-Successfully Coordinated the 3 days World Peace Summit 2020 in
Johannesburg February 2020. Invited Aido Network 21 kings, queens,

the keynote speakers at the Summit. The summit was attended by local
Royals, professionals, humanitarians, and business owners and community

Focuses on Business management skills training for rural and peri urban
women and youth.
Highlights: Managed to secure partnernership within the first month of
formalizing the organisation, the partnership was to implement projects in
eNqutu KwaZulu Natal in the 17 districts under His Royal Highness Kgosi B
Molefe. In 2019, we successfully trained about 100 Rural women to better
manage their businesses. They graduated in February 2020. 30 of those are
active in their business and they continued into next level of mentorship to
grow further – January to March 2020.
Furthermore, the Arts Crafters continue to supply customers in Johannesburg
with hand made Beads accessories.
Ateker International Development Organisation (Aido Network Global)
Chairperson / Executive Director SA – 2019 – Current
An NGO with head office in UK and Germany, focusing on promoting
development in Africa using Culture as a vehicle. Partnership role – Strategic
international projects
Highlights: I managed to establish and officially registered the Aido Network
SA Chapter. Selected the board members. The Chapter was launch in
February 2020. Recently established another division within Aido Network,
called Aido Youth which now has about seventy members these are
graduates

Started as Professional Assistant to the CEO. I moved to Operations
department where I held different positions and final position held was
Quality Control Manager with 14 team members reporting to me.
Highlight: I managed to streamline the processes and systems to achieve
effective results. Also focused the human resources according to their
strength and knowledge of the business.
-Initiated the Majwaneng Project aimed at getting staff to interact with
CEO on monthly basis in a form of Focus Groups.
- -Created the Quality Control instrument for Call Centre Staff.

Highlights - Setting up the industry requirements and compliance. Setting
up payroll and financial processes. Ensuring effective administration of the

 Conducted a business management skills training in partnership with SAIL in Crafters businesses.
 Managed to help the beneficiaries to find markets in Gauteng where they are now selling their beaded craft in
GP.
 Helped to organise the Crafters into small groups so they improved the time of delivery.
 Helped them to open bank account to make transacting easier with those customers that are outside eNqutu.
 We helped with digital exhibition of indigenous material Crafts.
WOVSA NPO Consultant November 2017 – May 2018
Highlights
 Setting up policies and processes to enhance professionalism, improve governance and operational efficiency.
 Also involved in setting up the Africa expansion strategy, I led the talks with Zambian government Ministries of
Tourism and Gender to partner on implementation of women projects in rural areas. This was made possible by my
existing professional networks.
 Working with an HR consultant to implement staff employment contracts and professionalise the environment.
 Organised Stakeholder engagement event in association with Allan Grey – March 2018, with speakers from
parastatals and government departments.
 Created monitoring process for the Cooperatives and provided mentorship and coaching to the youth deployed
for internship – A project funded by GEP.

o Achievements: Managed to lift the team’s morale to the level where 95% of them gained confidence in
themselves and their abilities. All 14 of the team members received recognition for COO Quarterly Top
Performers Breakfast and vouchers. We two staff members who were inspired to register and complete
their degrees.
o Established Call Centre QC measures and trained Sales staff on Telephone etiquette and basic
communication skills.
o Started Team building games for staff every Friday of the month with lunch. This was aimed at improving
quality relationships as a team.
o I was part of the Staff Pension Fund Board of Trustees and Chairperson on 3 occasions voted by fellow
board members.
o I was the in- house Programme Director due to excellent Public Speaking and excellent communication
skills.
o Managed to build harmonious working environment that promoted interpersonal relationships within the
division and other divisions.
o Introduced the systems of Staff Folders – A mechanism that recognises good or low performance on
weekly basis. Where gaps are identified remedial agreement is put in place immediately and being
monitored on weekly basis though one on one staff performance meetings.

wide with headquarters in UK. She also
played a vital role as part of leadership
when the IMF-SA Chapter was being re-
established. She is a seasoned public

including both locally and internationally.
