Responsibilities:
 Ensures that all member of factory Sales team clearly understand
the vision and objectives of the plant and are committed to
achieving them.
 Development of effective strategies in conjunction with regional
and plant team to secure significant market share to dominate the
market in the area and to achieve the objective and target of
Output, Market share, Selling Price, Gross Margin and Operational
cost.
 Regularly reviews and monitors effectiveness of such strategies
with plant team to ensure that changes in market conditions, actual
result and performance analysis in comparison with those of our
competitors are incorporated in the plans and objectives.
 Ensures the achievement of output budget and collection forecast
figures set by the management through the effective management
of the team and utilization of equipment/ resources in accordance
with the policies of the company.
 Carry out performance Appraisal of staff, jointly with the Regional
Manager and Regional Function managers, in line with company
guidelines.
 Appraise the staff according to their performance and encourage
them for future required position or replacement
 Ensure clear communication through daily meetings that cover
- Customer complaints and compliance
- Service to existing and new customers
- Market information
 Delegates responsibilities to concern active member of staff.
 Implement and manage company policies and procedures relating
to sales, customer service and receivables.
 Maintain close relationship with customers and ensure they are
served the best way possible.
 Develop good relationship with relevant governmental agencies.
 Install jointly with the regional Sales Manager, appropriate market
intelligence system in the area to gather information about the
activities of competitors and customers, market trends, contract
awards, and new opportunities...
 Ensures collections are achieved in line with monthly forecast and
set targets.
