The main objective of the above project is as follows:
Provide the state government a clear direction on how it can utilize and
deploy its local manpower in a proactive manner
Provide manpower planning guidelines to transform Sabah’s major sectors
from P-economy to K-economy in this era of globalization
Reduce and eventually eliminate Sabah’s dependence on foreign migrant
labor
Reduce outflow of young, energetic and dynamic people from Sabah as well
as Brain Drain; and
Reduce the mismatch between job opportunities and skill required
With regards to the above objectives, my roles as part of the team member were as
follows:
Work closely with Project Manager and other consultants from the Project Team
to support, and then assist in implement project objectives and milestones.
