2. Roles and Responsibilities:
People Management:
• Stream lining the work and managing the complete setup of 32 Teaching and 60 Non-teaching staff
(Including housekeeping and transport)
• HR generalist for local school staff and reporting to HR head in head office, Mumbai.
• Set up the code of conducts and other discipline guidelines for teachers, students, non-teaching staff,
drivers, housekeeping and security staff.
