Introduction
In the beginning teacher explains the students that the lesson will be conducted by
two teachers, English and ICT teacher. Students were explained that some parts of
the lesson would be done on computers with the help of their ICT teacher.
Motivation
Teacher just tells the students the generaltopic of the lesson-ANIMALS. That is also
written on the blackboard. Students should come and write all the animals they can
think of. After that teacher asks which of the animals from the bord have they seen
live.
Tacher now tells students that in the today's lesson they will talk mainly about the
animals that live in a nearby nature park Kopački rit. Students give their suggestions
about what animals could that be.
Main part
Activity one- Students do an exercise on their computers in which they have to
look at the pictures of different animals. After they see the name of an animal they
have to click on a correct picture. They have 30 seconds to do that. Student who
manage to do it in shortest time will get a prize. Animals in the exercise are: duck,
goose, deer, boar, turle, snake, eagle, stork and phaesant.
After they finsh the exercise, they have to translate the names of the animals in
Croatian
Activity two- Next thing students have to do is recognize the sounds that different
animals produce. On their computers they have an exercise in which they hear a
sound of an animal, and they have to guess which animal is that, and then we
checked if they are right. After they hear all the sounds and connect the sounds
with the right animal, next step for the students is to use the programe audicity.

compostition. They have to cut the sounds and put them togetherusing for example
echo and other features of the program After they finish we listen to some of their
compositions. In this activity students have to use their ict skills, but also their
music skills.
Activity four- Students have to use the program LOGO to draw the animals we
were talking about.First they get the commands for logo projected on the board,
and the teacher just reminds them what each command is for, since they have
already used it before
