The use of terminology “Stress” in our daily conversation has increased. Though we all talk so much about the stress it often isn’t clear what stress really is about all? We are well aware of some terms which are used synonymously for stress. These terms are stress, strain, conflict, burnout, depression, and pressure. Stress may be understood as a state of tension experienced by individuals facing extraordinary demands, constraints or opportunities. The pressures of modern life, coupled with the demands of a job, can lead to emotional imbalances that are collectively labeled ‘Stress’.

  73. 73. Bad News first People experiencing High-Level of STRESS with belief that STRESS is HARMFUL had 43% increased risk of dying.
  74. 74. Good News People experiencing High-Level of STRESS with belief that STRESS is NOT HARMFUL had LOWEST risk of dying
  75. 75. Several premature death were reported during the 8 years period of study.
  76. 76. Surprisingly STRESS was NOT the cause for the premature deaths.
  77. 77. BELIEVING that STRESS is bad for the health was the cause for the premature deaths.
