARAN; and verify.
