Quick recap
The meeting continued from the previous day's session on the United Nations
Sustainable Development Goals. Chaplain James presented about the
Humanitarian Organization for Peace and Equity, emphasizing human rights and
volunteerism during the pandemic. Andrew introduced the SDGs Pyramid and
assigned homework for the team. The audience discussed finding out more about
the partnership for the goals and the need for a curriculum. The focus was on SDG
number 5: gender equality, and ways to impact gender equality and raise awareness
about global issues were discussed. Strategies to prepare young people for the
workforce were also presented.
Summary
World Humanitarian Organization for Peace and Equity Establishment
Chaplain James and Andrew Williams discussed the establishment and purpose of
the World Humanitarian Organization for Peace and Equity and Andrew Networks.
The World Humanitarian Organization aims to promote peace, equity, and
fundamental human rights, and address issues of discrimination, racism, and
inequality. The organization is registered in Nigeria and the U.S. and focuses on
quality education, advocacy, and public enlightenment on peace, human rights, and
sustainable development goals. Andrew Networks promotes the Sustainable
Development Goals and collaborates with other organizations, including the World
Humanitarian Organization. The discussion emphasized the importance of human
rights, volunteerism, and staying connected during the pandemic, and highlighted
the upcoming 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Introducing SDGs Pyramid and Discussing Gender Equality
Andrew from Andrewnetworks.com introduced the Sustainable Development Goals
(SDGs) Pyramid and assigned homework for the team to learn about the SDGs. He
highlighted the segments of the pyramid, which deal with people, ecology, and
spiritual aspects. The team also discussed the importance of spreading awareness
about the SDGs and the need to take responsibility for them. Andrew emphasized
the significance of finding out more about the partnership for the goals and the need
for a curriculum that would be made available to everyone attending the meeting.
The discussion also focused on the UN's Sustainable Development Goal number 5:
gender equality. The team underscored the need for no discrimination based on
gender, ending violence against women, providing equal access to leadership
positions and resources, and addressing issues such as child marriage and female
mutilation. The team also highlighted the importance of access to reproductive
health and exposure of the issue in different countries.
Gender Equality and Global Issues Strategies
Andrewnetworks.com outlined various ways in which the audience could impact
gender equality and raise awareness about global issues. These included identifying
work that already impacts one or more goals and running a sharing space to
challenge stereotypical thinking. Andrewnetworks.com suggested inviting inspiring
business women and entrepreneurs to deliver a class about their career paths. It
also highlighted the importance of intergenerational dialogues and educating women
and girls about technology. The speaker emphasized the responsibility to educate
oneself and others about reproductive health and hygiene, and to end child
marriage. Andrewnetworks.com also discussed the importance of clean water and
sanitation, and encouraged the audience to conserve water and distribute drinkable
water to vulnerable communities. The speaker ended by encouraging volunteer
work and cleanup activities, as well as protecting watersheds.
Sustainable Development Goals: Youth, Energy, and Employment
Andrewnetworks.com discussed the importance of sustainable development goal
number 17, which focuses on partnerships and sustainable development goal
number 8, which highlights decent work and economic growth. The conversation
emphasized the role of youth in managing and adapting to change, using new types
of energy, and advocating for clean energy. Andrewnetworks.com encouraged
individuals and organizations to conserve energy, recycle batteries, and promote
sustainable energy. The discussion also highlighted the need to address
unemployment, particularly among young people, and to promote skill-building and
safe work environments. The conversation ended with a call to action to support
communities without access to energy and to implement policies to promote
sustainable tourism.
Empowering Youth: Workforce Preparation Strategies
Andrewnetworks.com discussed strategies to prepare young people for the
workforce, focusing on after-school workshops, partnerships with local schools and
universities, and providing class credits for participation. The aim is to empower
youth and provide income opportunities. The team also discussed the importance of
understanding labor laws, supporting local producers, promoting cultural tourism,
and focusing on the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. They outlined a plan to
conduct professional orientation tests and training sessions online for rural youth at
no extra cost. The Chaplain thanked everyone for participating and welcomed Chief
Chaplain, Peter Smith. He emphasized the importance of full participation to receive
a certificate and conducted an attendance check to ensure everyone was accounted
for.
Introductions and Name Confusion
Chaplain James introduces Dr. Walker, Dr. Tomesha Okeke, and Dr. Adeniyi, who
are present but not on mute. They discuss the names and company names of
participants, asking for their names, company names, and company gifts. The
participants respond with their names and the names of those present, with some
confusion about their names. They mention that some presenters have been called
by their personal names while others have had their names called by other names.
The President is present, as well as those who are not. Moses from Kenya, who
thanks Chaplain James for mentioning his name.
Sustainable Development Goals in Organizations
The meeting covered a range of topics, from cemetery names to sustainable
development goals. Chaplain James emphasized the importance of understanding
an organization's role in achieving sustainable development goals and encouraged
attendees to identify their organization's specific area of contribution. Emmanuel
faced challenges with his NGO based in Lagos, which focuses on children's
education. Andrewnetworks.com acknowledged the attendees' dedication and
shared insights about their mission. Umoru, not affiliated with any organization,
expressed interest in starting an organization like Emmanuel's NGO and thanked
Andrewnetworks.com for the lecture. Andrewnetworks.com also highlighted the
streaming of the meeting on the World Humanitarian Organization's Facebook page
and encouraged participants to join the organization by sending a photo and
biography for record-keeping.
SDGs: Achieving Global Partnerships for Sustainable Development
The meeting at Andrewnetworks.com focused on the importance of Sustainable
Development Goals (SDGs) in achieving global partnerships for sustainable
development. The participants identified and prioritized the SDGs they are involved
with, emphasizing that all 17 SDGs need to work together for success. The session
was sponsored by Andrewnetworks.com and the International Advisory Board of
Goodwill Ambassadors. The Chief emphasized the value of the training, encouraged
participants to take action for their country, and clarified that chaplains are not
exclusive to one religion. Andrewnetworks.com reminded everyone of the 17
Sustainable Development Goals and explained that they were based on thorough
research.
Human Rights Education and Training
Andrewnetworks.com led a discussion on human rights with Smith and shared
information on how to learn about these rights for free through an organization
called Youth Human Rights. Carrie was identified as a person who provides this
education and training. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights' 70th
anniversary was acknowledged, and Andrewnetworks.com committed to assisting in
understanding these rights.

give you a background on where we are in the part of here just a moment, please.
Well, technologies are only great when it works. me see if I can find it just a second, please.
Thanks, your patience.
SCREEN SHARING: Andrewnetworks.com started screen sharing - WATCH
Yes. We'll see the one screen. Let me see if I can tell what here it is. Well, I'll read it along so
that you can actually hear it.
But these are the 17 sustainable development goals. And this is the work that we have to do.
Everyone has to put their work in to achieve these sustainable development goals as Master
King James says, this is a very brief one minute video that shows this list of goals that are
being spread around the world and it shows even some of the challenges that we are facing.
A lot of these photos, these pictures, may look very familiar to you because they deal with
death and disaster and the situation that our world is experiencing.
As we move towards this. to a deliver on the sustainable development goals. This is very
important because this is outreach to each of you to understand that we can take action.
It's not up to the governments. It's not up to our businesses. It's up to each and we want to
be able to make the change or be the change that we want to see.
As I explained to you before, the sustainable development goals are only part two of the
million development goals that were launched in 2000.
The idea was that we would achieve peace on earth during our lifetime. But time is running
out because we are over halfway towards it.
Accomplishing the 17 sustainable development goals, but only 15% of the world is along that
line with us. So I start to teach one of us as individuals, as family members, and as leaders
of our organizations to what we can to move that forward.
SCREEN SHARING: Andrewnetworks.com started screen sharing - WATCH
I'm going to begin right with our continuing dialogue. As you know, this is being live-
streamed. So bear with me.
I'm going to first go through this presentation that gives everyone an idea of the material that
we're working with.
We're asking all of our audience to consider this to be an open book test. We're not trying to
trick you.
We're trying to empower you. We want to give you the tools that allow you to empower
everyone in your network.
I'll be providing this to Pastor James, everyone who's email address we have will receive a
copy of this publication.
This is a young person's guide to change the world. It is being produced by AISCC and
partnership with UN volunteers.
These workshops are intended to be volunteers like yourself, but we're not starting from
scratch, we're not making it up.
We're taking advantage of what's already available. This guide is focused on the, there's a
project called Youth for Global Goals that was handed up by AISCC, but you can see also
that it's available for organizations.
This guide will tell you a little bit about it, much of what you've just already heard. In
September 2015, world leaders committed to the global goals for
sustainable development. 17 goals to achieve 3 extraordinary things by 2030. From ending
extreme poverty, defining inequality and justice, tackling climate change.
There are everyday actions that we can all start to be come more sustainable or a better
world. As I said, this publication is produced by AESC, Youth for Global Goals and UN
Volunteers.
You can find this information again on the internet. We're not hiding it. It's available to you. I
chose this particular curriculum because they believe that youth is an important player to
achieve the global goals.
In the case of Africa, it's also important that you understand that what we call now
sustainable development goals were developed with a primary input from continent Africa.
In 2012, Madame Summa, as you may know, articulated what's now known as agenda 2063.
However, the majority of that work done by the Afghans was put together in a publication
called the Common African Position on the possibleennial developer goals.
That was published early in 2015 and later that year, the sustainable development goals
were launched. All of you here from Africa have a very important role to play.
This is important not just for you individually, but for the entire world. So, the guideline here
is to take responsibility for doing it yourself.
We're not depending on anyone else. and I do it ourselves to engage our family and friends
and do it with us.
And we can mobilize our entire community using the same tools. If you can't measure it, it
doesn't count. So for organizations, there are several ways for you to take advantage of this
tool in front of you right now.
This provides examples for businesses, non-colonial organizations, and educational
institutions, because keep in mind, even though you are equal non-profit, you are still a
business.
So you must function at the same level as business is doing. Also schools and educational
institutions are businesses. So it's up to you, no matter where you are, to put these tools to
use.
For example, for as this list shows you, businesses can include include corporate
volunteering. You may be surprised to find that many of the biggest corporations in your area
have employees who've committed themselves to a certain number of volunteer hours.
Sometimes, that may not seem like a lot to you who may only have a few members of your
organization.
But major multinational corporations have thousands of employees. And if you, your local
organization, and connect with them, you can bring into your work their support.
But it's up to you to identify which of the 17 sustainable development goals you're involved
with. For NGOs, you can have internal campaigns.
You can inform the network. then you can include in your projects or initiatives a description
of which of the 17 sustainable development goals your work involves.
The same thing is true for education. institutions that can educate their students about the
sustainable development goals, because ultimately it will be our institution's educational
institutions that provide the training for our children to then use for the rest of their lives.
We do have examples of actions, one small action at a time to save the world. Earlier this
week we began going through the first of the sustainable development goals, which is no
poverty.
I'll swap through these briefly. This guideline gives you an idea of how you can start in your
local community to put this to use.
The same thing is true for goal number two, zero hundred. This is also important for those in
agricultural businesses, as well as for those individuals who do
their best to provide food to the local community. Go number three is good health and well-
being. As you know this is important not just for our adults and senior citizens but in
particular for our youths.
Unfortunately there are many children that don't live to see their fifth or say. In the United
States unfortunately that's due to high-end foot mortality and high maternal mortality just
after birth.
But you also find that we have to make sure we have good health throughout the entire
lifestyle and lifetime of each individual.
This guy provides several ways that you can contribute to that objective. We invest on
Monday, quality education, bill four, there are many of you who are parts of educational
institutions so understand that all these goals are going to connect it.
So your task is to learn how to educate your own students and the community on each of
these goals.
Number five, gender equality. Of course, this means not just no discrimination based on
gender, but also ending gender violence, which is rampant around the world.
Again, each of these ages gives you examples of how you can start in your local
communities to move forward.
The purpose of this workshop is not for you to just get a certificate. The purpose is to
empower you to improve your ability to deliver services that you have, but more portally to
understand each and every one of these goals and how what you're doing impacts it and
vice versa.
Number six is clean water and sanitation. Number seven, affordable and clean energy.
Number eight, the DC work in economic growth.
And today's presentation will begin with number nine. Number nine of the sustainable
development goals involves industry, innovation and infrastructure.
The intent globally is to double the number of employees in industry and the least developed
countries. And I'll have to say, and the least developed communities.
That's where we come in. We connect these global goals to what we do globally. We call it
localization. Part of that includes universal access to the Internet and an ever-tune hands
scientific research.
And we all know coming through COVID-19 how important it is to engage all of our
community. and addressing these issues.
Young people are catalysts of innovation. Here are some easy steps for ways to support this
goal. One, organized workshops, one by people working in industrial fields and secondary
schools.
A great way for young people to know which career they can pursue is by talking with people
that are already working in the field.
You can invite people working in different industries to your school to share their experience
and skills. This will help to promote careers in the industrial field.
You can organize or participate in a think-tank contest. You can foster your and your
colleagues entrepreneurial spirit by organizing a local idea contest and inviting companies or
startups to mentor the winners.
Good This means that you must be in touch with what you need in your own community. You
have to take the initiatives to connect what you're doing with what's being done around you.
You can agitate to have IT classes taught in school. After school workshops focused on
developing coding and other IT skills.
This will prepare more young people to deal with technology. You may approach your school
or university to have an open wireless network.
This will help to have equal access to knowledge and opportunities to youth without constant
learning access. Depending on where you are, you can create a hotspot map.
There are lots of public spaces and free Wi-Fi access. A mapping them out in your
neighborhood and spreading through social media.
Fires or announcements, you can help more people access the Internet. Students can also
organize the science fair in the school to organize and participate in the science fair to
stimulate the interests of the peers in innovation and industry as well as come up with
creative solutions to different challenges.
And please, as we go along, if you have comments or questions, please type them in the
chat below your name and your organization.
And yes, I would like to ask everyone here in the chat. When you put your name, also put
your organization in the country or city or state that you're joining us with, along with your
email information so that we can follow up with you.
Thank you. Number 10 is reduced inequalities. What is It's about reduced equities bridge the
income gap between rich and poor.
The safe mobility of refugees and migrants. This promotes the social, economic, and political
inclusion of all. Irrespective of age, , disability, race, ethnicity, orange, origin, religion, or
economic or other status.
As you can see, there are a lot of issues surrounding the topic of equality. We've all felt
discriminated against at least once.
Who you are, what you have, or who you love is still an issue for some people. Beyond your
personal issues, there are young people, your age, trapped in another crisis.
50% of the world's refugees are under 18 years old. Living in the 21st century, we feel
something should be done about this.
There are several ways that young people can become involved. Number one, organized
voter registration campaigns. One of the issues contributing to rising inequalities is caused
by the lack of representation of minorities in underprivileged groups in government.
You can run a voter registration education in these groups to raise their engagement in
representation and institutions of power.
As you may know, voting rights and United States are being attacked. The same is true in
many parts of the world, but the truth is, unless we register to vote and vote, we have no
power at all.
You can organize events that address issues affecting minorities. Underprivileged groups
and minorities have lacked of information about their basic rights.
Such as human, labor, property ownership rights, making them vulnerable towards growing
inequality. Please understand, this does not mean minorities of color.
It means minorities of groups. People like myself, I'm disabled. I'm in a minority. I'm also
elderly. I am in a minority in the United States.
There are many minority groups. It could be that you're refugee, they're minority. So take the
idea of color out of your head, and put it into other contexts.
Everyone can visit local shelters, orphanages, or minority community centers, and organize
a conversation space to discuss the importance of these rights or volunteer there regularly.
You can organize meetings between officials and underrepresented groups. Petition
meetings with local officials and underrepresented groups share their opinions and be
included as a voice, no matter their age, , disability, race, ethnicity, origin, religion, or
economic or other status.
Support migrants and refugees and your communities. Unfortunately, on the African
continent, South Africa has been very open to involving and buying people from around the
continent into the community.
But there's been flare ups recently of what's called xenophobia. It's up to us to recognize that
all people are human beings and they have rights and no matter what else they have, they
have all the human rights.
We'll address that separately. Consider volunteering in a local refugee camp. Gather or
donate appliances, food, clothes, meat it. You can even organize a language training,
cultural induction to your country, skills, workshops to make their adaptation easier, and
petition your government to assist in contributing to resolving your refugee crisis.
Educate yourself and friends about cultural differences. In a globalized world, you need to
know and adapt to working with different cultures to make it more inclusive.
Spare an hour to read an article about this and discuss with your peers and family about
your discoveries. Raise awareness about different religions and cultural heritage.
After learning yourself, then organize a range of cultural nights in your country. community,
school, university or work to eliminate prejudice against different religions and cultures.
Give your seat to the ones who need it more. By this small and the content action, you can
practice empathy and being more inclusive for people who don't have the same opportunities
as you.
You can also vote with your dollar. The favorite companies that are inclusive. Check lists of
companies that are inclusive for different minorities through employment there or their
products and spread awareness amongst your friends about it.
If your NGO is focused on a particular area, then others in your network have a reason to
support what you're trying to get time.
Vote number 11. Estitute 11. sustainable cities and communities. What is it about? The
intent is for every person to have decent housing, the development of sustainable cities and
rural settlements to protect vulnerable communities from disasters, to make sure we provide
safe and affordable transport for all, to protect cultural and natural heritage and provide
universal access to public spaces.
Why this matters? Having a place to live seems like such a normal thing. However, 80, 128
million people live in slums today and the number keeps rising.
Rising urbanization, pressures on fresh water supplies, sewage, living environment, and
public health. Your actions can make cities a better place to live.
For those of us in the urban communities, your asked assigned urban development petitions.
I know from my own personal experience in Los Angeles, city planning takes five to ten
years in advance.
You cannot wait until an announcement of a ribbon cutting to have any idea that any of your
actions will have any impact at all.
You must be involved with planning activities in your community, which means that you must
attend and pay attention to what's being projected for the future, not for tomorrow, but for five
years down the road.
So you can keep yourself updated about the developments in the public areas. It is signed or
start a petition to stop projects that are not supporting the development of sustainable cities
or promote in your building or neighborhood for the ones that build better cities.
Inspect your building. Inspect the place you live. Remember check the safety and
inclusiveness of your building. Is it accessible for disabled or senior people?
Does it have any mold or not insulated wires? Report the cases to your homeless, your
union, or to a government institution.
Of course, if you're in a single family, this means that you have to inspect your own
household. And check for your own safety and what you can do to provide inclusiveness for
your visitors.
You can support us project in slums for safe housing. You can volunteer in slums to help
with the building houses, fixing existing ones, setting up public or green spaces, or even
helping by planting trees.
Create a good neighbor guide for your house. After inspecting your building, analyze the
results. To come up with common actions, neighbors can take to make your housing safer
and more sustainable.
Present or spread amongst your neighbors to make them learn how they can improve
common spaces. This again may not apply to people in rural communities, but in a plastic
any community where you have houses that are close together and that's the neighborhood,
that's the community.
So promote cultural lives. You have people in your community that are from different parts of
the country, even different parts of the world, in order to allow our children to understand that
we are more inclusive.
They will not follow what we say. all they follow what you do. So it's important to consider
creating promoting cultural nights that a group of meetings where your local community can
present information about their cultural irritations, try to cook traditional food, learn songs,
dances or games from these cultures.
Also promote and support local museums. You can initiate regular class visits to museums,
related to your studies or interests, volunteer in a museum to run tours or support their
advertising efforts.
Also consider what this means for tourism is important that you know in your own community
where these activities are so that you can better inform visitors to ensure that you're bringing
money into your community to help support your cultural interests.
Commute in a sustainable way. There are so many options available at least to those in
urban communities. Carpool, bike, walk or use public transportation.
All of them make your city more sustainable. And the cases of rural communities is important
for you to consider pulling your resources together so that your community can have access
to a wide range of transportation options.
You may even want to think about forming a co-operative where local members are all
pitching together to be able to get one vehicle or increase the size of the available vehicle so
that everyone can travel at once instead of everyone traveling along.
Next step is to raise awareness about disaster points and how we help. Use social media to
alert and spread awareness.
about disasters and needed help. Refer to emergency response, agencies, and institutions
to get needed information. Creating a young board of advisors to give advice to the
government is something all of us can do to get a children more involved with civic
engagement to make sure their voices are heard.
You can create a petition to include the opinion of youth in urban development, create a
proposal and propose to the municipality, pitch an idea of the board from young people with
tangible ideas about city improvements.
But those of you that are part of a traditional village or traditional chieftain, do the same
things we apply to the leaders in your own community.
It's up to you to translate what I'm saying to you. may apply on a global basis to what you
yourself personally experience.
That's part of the outcome, and to the outcome of this effort. Take care of public spaces,
start yourself, and inspire others to contribute to better public spaces.
Water, the greenery, tram and plant trees, renovates forest areas and playgrounds, organize
a cleanup, etc. This glass may be even more important when you organize cleanup in your
own area.
Then you make your area more attractive to invite tourists and others to visit your area.
Create new spaces, set a project with your classmates, to create new spaces for sports, rest
or community interaction.
You can make a crowdsourcing campaign to get funding and engage volunteers from nearby
neighborhoods. And finally, for today, sustainable and developed legal number 12s.
Responsible, consumption, and production. What have you seen about? Zero waste of your
natural resources. Cut global food losses in half.
Reduce waste through recycling. Keep businesses accountable to adopt sustainable
practices. And ensure that people know about lifestyles in harmony with nature.
Every person on average generates 1.2 kilograms of waste every day. Can you imagine?
This means you create 438 kilograms of waste per year.
Just you. Now, multiply this number by the number of your family members. Pretty
impressive, right? The young generation can ensure smarter usage of resources and
significantly cut waste generation.
How can you start? You may want to take a list, but again, those of you whose emails we
have will be able to receive a transcript of today's session.
Also, you can go to the World Humanitarian Organization for Peace and Equity Facebook
page, where this replay will be available.
Number one, reduce the usage of paper. Now, this would be more applicable to people in
urban communities, but I'll just share with you what the information is here.
Try not to use paper at all. Substitute it with electronic devices. So carriers, if it is not
possible, put on both sides, or use fewer resources and help sustain the number of trees.
This would apply to your non-governmental organization and the way that you're handling
your own paperwork and management. You can buy recycled goods and recycle yourself.
You can find pretty any ways to continue using existing things in your home. You want it to
get rid of.
Search for do-it-yourself videos and articles for exploration or switch on your own creativity.
You can also buy goods that are created from recycled materials.
All these actions will directly cut the amount of wasted resources. Reduce your water
consumption. Here are some tips. Shower shorter.
Close a tap when washing the dishes. Point out when someone in your family doesn't. put a
water meter to check how much water your flat or house is using.
Switch again. Many of these guidelines are for the more developed countries, but you have
to adapt what you hear or learn here for your own particular area in rural and similar areas.
Switch off electronic devices during the night. Charging their electronics during the day
disconnect them on time, it can be fully charged.
Even on other devices that you're not using at night, such as lights, air conditioner, etc. to
switch them off before sleeping.
If you driver, keep your car in place. Sound simple, but this can help to reduce gas
consumption, so check for more information about it.
You can download and use food sharing applications again for those in urban. communities,
you can download apps for different locations to donate your leftover food and decrease the
amount of food waste in your household.
Of course, if you do not have these apps for your particular area, it's up to you to organize
and mobilize your local network so that you're quite well aware of where you can either
donate or get leftover food, decrease the amount of food waste in the household.
Make food planning for grocery shopping and cooking. Spontaneous shopping is leasing of
overspending and buying food will be left over later.
Create your own routine around this and make lists on your fridge, phone or notebook to
plan out your food for a week.
Make sure you cook in your order. It's a reasonable amount of food so you don't have to
throw it away later.
Again, this will apply to any community, make plans for meals, make sure they're healthy.
We just have the opportunity to buy in zero-way shops.
Search for trackage free zero-way shops near value and check how shopping there can help
to reduce the amount of plastic paper of other material's use for packaging.
As this will apply to little communities or others, use your own bags that you can take to the
store and don't have additional waste hitch when you can just reuse the bag time and time
again.
It sounds simple for every piece of plastic that you prevent from being wasted means unless
waste the pollution there is in our communities.
When possible, choose renewable products. You can have an eco bag for shopping. A
plastic bag, bottle or cup that you can reuse all the time to reduce the amount of plastic
waste.
Donate all clothes and electronics. Check the list of organizations which collect things for
people in need. And donate stuff that can be reused to them.
This will lead to less consumption and impact on the environment. Make your own gifts, be
creative and make recycle gifts to your friends and family to meet more sustainable for the
resources.
Consider writing a workshop on reusing and recycling. Come up with a creative workshop to
engage your peers with the idea of recycling.
You can help to make more people aware of the impact of recycling. Waste, oops, apologize.
And engage in means of sustainable lifestyle.
Set up bins to separate the trash in your school or house. Initiate this idea with schools,
universities, or an NGO that is focused on waste management.
And of course, if you aren't an NGO, perhaps you could foreign as waste, bins could be set
up to separate trash around the community of which you live and work.
And also to teach others about how to get this done to spread the word. You can advocate
for corporate responsibility in reducing pollution and environmental impact.
You join petitions and campaigns calling out not sustainable businesses. You can choose
and buy products from organizations that appear on various sustainability lists.
Or of course, of you can create your own lists. You may want to also consider eating
vegetarian. Try to consciously reduce the amount of meat consumption.
The meat industry creates a huge waste, a water resources and pollution. If you're in the
school, you may want to convince your school authorities to make one day fully vegetarian
and a canteen.
Again, if you're a non-governmental organization, you can take this on as an issue that you
can express to local schools and other businesses.
That ends today's review of those four goals and objectives. However, I will walk you through
a preview of tomorrow's activities.
In the chat, now is the time for you to put any questions or comments. Once I complete the
remaining goals, then we'll open up the floor for any questions.
questions or comments and then we have additional presentations after that. Tomorrow we'll
deal with STG 13 climate action. We'll deal with STG 14, life, low water.
We'll deal with STG 15, life, on land. And we'll deal with STG 16, peace justice, and strong
institutions. My favorite goal is STG 17 partnerships for the goals.
And there is a special treat for those views that decide to continue for another year. or day,
we're going to have one final day that's hosted by the World's Ability Index to show ways that
you can actually earn points for learning ways to improve your lifestyle and to work with the
strategies.
So Pastor James, I want to thank you for this opportunity to provide this part of the day
session. I am struggling with my technology so I can be able to end this presentation, give
me just a moment, please.
As I say, technology will be great when it works.

did three of this program. I think we should ask questions from the students. They have been
in class. We should ask them what it length of head for us to evaluate the students if they
have really length something and what they could do from this training.
How it's been used for them in their various communities, their various organizations, in their
various endeavors. So we need to ask questions.
I want to say thank you, Amazad and Rufo, this enlightenment. The developments you are
putting into this sustainable development course.
Thank you so much, Ambi, for all your students who say thank you. And quickly, I want to go
to the students.
I want to hear from you. What have you learned in one week or the other from the one to
three of these training?
You should be able to say something. I will call my dear friend here to talk best. that is Dr

Dr Anita, I would like to hear from you best before I go to another person. Dr Anita, what do
you have to say?

ambassador at large with Walmide.
And I will be traveling. to United Nations next year to actually speak on a couple of those
development goals, particularly the ones pertaining to women.
also, my organization, the Titus 10 Foundation, works with young girls and their education as
well as young boys in their education and we pay for their school fees.
We take care of them for children who are orphaned, who come from orphaned homes. So
that is my foundation and I use the sustainable development goals in order to structure our
work and decide where our funds go, whether we receive grant money, whether it's
donations, all of those things come from you know people who are willing to join with us in
order to successfully propel the sustainable development goals.
So I am here in Cleveland, Ohio in United States but my organization reaches here here also
in Kenya also in Ghana.
So currently we are looking to also expand into Nigeria and to other places along with Wolt

If I can assist you in forwarding your SDG goals for your organization, I'm here to help or if
you need assistance, I am willing and able to assist.
I have my information in the chat and thank you so much for this time to speak. I am greatly

Let's make it ten that debate here. You have to do what we can do, what you have learned,
how happy you are.
So let me quickly call on Mr. Huba from Nigeria. Mr. Huba from Nigeria, Huba Audi. What
have you learned in these three days program?
What have you had? And what do you think this comes into your table? When it in times of

Mr. Huba, can we help you?

If you see our notes, we will not waste that time with that. I want to pick it up from what Mr.
Uba said. That we don't have to depend on the government. And that is why we want to go
to the second edition of this program.
Professor, and Nita, are you here? I take the time to play the short video you have with you. I
want to also see these and learn from it.
Because some of us, individual organizations, will depend on the government. As part of the
government to give us So give us money, give us materials, give us whatever we need to

But there are much we can do as well as individual and as organization. And that is why I
want to quickly play this short video for us to see and lead and see what we can do as an
organization, what we can do as individual and to help ourselves without depending on the
government, without depending on anyone to give us funds or donations.
We have the profession, it won't be for the other to help us. Please, I don't know if you can

Many of you have heard of David Goggins, often called the toughest man of life. But what
have I said that this woman, a former stewardess on Emirates Airlines, is tougher than David
Goggins and has proven that her body can do things far more intense than Goggins.
@1:07:31 - Peace Nnamezie
You ready for this? I don't think you are. This story is going to blow your mind. Despite
what... Many of you have heard of David Goggins, often called the toughest man of life.
But what have I said that this woman, a former stewardess on Emirates Airlines, is tougher
than David Goggins and has proven that her body can do things far more intense than
Goggins.
You ready for this? Don't think you are. This story is going to blow your mind. This 5 foot 5
40-year woman has broken 10 Guinness World Records of Human Endurance.
How far would you go to honor a promise? A promise made to a stranger. She did it all
because she wanted to provide for 600 kids in the slums of Bangladesh.
I made a promise to single mothers and impoverished children that I was going to take them
out of poverty.
I will go and break Guinness World Records get the money to put the kids through
education. She's not doing it for pain or recognition.
She is keyed in South Pole, climb Mount Everest, even broken Guinness World Records by
running Ultra Maritons. She is broken 10 Guinness Records including the most consecutive
base running Ultra Maritons.
The fastest time to complete an Iron Man triathlon on 6 continents I've been here. Maria
started out her life and said, oh look, she was born in absolute poverty.
Her birth mother abandoned her. She was raised by a poor refugee woman as one of seven
children raised in poverty.
Now Maria, climbed out of that. She eventually became a stewardess in Emirates Airlines in
one day when the plane had landed in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
She decided to walk outside and explore the city only to be stunned by what she saw. You
see Dhaka is a city with 50,000 slums and millions of people live in other poverty.
I always thought I had grown in a very humble background, but I didn't know what was
poverty until I was in the slums of Bangladesh.
Most people when they go to third world countries, all they see is poverty. All I could see was
so much potential going to waste.
So what did I do? I met 101 families and I promised 600 children I was going to take them
out of poverty.
I started with 39 kids, 98, 200, 600. I'm going to be honest, I had no idea how to help.
But if Christina a poor refugee woman from Angola she could take care of me, I could take
care of these kids in Bangladesh.
This woman seems to be defying the laws of biology because who would think that a woman
with no experience in athletics could do all of this?
She's just a woman who wants to fund the education of the slum children. Someone told me
Maria if you want to raise that amount of money you have to do something worldwide.
So I started to run marathons and break in as well record. When we put Maria on stage at
our event in Dubai there was not a dry eye in the room.
I never did sports in my life, I didn't know what I was getting myself into it and the only sport I
was doing up to that point was walking from the galley to the cabin to serve you.
Would you like tea? Would you like coffee? Hardly an athlete. But I thought an athlete is not
an athlete when he was born.
I will transform myself into an athlete. People they often asked me, Maria what was the
hardest thing Thank you, everybody in your life.
Was it the North Pole? Was it freaking cold? The English Channel? Was it the South Pole?
Was the Iron Man?
What was it? The hardest thing I ever done in my life was the honor I promised I've made in
2005 to 101 single moms living in a slums of Bangladesh.
Down that stage in Dubai, she invited 30 kids to join her. These were 30 out of 600 kids
she's supporting.
And this is what they said about her. My name is Chadni, 16 years old from Bangladesh.
Today I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for Maria, our mom.
I would have been married and be a mother of honor to kids like my mother and
grandmother. But I am here today going to school and in future I will be a doctor.
Today my sister is in university in Europe and my mother is here and my sister is here for
me.
And for all of us she is a fighter who fought for last 18 years to bring us this. for life and we
will make her proud and all of you.
Thank you so much everyone. It was the words of this little girl that caused me to break
down on stage.
So if you ever think your goal is impossible, if you ever think that the world is an ugly place
where nobody gives a damn, remember the story of Maria.
We don't know what we are capable of until we decide to pursue something bigger than
ourselves and that's when all sorts of incredible things open up to us.
@1:12:39 - WHOPE GLOBAL
Wow that does it. That does it. Thank you Amazon Andrew for that and thank you for your
support to Prof.
Anita. Thank you so much. This is the video we want you to see. It says when the old world
did not keep a damn.
They don't want to listen to you. It is then the potential in you should come up on how you
could have humanity or go about seven or seven others.
You can see Maria. She was brought up too in a very low esteem in the cooperative way.
When she saw that she's able to better that song on how to high-have them.
Singualdedly, she promised 100 and one family. Sing to mothers. Singualdedly, she had 600
children. Without looking for the government, without waiting for grants or do not, without
waiting for somebody to come and give, give, give a money.
I'm saying this because of some of us that are here today. We are running to one program at

@1:17:28 - Charity Cirlce-CBWMinistries
Yes, well, I'm so happy to be here another time. know, I Always love your program. I'm
happy to see Reverend Dr.
Hanger's and Mr. Peter. I don't remember everybody name, but you know, I always they are
always permitted very nice gentlemen Hello, sir, and thank you for your support.
You all is a strong tower to Reverend James and I just want to be big deal, forgive some spot
like there and everyone that is in the house.
Yes, when I when I saw that video, it relate to me doing, don't wait on anybody. remember
when I moved, met, um, Chaplin James, about three, four years ago at some remote, um,
event and people are featuring their, um, charity, you know, what they are doing.
And I was looking and a lot of different organization. And when I saw this video, um, it was
taken up children from the street, children that was , children that was burned up and more
my heart really go out and drop it in my heart that this is the charity I should partner with.
And I gave in my word, the moment I came off that I We call it we talk and as as Mary talk
about a promise.
Do you know that a promise is should not something up the right and paper and be paid by
men.
It should be a word is a contract. When you promise to do something, you must keep your
word. That's the contract.
And I'm happy today you could tell you guys that I make my promise. I'm going to partner
with this organization.
And I get my promise and I go beyond and beyond to be a blessing. I started doing my own
personal funds.
Being an artist, singer, motivator, a wear a lot of hats. Financial culture, whatever. And I
started to donate from what I could.
then I started to pull my team together. I have a network of people, know, our only globe like
in the UK, Canada, England.
I'm dad, all over the Jamaican hills where I have a group where we meet and talk about
finance, and so on.
And I make sure to introduce Chaplin Drain Charity to these people. I launched the nation
campaign and my people step up to the plate and really support.
And I'm happy that when I saw the video last year, both that lady that was on the floor in a
hospital in Lagos, I give birth to Trin and she was lying on the floor because she couldn't
afford to be on the bed.
They sold their TV and their fan and all the things in their house to pay the hospital fee. And
it was not enough.
And they owe her ransom for the risk. And many pastors and depended people. and then
promised them and then go back.
And when Reverend James brought it to my attention, I said, are you kidding me? Could this
be true? you know, but knowing that I am a man that I learned to regard and respect, I know
that he loved people, he loved God and he loved humanity.
And I said, all right, let's plan a video, remote, of the hospital. I need to speak with the
doctors.
I need to speak with the nurse. I want to respect this woman and I want to store around the
hospital because I really want, when I go to raise money, I can stand on good feet.
When I say to my people, we need to support this. I want to know that I know what I know.
And arrange a remote video conference with the hospital. And I went on and I spoke with few
other doctors.
I spoke with some of the nurses. He took me to the rooms I saw at a patient. She and her
bed, but this lady and three little child was lying on the floor.
She had a child before she had the twins and she I've to take that child to the hospital with
her.
So it was true of them sitting and lying on the floor. And I say and she said, lady, if you help
me, the Lord will let you live forever.
I said, I don't want to live forever. But I'm a woman and I feel your pain and I'm going to help
you.
I said, I'm trusting God at 30 days. I take you off this floor and send you home. I remember I
came off that day tears in my high and I started to write a donate campaign and I started to
and in moment I posted and Reverend James posted on Facebook and plus I started to pull
one and one of my friends and team somebody went to the hospital and pay 50% of
money that was holding. And I so at least my mission started just like that. And I started to
raise the money because I promised to lay that in 30 days I want to take her off the floor.
give her a timeline. And I have to remember in James visit our house where the husband
lived. I want to talk with the husband.
And then I found out that husband lost his job and he sold some of the furnishes in the house
and was sleeping on the floor to pay some of the hospital bill.
And I wanted us to help to rent back that place because they hold money on the place. But
the landlord gave some good review and the landlord said that they were good tenant is
hardship took them.
And that was again another tip toward to be tied with us. They used to pay their rent okay but
situation happened.
know over. strike the world, that's pandemic and a lot of people, businesses go under, you
know, people live, go down for the, down the hill.
So I was planning to help, to let them, rent that, pay that place, but the place was so messy
and dirty and the landlord didn't want to paint it, he wanted collect the background and didn't
want to paint the place when they show me the bathroom, which was beyond the standard of
human and the thing.
I said to Reverend James, we have to get somewhere health with light and water. So he
started and his team started to go out and start to look around for accommodation.
I said, we want to send them home in light and water. They didn't have light and water,
whatever they were and so he started to get places and showed me, you know, and I look at
the place remotely and when I saw the place that, you know, have water and light,
the one bedroom flat, you know, I was a bit satisfied. And I said to him, no, let's listen to
everything.
And don't let us pay off the hospital yet because we don't want them send them home. And
they don't have anywhere to do so.
Let's just they got off of the money. No, we have it out of the Let's get the house out of the
way.
So we were able to bet that apartment paid for it for one here. We paid one here rent or
lease what you call it.
For the family. We started to see towels and sheets and bed and stove and all things that
they need.
And some people came along and gave a little, you know, things here and there. But my
team was able to finish bed for the place, help them to have food and other things and to
move in.
I remember the day when they were moving out of the hospital, the doctor. church were
hoping to be it was like a family reunion but I saw all the videos and all that if you know It
was so hard to render so you wouldn't understand how the angel in heaven clap their hand
over at them And might smile and you and work up your hand when you can let someone
And need the family need the person somewhere in the Bible, you know, it probably were
Solomon say Well the person that give to the poor you let alone to the Lord A lot of person
will give the people because what they can get in the end What I can talk to this what is in
this for me?
But if when you delete that type of mentality and you start to look through the eyes of God
see see to the eyes of God
He had to his ears. How he would think what Jesus did when he walked and heard he had
compassion.
Jesus was and mountain speaking and preaching the Word of God. And there was over
5,000 people because the Bible said there was men alone with 5,000.
That means a lot of women and children were there. A multitude of people, you see? And
when the service was concluded, the disciples were ready to send them home.
But Jesus had compassion in them. said, oh, they're here with no old day. And they're going
to feel it.
He can't turn about their health. He can't turn about their well-being. He can't turn. So when
you are going to talk about loving God and be a pastor, go to church and sabbath, go to
church and send them.
Come on, let it charge you God on board. You have to get to the city. have to look for the
needy of look for people and helpless people hungry.
These are the people. Yes, and when Jesus and disciples and Lord, where are we going to
get food to feed so many people?
Jesus said, put them to sit down. A money did not have the money when she made a
promise. She did not see the first dollar to L600 children and one on 10 families.
But she made a promise and she made it up in her mind that she was a playing assistant
and a playing feeding passenger.
That could not raise enough money for her to keep her promise. So she started to run and
jog and start to launch into a new career.
She swapped her career and decided to do something new. How much of us today? with
swap careers will walk out of our comfort zone to keep a promise.
And so when he's Jesus said to them, put the people to sit down. He didn't even know at the
time what he was going to take a feed them.
You're talking maybe 20, 30,000 people. Men alone was over 5,000. But look at this now.
There was a little boy.
Oh my god. And my topic today is use what you have. If you have a little use it, start with
what you have.
This little boy have two fishes and five little bally lobe bread. That is parents gave him for his
lunch.
So look at this. God. Jesus know that he was there. The other people did not know what
Jesus knew that a little boy have few bread and two fish.
And he know what he is. What? Pray and what miracle could do? Is a covenant keeping
God? Is a promised man?
Is our full man is huge? So the disciples found out that there was someone in the crowd that
I've added a food and they took it to Jesus.
Again, this little boy could be selfish and said, not my sheer and my lunch. I just wanted for
myself.
But look what he did. He was very kind. He was caring. He gave it up that others would
heed.
And because he did that, God Jesus prayed. And when he prayed, the fishers become a lot
of fish and the bread multiplied.
And they all had. Everybody was full to the brim. And when it was all said and done, they
scraped a 12-bass hit of bread and fish.
This guy in all the common. Amen. Merchant is a fish sell and bread. You could go home.
God will ward him.
God will ward him. He went home with 12 basket. Now his neighbor could come and buy
bread and fish.
It was not just frontman God gave him 12 basket of bread and fish. So when he went home,
he had been of bread and fish to school.
He become a merchant. Glory to God. I hope I'm talking to someone today.
@1:31:32 - WHOPE GLOBAL
Because he's It's lunch. We're here. We can hear you.
@1:31:36 - Charity Cirlce-CBWMinistries
Yes. The guy went home with 12 basket of bread to sell. Now his merchant come on. If he
launches this business is not enough.
God gave him a business. Because he could not eat 12 basket of bread. So he doesn't sell.
Yes. So look at me.
that when you hear about others, when you put others in people need and you're a changer,
God almighty of a way to award faithfulness.
And today you that are here that is on the borderline. You are on the borderline. want to do
something, but you know, you are saying one if I can start.
I'm saying it was all excuses right here right right, right, of your mind. And get get get get in
the driver seat.
You're going to do it and you can do it. You can do it because we serve a huge big God.
I'm going to go to one more stretcher before I, you know, I'm concluding my speech. I'm not
a loud speaker.
I am a, you know, a child person. don't I'm not a person of word. I'm a person. some action.
I need some more action people and this thing today that you'll get off here and get busy.
Use what you have and as residents every don't have to depend on the government.
Yes, government should be our strong coalition be there to help about you and I know that
the politics take over everything and if you are not in certain party and you're not you know
up here and they big shut friends are whatever you call them.
They're not going to give the grand chart to send that so the small man will die and the big
man must eat but in God book God don't look at that God looked down on him and he
reached down and he'll draw you from the bottom to the top and for to the top and he'll take
you from the bottom in front when you try to do you have an ego a passion.
to help others. Life is wasted until we help others. And you know Jesus said in the scripture
is gonna say to the sheep on the right hand.
I was hungry and you feed me. I was naked and you close me. was sick. I was in prison.
Lord, when did I see your hungry sick and in prison? He said as much as you did to these
little one?
You did it onto me. So when you are doing it, don't look for these people to give you about.
Today I am in bliss and highly favored God and I sit right in my private office and I made all
the money I wanted me on my bills.
God paid every bills for me. I'm time. I'm time because of the seed that I sow because of the
people that I've held.
And I'm gonna say this is not only this charity I pardon with. There's a charity in and on
Pakistan that I am helping some people, it's easy to be born and used to the children.
There's another charity in the bandage, as I talk about bandage, I mean supporting charity in
that area. There is a pastor that was a Muslim and you know when Muslim become
Christian, their family kicked them out and this guy was kicked out of his family and out of
every time and he wanted to serve the people and he started his church and the grass.
I mean it did not have the first bench to put the members in so he would put them on the
grass and they would sit on the grass and teach them and I'm watching this young man
donate in way before I meet Reverend James, all these chargains supporting them before I
meet Reverend James and this young man I'm watching start to
teach and the grass. On the grass was the bench and the start teaching the children and the
parents are to join and one and one parents are to come out and I watched them teach and
till we bought the first piece of land because I'm donor, share everything, I'm watching
everything and I remember when I blinded the thing to build a church, I see everything when
it was getting married, I watched his wedding and his wife when he started to have children, I
watched all of these and I watched that guy build a nice church because he had a passion
that he did not look and said he started on the ground and today he had a beautiful church
with AC, nice bells and cheers and he still run a lot of orphaned villages helping children and
I could go on and on when
There was a pastor in your stamp state, Legas is a friend of mine on Facebook. And he
called and we wanted to say, Coach, we are in lock up in the house, we are my wife and
children hungry.
Because you know when Kobe people couldn't go to work and church couldn't ask me
physical answer. And I got used to the same money and Western United to give them food
that they didn't die for hungry.
And I don't have the time today to tell you. There are paparines, central places, food, things.
And there was a gentleman who was sent to sell money was sick and his children were
taken to the infirmary.
And I said, no, no, I found it with a contractor. Something happened to his children. He was
sick. And I ran to his and put him and his friend would pay the rent and so on.
And he lived ten years before he died because of this lady talking to you by helping. And I
said,
I don't have to know you to be a blessing to you because fear is not a thing that you see with
your natural life.
The Bible said it's a offensive thing that hope for you don't see. So the things that you are
seeing your friends and your neighbor that you can see is not fear.
It's a thing that you are not seeing but you believe it. And so you can help people anywhere
because we are all children of God.
Whether you are a whiter, tiny or whatever color you have, we have one God's children and
we are together to help each other.
Amen. Wow.

Thank you so much. Thank you, Dr. Khalid. I know you have gone in the spirits. We have
been praying to go for you to at least come down from the spirits.
We want to say thank you for what you have done and the spiritual level you have taken us.
As you were talking, I said some typing, saying following you in the spirit of the world.
And this is a blessing to everyone who understand this mystery that it is when you bless
others, multiple blessings come to you.
And you do not wait for somebody to give you something before you can give someone has
something. And that's not a reward, there's no gift.
Wait for somebody to give you something and you're able to give somebody. You should be
able to give something out of what you have.
And that is where you're having the blessing. So we have to say thank you for your
contribution, for your support, for the kind of humanitarian heart, out of good you have been
showing.
I am a living testimony for those who have helped back to school, those who have given

I would love him to say something, but Nanda is busy. Chief Chaplin, you have say before
we call it a wonderful day.
Chief Chaplin, sir.
@1:42:33 - Chief Chaplain Dr. Peter Smith Amb.
Yes, James. Yesterday, after you left, I think we had a great conversation, and I need to re-
elirate three things.
One, anybody that's coming to these seminars, you're getting these seminars for free. And in
the United States, there were thousands of dollars to get what you're getting here.
I came out with a saying yesterday of a former president of the United States of America. I
came out with a saying and I got a lot of comments back that they appreciated the way I
reprised the comments and I am going to indirectly quote a late president of the United
States John F Kennedy asked not what you can do for yourself.
Ask what you can do for Africa. That is the best thing that you can do. Africa and I'm here in
the United States in Puerto Rico and I'm still doing for Africa.
I met that little guy that's sitting over there and he's got a shiny face by the name of James
and he kidnapped me.
He hijacked me. me and we ended up getting going with a school, a college, an institution.
And you want to know something?
I'm finding out there are a lot of very intelligent people in Africa. Women inclusive, women
that are a brainwreck of, I got one woman that I pushed her buttons and I said, you know,
you're holding back on me on your homework and I don't like when people hold back.
The next homework assignment that she gave me was seven pages long and then I find out
she's got a master's degree in theology.
Why? Because they don't want women to talk. Well, you know what? I think it's about time
we get women and men to partner together and do things because the women do know their
stuff.
@1:44:58 - WHOPE GLOBAL
I don't care what they're
@1:45:00 - Chief Chaplain Dr. Peter Smith Amb.
anybody says they all have red blood just like me you all have red blood and I have red
blood women can think and so can men I've gotten a lot of men that have taken the same
thing that I've told the women and they are coming out of their shell we've got some
intelligent people we have got a resource in Africa second to none of intelligency but nobody
wants to help Africa it's time to get off your rear end and help do something I'm paying back
for what I got in life I'm 74 years old and I'm still volunteering
I volunteer. You can get your friends in your neighbors' volunteer. You can do so much for
your own country because if you're waiting for your own country to help you, you won't get
the first base.
You won't even get around the corner because they want it for themselves. You've got to
take action and let me tell you something between Andrew James and the other speakers in
here in the last two days that I've heard.
Fantastic! God is talent. God is education. Don't wasted people. Help rebuild in Africa like
there is no other. Stole the people and Andrews came out with something before about
voting.
Well, let me tell you something. If you don't vote, you can't complain against the
administration that's doing or not doing what they should be.
You need to go out and vote. And I don't care what party you vote for. I'm not getting
involved in politics.
I'm just telling, if you don't vote, then you got no say. You got no right to say nothing. You've
got to get out there and vote.
Register to vote. And James, this is fantastic. I see what I have been missing for some time.
Thank God yesterday, before I got in here, I got my internet back.
Even here in Puerto Rico, United States of America, we have problems with the power and
electricity and so forth.
But I got it back. God bless you all. And remember, this is the free training. Take advantage
of it.
Pass it on to others. Share it. Don't try to hold it back for yourself. Share it amongst other
people.
Thank you. God bless back to you, James. This is the first time I haven't talked too much
back to you.

heard the wonderful things that you are doing to help support families around the world.
So thank you so much for this opportunity to learn to give God glory and to connect so that

throughout the earth in accomplishing what these call us to do.

I'm using two devices, so I'm not able to share. It's sound, but I believe this will be important enough for you to follow along. And this will give you a background on where we are in the part of here just a moment, please. Well, technologies are only great when it works. me see if I can find it just a second, please. Thanks, your patience. SCREEN SHARING: Andrewnetworks.com started screen sharing - WATCH Yes. We'll see the one screen. Let me see if I can tell what here it is. Well, I'll read it along so that you can actually hear it. But these are the 17 sustainable development goals. And this is the work that we have to do. Everyone has to put their work in to achieve these sustainable development goals as Master King James says, this is a very brief one minute video that shows this list of goals that are being spread around the world and it shows even some of the challenges that we are facing. A lot of these photos, these pictures, may look very familiar to you because they deal with death and disaster and the situation that our world is experiencing. As we move towards this. to a deliver on the sustainable development goals. This is very important because this is outreach to each of you to understand that we can take action. It's not up to the governments. It's not up to our businesses. It's up to each and we want to be able to make the change or be the change that we want to see.
  • 10. As I explained to you before, the sustainable development goals are only part two of the million development goals that were launched in 2000. The idea was that we would achieve peace on earth during our lifetime. But time is running out because we are over halfway towards it. Accomplishing the 17 sustainable development goals, but only 15% of the world is along that line with us. So I start to teach one of us as individuals, as family members, and as leaders of our organizations to what we can to move that forward. SCREEN SHARING: Andrewnetworks.com started screen sharing - WATCH I'm going to begin right with our continuing dialogue. As you know, this is being live- streamed. So bear with me. I'm going to first go through this presentation that gives everyone an idea of the material that we're working with. We're asking all of our audience to consider this to be an open book test. We're not trying to trick you. We're trying to empower you. We want to give you the tools that allow you to empower everyone in your network. I'll be providing this to Pastor James, everyone who's email address we have will receive a copy of this publication. This is a young person's guide to change the world. It is being produced by AISCC and partnership with UN volunteers. These workshops are intended to be volunteers like yourself, but we're not starting from scratch, we're not making it up. We're taking advantage of what's already available. This guide is focused on the, there's a project called Youth for Global Goals that was handed up by AISCC, but you can see also that it's available for organizations. This guide will tell you a little bit about it, much of what you've just already heard. In September 2015, world leaders committed to the global goals for sustainable development. 17 goals to achieve 3 extraordinary things by 2030. From ending extreme poverty, defining inequality and justice, tackling climate change. There are everyday actions that we can all start to be come more sustainable or a better world. As I said, this publication is produced by AESC, Youth for Global Goals and UN Volunteers.
  • 11. You can find this information again on the internet. We're not hiding it. It's available to you. I chose this particular curriculum because they believe that youth is an important player to achieve the global goals. In the case of Africa, it's also important that you understand that what we call now sustainable development goals were developed with a primary input from continent Africa. In 2012, Madame Summa, as you may know, articulated what's now known as agenda 2063. However, the majority of that work done by the Afghans was put together in a publication called the Common African Position on the possibleennial developer goals. That was published early in 2015 and later that year, the sustainable development goals were launched. All of you here from Africa have a very important role to play. This is important not just for you individually, but for the entire world. So, the guideline here is to take responsibility for doing it yourself. We're not depending on anyone else. and I do it ourselves to engage our family and friends and do it with us. And we can mobilize our entire community using the same tools. If you can't measure it, it doesn't count. So for organizations, there are several ways for you to take advantage of this tool in front of you right now. This provides examples for businesses, non-colonial organizations, and educational institutions, because keep in mind, even though you are equal non-profit, you are still a business. So you must function at the same level as business is doing. Also schools and educational institutions are businesses. So it's up to you, no matter where you are, to put these tools to use. For example, for as this list shows you, businesses can include include corporate volunteering. You may be surprised to find that many of the biggest corporations in your area have employees who've committed themselves to a certain number of volunteer hours. Sometimes, that may not seem like a lot to you who may only have a few members of your organization. But major multinational corporations have thousands of employees. And if you, your local organization, and connect with them, you can bring into your work their support. But it's up to you to identify which of the 17 sustainable development goals you're involved with. For NGOs, you can have internal campaigns. You can inform the network. then you can include in your projects or initiatives a description of which of the 17 sustainable development goals your work involves.
  • 12. The same thing is true for education. institutions that can educate their students about the sustainable development goals, because ultimately it will be our institution's educational institutions that provide the training for our children to then use for the rest of their lives. We do have examples of actions, one small action at a time to save the world. Earlier this week we began going through the first of the sustainable development goals, which is no poverty. I'll swap through these briefly. This guideline gives you an idea of how you can start in your local community to put this to use. The same thing is true for goal number two, zero hundred. This is also important for those in agricultural businesses, as well as for those individuals who do their best to provide food to the local community. Go number three is good health and well- being. As you know this is important not just for our adults and senior citizens but in particular for our youths. Unfortunately there are many children that don't live to see their fifth or say. In the United States unfortunately that's due to high-end foot mortality and high maternal mortality just after birth. But you also find that we have to make sure we have good health throughout the entire lifestyle and lifetime of each individual. This guy provides several ways that you can contribute to that objective. We invest on Monday, quality education, bill four, there are many of you who are parts of educational institutions so understand that all these goals are going to connect it. So your task is to learn how to educate your own students and the community on each of these goals. Number five, gender equality. Of course, this means not just no discrimination based on gender, but also ending gender violence, which is rampant around the world. Again, each of these ages gives you examples of how you can start in your local communities to move forward. The purpose of this workshop is not for you to just get a certificate. The purpose is to empower you to improve your ability to deliver services that you have, but more portally to understand each and every one of these goals and how what you're doing impacts it and vice versa. Number six is clean water and sanitation. Number seven, affordable and clean energy. Number eight, the DC work in economic growth. And today's presentation will begin with number nine. Number nine of the sustainable development goals involves industry, innovation and infrastructure.
  • 13. The intent globally is to double the number of employees in industry and the least developed countries. And I'll have to say, and the least developed communities. That's where we come in. We connect these global goals to what we do globally. We call it localization. Part of that includes universal access to the Internet and an ever-tune hands scientific research. And we all know coming through COVID-19 how important it is to engage all of our community. and addressing these issues. Young people are catalysts of innovation. Here are some easy steps for ways to support this goal. One, organized workshops, one by people working in industrial fields and secondary schools. A great way for young people to know which career they can pursue is by talking with people that are already working in the field. You can invite people working in different industries to your school to share their experience and skills. This will help to promote careers in the industrial field. You can organize or participate in a think-tank contest. You can foster your and your colleagues entrepreneurial spirit by organizing a local idea contest and inviting companies or startups to mentor the winners. Good This means that you must be in touch with what you need in your own community. You have to take the initiatives to connect what you're doing with what's being done around you. You can agitate to have IT classes taught in school. After school workshops focused on developing coding and other IT skills. This will prepare more young people to deal with technology. You may approach your school or university to have an open wireless network. This will help to have equal access to knowledge and opportunities to youth without constant learning access. Depending on where you are, you can create a hotspot map. There are lots of public spaces and free Wi-Fi access. A mapping them out in your neighborhood and spreading through social media. Fires or announcements, you can help more people access the Internet. Students can also organize the science fair in the school to organize and participate in the science fair to stimulate the interests of the peers in innovation and industry as well as come up with creative solutions to different challenges. And please, as we go along, if you have comments or questions, please type them in the chat below your name and your organization.
  • 14. And yes, I would like to ask everyone here in the chat. When you put your name, also put your organization in the country or city or state that you're joining us with, along with your email information so that we can follow up with you. Thank you. Number 10 is reduced inequalities. What is It's about reduced equities bridge the income gap between rich and poor. The safe mobility of refugees and migrants. This promotes the social, economic, and political inclusion of all. Irrespective of age, , disability, race, ethnicity, orange, origin, religion, or economic or other status. As you can see, there are a lot of issues surrounding the topic of equality. We've all felt discriminated against at least once. Who you are, what you have, or who you love is still an issue for some people. Beyond your personal issues, there are young people, your age, trapped in another crisis. 50% of the world's refugees are under 18 years old. Living in the 21st century, we feel something should be done about this. There are several ways that young people can become involved. Number one, organized voter registration campaigns. One of the issues contributing to rising inequalities is caused by the lack of representation of minorities in underprivileged groups in government. You can run a voter registration education in these groups to raise their engagement in representation and institutions of power. As you may know, voting rights and United States are being attacked. The same is true in many parts of the world, but the truth is, unless we register to vote and vote, we have no power at all. You can organize events that address issues affecting minorities. Underprivileged groups and minorities have lacked of information about their basic rights. Such as human, labor, property ownership rights, making them vulnerable towards growing inequality. Please understand, this does not mean minorities of color. It means minorities of groups. People like myself, I'm disabled. I'm in a minority. I'm also elderly. I am in a minority in the United States. There are many minority groups. It could be that you're refugee, they're minority. So take the idea of color out of your head, and put it into other contexts. Everyone can visit local shelters, orphanages, or minority community centers, and organize a conversation space to discuss the importance of these rights or volunteer there regularly. You can organize meetings between officials and underrepresented groups. Petition meetings with local officials and underrepresented groups share their opinions and be
  • 15. included as a voice, no matter their age, , disability, race, ethnicity, origin, religion, or economic or other status. Support migrants and refugees and your communities. Unfortunately, on the African continent, South Africa has been very open to involving and buying people from around the continent into the community. But there's been flare ups recently of what's called xenophobia. It's up to us to recognize that all people are human beings and they have rights and no matter what else they have, they have all the human rights. We'll address that separately. Consider volunteering in a local refugee camp. Gather or donate appliances, food, clothes, meat it. You can even organize a language training, cultural induction to your country, skills, workshops to make their adaptation easier, and petition your government to assist in contributing to resolving your refugee crisis. Educate yourself and friends about cultural differences. In a globalized world, you need to know and adapt to working with different cultures to make it more inclusive. Spare an hour to read an article about this and discuss with your peers and family about your discoveries. Raise awareness about different religions and cultural heritage. After learning yourself, then organize a range of cultural nights in your country. community, school, university or work to eliminate prejudice against different religions and cultures. Give your seat to the ones who need it more. By this small and the content action, you can practice empathy and being more inclusive for people who don't have the same opportunities as you. You can also vote with your dollar. The favorite companies that are inclusive. Check lists of companies that are inclusive for different minorities through employment there or their products and spread awareness amongst your friends about it. If your NGO is focused on a particular area, then others in your network have a reason to support what you're trying to get time. Vote number 11. Estitute 11. sustainable cities and communities. What is it about? The intent is for every person to have decent housing, the development of sustainable cities and rural settlements to protect vulnerable communities from disasters, to make sure we provide safe and affordable transport for all, to protect cultural and natural heritage and provide universal access to public spaces. Why this matters? Having a place to live seems like such a normal thing. However, 80, 128 million people live in slums today and the number keeps rising. Rising urbanization, pressures on fresh water supplies, sewage, living environment, and public health. Your actions can make cities a better place to live.
  • 16. For those of us in the urban communities, your asked assigned urban development petitions. I know from my own personal experience in Los Angeles, city planning takes five to ten years in advance. You cannot wait until an announcement of a ribbon cutting to have any idea that any of your actions will have any impact at all. You must be involved with planning activities in your community, which means that you must attend and pay attention to what's being projected for the future, not for tomorrow, but for five years down the road. So you can keep yourself updated about the developments in the public areas. It is signed or start a petition to stop projects that are not supporting the development of sustainable cities or promote in your building or neighborhood for the ones that build better cities. Inspect your building. Inspect the place you live. Remember check the safety and inclusiveness of your building. Is it accessible for disabled or senior people? Does it have any mold or not insulated wires? Report the cases to your homeless, your union, or to a government institution. Of course, if you're in a single family, this means that you have to inspect your own household. And check for your own safety and what you can do to provide inclusiveness for your visitors. You can support us project in slums for safe housing. You can volunteer in slums to help with the building houses, fixing existing ones, setting up public or green spaces, or even helping by planting trees. Create a good neighbor guide for your house. After inspecting your building, analyze the results. To come up with common actions, neighbors can take to make your housing safer and more sustainable. Present or spread amongst your neighbors to make them learn how they can improve common spaces. This again may not apply to people in rural communities, but in a plastic any community where you have houses that are close together and that's the neighborhood, that's the community. So promote cultural lives. You have people in your community that are from different parts of the country, even different parts of the world, in order to allow our children to understand that we are more inclusive. They will not follow what we say. all they follow what you do. So it's important to consider creating promoting cultural nights that a group of meetings where your local community can present information about their cultural irritations, try to cook traditional food, learn songs, dances or games from these cultures.
  • 17. Also promote and support local museums. You can initiate regular class visits to museums, related to your studies or interests, volunteer in a museum to run tours or support their advertising efforts. Also consider what this means for tourism is important that you know in your own community where these activities are so that you can better inform visitors to ensure that you're bringing money into your community to help support your cultural interests. Commute in a sustainable way. There are so many options available at least to those in urban communities. Carpool, bike, walk or use public transportation. All of them make your city more sustainable. And the cases of rural communities is important for you to consider pulling your resources together so that your community can have access to a wide range of transportation options. You may even want to think about forming a co-operative where local members are all pitching together to be able to get one vehicle or increase the size of the available vehicle so that everyone can travel at once instead of everyone traveling along. Next step is to raise awareness about disaster points and how we help. Use social media to alert and spread awareness. about disasters and needed help. Refer to emergency response, agencies, and institutions to get needed information. Creating a young board of advisors to give advice to the government is something all of us can do to get a children more involved with civic engagement to make sure their voices are heard. You can create a petition to include the opinion of youth in urban development, create a proposal and propose to the municipality, pitch an idea of the board from young people with tangible ideas about city improvements. But those of you that are part of a traditional village or traditional chieftain, do the same things we apply to the leaders in your own community. It's up to you to translate what I'm saying to you. may apply on a global basis to what you yourself personally experience. That's part of the outcome, and to the outcome of this effort. Take care of public spaces, start yourself, and inspire others to contribute to better public spaces. Water, the greenery, tram and plant trees, renovates forest areas and playgrounds, organize a cleanup, etc. This glass may be even more important when you organize cleanup in your own area. Then you make your area more attractive to invite tourists and others to visit your area. Create new spaces, set a project with your classmates, to create new spaces for sports, rest or community interaction.
  • 18. You can make a crowdsourcing campaign to get funding and engage volunteers from nearby neighborhoods. And finally, for today, sustainable and developed legal number 12s. Responsible, consumption, and production. What have you seen about? Zero waste of your natural resources. Cut global food losses in half. Reduce waste through recycling. Keep businesses accountable to adopt sustainable practices. And ensure that people know about lifestyles in harmony with nature. Every person on average generates 1.2 kilograms of waste every day. Can you imagine? This means you create 438 kilograms of waste per year. Just you. Now, multiply this number by the number of your family members. Pretty impressive, right? The young generation can ensure smarter usage of resources and significantly cut waste generation. How can you start? You may want to take a list, but again, those of you whose emails we have will be able to receive a transcript of today's session. Also, you can go to the World Humanitarian Organization for Peace and Equity Facebook page, where this replay will be available. Number one, reduce the usage of paper. Now, this would be more applicable to people in urban communities, but I'll just share with you what the information is here. Try not to use paper at all. Substitute it with electronic devices. So carriers, if it is not possible, put on both sides, or use fewer resources and help sustain the number of trees. This would apply to your non-governmental organization and the way that you're handling your own paperwork and management. You can buy recycled goods and recycle yourself. You can find pretty any ways to continue using existing things in your home. You want it to get rid of. Search for do-it-yourself videos and articles for exploration or switch on your own creativity. You can also buy goods that are created from recycled materials. All these actions will directly cut the amount of wasted resources. Reduce your water consumption. Here are some tips. Shower shorter. Close a tap when washing the dishes. Point out when someone in your family doesn't. put a water meter to check how much water your flat or house is using. Switch again. Many of these guidelines are for the more developed countries, but you have to adapt what you hear or learn here for your own particular area in rural and similar areas. Switch off electronic devices during the night. Charging their electronics during the day disconnect them on time, it can be fully charged.
  • 19. Even on other devices that you're not using at night, such as lights, air conditioner, etc. to switch them off before sleeping. If you driver, keep your car in place. Sound simple, but this can help to reduce gas consumption, so check for more information about it. You can download and use food sharing applications again for those in urban. communities, you can download apps for different locations to donate your leftover food and decrease the amount of food waste in your household. Of course, if you do not have these apps for your particular area, it's up to you to organize and mobilize your local network so that you're quite well aware of where you can either donate or get leftover food, decrease the amount of food waste in the household. Make food planning for grocery shopping and cooking. Spontaneous shopping is leasing of overspending and buying food will be left over later. Create your own routine around this and make lists on your fridge, phone or notebook to plan out your food for a week. Make sure you cook in your order. It's a reasonable amount of food so you don't have to throw it away later. Again, this will apply to any community, make plans for meals, make sure they're healthy. We just have the opportunity to buy in zero-way shops. Search for trackage free zero-way shops near value and check how shopping there can help to reduce the amount of plastic paper of other material's use for packaging. As this will apply to little communities or others, use your own bags that you can take to the store and don't have additional waste hitch when you can just reuse the bag time and time again. It sounds simple for every piece of plastic that you prevent from being wasted means unless waste the pollution there is in our communities. When possible, choose renewable products. You can have an eco bag for shopping. A plastic bag, bottle or cup that you can reuse all the time to reduce the amount of plastic waste. Donate all clothes and electronics. Check the list of organizations which collect things for people in need. And donate stuff that can be reused to them. This will lead to less consumption and impact on the environment. Make your own gifts, be creative and make recycle gifts to your friends and family to meet more sustainable for the resources.
  • 20. Consider writing a workshop on reusing and recycling. Come up with a creative workshop to engage your peers with the idea of recycling. You can help to make more people aware of the impact of recycling. Waste, oops, apologize. And engage in means of sustainable lifestyle. Set up bins to separate the trash in your school or house. Initiate this idea with schools, universities, or an NGO that is focused on waste management. And of course, if you aren't an NGO, perhaps you could foreign as waste, bins could be set up to separate trash around the community of which you live and work. And also to teach others about how to get this done to spread the word. You can advocate for corporate responsibility in reducing pollution and environmental impact. You join petitions and campaigns calling out not sustainable businesses. You can choose and buy products from organizations that appear on various sustainability lists. Or of course, of you can create your own lists. You may want to also consider eating vegetarian. Try to consciously reduce the amount of meat consumption. The meat industry creates a huge waste, a water resources and pollution. If you're in the school, you may want to convince your school authorities to make one day fully vegetarian and a canteen. Again, if you're a non-governmental organization, you can take this on as an issue that you can express to local schools and other businesses. That ends today's review of those four goals and objectives. However, I will walk you through a preview of tomorrow's activities. In the chat, now is the time for you to put any questions or comments. Once I complete the remaining goals, then we'll open up the floor for any questions. questions or comments and then we have additional presentations after that. Tomorrow we'll deal with STG 13 climate action. We'll deal with STG 14, life, low water. We'll deal with STG 15, life, on land. And we'll deal with STG 16, peace justice, and strong institutions. My favorite goal is STG 17 partnerships for the goals. And there is a special treat for those views that decide to continue for another year. or day, we're going to have one final day that's hosted by the World's Ability Index to show ways that you can actually earn points for learning ways to improve your lifestyle and to work with the strategies. So Pastor James, I want to thank you for this opportunity to provide this part of the day session. I am struggling with my technology so I can be able to end this presentation, give me just a moment, please.
  • 21. As I say, technology will be great when it works. @47:42 - WHOPE GLOBAL You have done well. Yes, Alex. Thank you. I'm a surround group with Ms. Junior. We take care of them for children who are orphaned, who come from orphaned homes. So that is my foundation and I use the sustainable development goals in order to structure our work and decide where our funds go, whether we receive grant money, whether it's donations, all of those things come from you know people who are willing to join with us in order to successfully propel the sustainable development goals. So I am here in Cleveland, Ohio in United States but my organization reaches here here also in Kenya also in Ghana. And that is why I want to quickly play this short video for us to see and lead and see what we can do as an organization, what we can do as individual and to help ourselves without depending on the government, without depending on anyone to give us funds or donations. How far would you go to honor a promise? A promise made to a stranger. She did it all because she wanted to provide for 600 kids in the slums of Bangladesh. I made a promise to single mothers and impoverished children that I was going to take them out of poverty. I will go and break Guinness World Records get the money to put the kids through education. She's not doing it for pain or recognition. She is keyed in South Pole, climb Mount Everest, even broken Guinness World Records by running Ultra Maritons. She is broken 10 Guinness Records including the most consecutive base running Ultra Maritons. The fastest time to complete an Iron Man triathlon on 6 continents I've been here. Maria started out her life and said, oh look, she was born in absolute poverty. Her birth mother abandoned her. She was raised by a poor refugee woman as one of seven children raised in poverty. Now Maria, climbed out of that. She eventually became a stewardess in Emirates Airlines in one day when the plane had landed in Dhaka, Bangladesh. She decided to walk outside and explore the city only to be stunned by what she saw. You see Dhaka is a city with 50,000 slums and millions of people live in other poverty. I always thought I had grown in a very humble background, but I didn't know what was poverty until I was in the slums of Bangladesh. Most people when they go to third world countries, all they see is poverty. All I could see was so much potential going to waste. So what did I do? I met 101 families and I promised 600 children I was going to take them out of poverty.
  • 32. I started with 39 kids, 98, 200, 600. I'm going to be honest, I had no idea how to help. But if Christina a poor refugee woman from Angola she could take care of me, I could take care of these kids in Bangladesh. This woman seems to be defying the laws of biology because who would think that a woman with no experience in athletics could do all of this? She's just a woman who wants to fund the education of the slum children. Someone told me Maria if you want to raise that amount of money you have to do something worldwide. So I started to run marathons and break in as well record. When we put Maria on stage at our event in Dubai there was not a dry eye in the room. I never did sports in my life, I didn't know what I was getting myself into it and the only sport I was doing up to that point was walking from the galley to the cabin to serve you. Would you like tea? Would you like coffee? Hardly an athlete. But I thought an athlete is not an athlete when he was born. I will transform myself into an athlete. People they often asked me, Maria what was the hardest thing Thank you, everybody in your life. Was it the North Pole? Was it freaking cold? The English Channel? Was it the South Pole? Was the Iron Man? What was it? The hardest thing I ever done in my life was the honor I promised I've made in 2005 to 101 single moms living in a slums of Bangladesh. Down that stage in Dubai, she invited 30 kids to join her. These were 30 out of 600 kids she's supporting. And this is what they said about her. My name is Chadni, 16 years old from Bangladesh. Today I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for Maria, our mom. I would have been married and be a mother of honor to kids like my mother and grandmother. But I am here today going to school and in future I will be a doctor. Today my sister is in university in Europe and my mother is here and my sister is here for me. And for all of us she is a fighter who fought for last 18 years to bring us this. for life and we will make her proud and all of you. Thank you so much everyone. It was the words of this little girl that caused me to break down on stage.
  • 33. So if you ever think your goal is impossible, if you ever think that the world is an ugly place where nobody gives a damn, remember the story of Maria. We don't know what we are capable of until we decide to pursue something bigger than ourselves and that's when all sorts of incredible things open up to us. @1:12:39 - WHOPE GLOBAL Wow that does it. That does it. Thank you Amazon Andrew for that and thank you for your support to Prof. Anita. Thank you so much. This is the video we want you to see. It says when the old world did not keep a damn. They don't want to listen to you. It is then the potential in you should come up on how you could have humanity or go about seven or seven others. You can see Maria. She was brought up too in a very low esteem in the cooperative way. When she saw that she's able to better that song on how to high-have them. Singualdedly, she promised 100 and one family. Sing to mothers. Singualdedly, she had 600 children. Without looking for the government, without waiting for grants or do not, without waiting for somebody to come and give, give, give a money. I'm happy to see Reverend Dr. Hanger's and Mr. Peter. I don't remember everybody name, but you know, I always they are always permitted very nice gentlemen Hello, sir, and thank you for your support. You all is a strong tower to Reverend James and I just want to be big deal, forgive some spot like there and everyone that is in the house. Yes, when I when I saw that video, it relate to me doing, don't wait on anybody. remember when I moved, met, um, Chaplin James, about three, four years ago at some remote, um, event and people are featuring their, um, charity, you know, what they are doing. And I was looking and a lot of different organization. And when I saw this video, um, it was taken up children from the street, children that was , children that was burned up and more my heart really go out and drop it in my heart that this is the charity I should partner with. And I gave in my word, the moment I came off that I We call it we talk and as as Mary talk about a promise. Do you know that a promise is should not something up the right and paper and be paid by men. It should be a word is a contract. When you promise to do something, you must keep your word. That's the contract. And I'm happy today you could tell you guys that I make my promise. I'm going to partner with this organization. And I get my promise and I go beyond and beyond to be a blessing. I started doing my own personal funds.
  • 35. Being an artist, singer, motivator, a wear a lot of hats. Financial culture, whatever. And I started to donate from what I could. then I started to pull my team together. I have a network of people, know, our only globe like in the UK, Canada, England. I'm dad, all over the Jamaican hills where I have a group where we meet and talk about finance, and so on. And I make sure to introduce Chaplin Drain Charity to these people. I launched the nation campaign and my people step up to the plate and really support. And I'm happy that when I saw the video last year, both that lady that was on the floor in a hospital in Lagos, I give birth to Trin and she was lying on the floor because she couldn't afford to be on the bed. They sold their TV and their fan and all the things in their house to pay the hospital fee. And it was not enough. And they owe her ransom for the risk. And many pastors and depended people. and then promised them and then go back. And when Reverend James brought it to my attention, I said, are you kidding me? Could this be true? you know, but knowing that I am a man that I learned to regard and respect, I know that he loved people, he loved God and he loved humanity. And I said, all right, let's plan a video, remote, of the hospital. I need to speak with the doctors. I need to speak with the nurse. I want to respect this woman and I want to store around the hospital because I really want, when I go to raise money, I can stand on good feet. When I say to my people, we need to support this. I want to know that I know what I know. And arrange a remote video conference with the hospital. And I went on and I spoke with few other doctors. I spoke with some of the nurses. He took me to the rooms I saw at a patient. She and her bed, but this lady and three little child was lying on the floor. She had a child before she had the twins and she I've to take that child to the hospital with her. So it was true of them sitting and lying on the floor. And I say and she said, lady, if you help me, the Lord will let you live forever. I said, I don't want to live forever. But I'm a woman and I feel your pain and I'm going to help you.
  • 36. I said, I'm trusting God at 30 days. I take you off this floor and send you home. I remember I came off that day tears in my high and I started to write a donate campaign and I started to and in moment I posted and Reverend James posted on Facebook and plus I started to pull one and one of my friends and team somebody went to the hospital and pay 50% of money that was holding. And I so at least my mission started just like that. And I started to raise the money because I promised to lay that in 30 days I want to take her off the floor. give her a timeline. And I have to remember in James visit our house where the husband lived. I want to talk with the husband. And then I found out that husband lost his job and he sold some of the furnishes in the house and was sleeping on the floor to pay some of the hospital bill. And I wanted us to help to rent back that place because they hold money on the place. But the landlord gave some good review and the landlord said that they were good tenant is hardship took them. And that was again another tip toward to be tied with us. They used to pay their rent okay but situation happened. know over. strike the world, that's pandemic and a lot of people, businesses go under, you know, people live, go down for the, down the hill. So I was planning to help, to let them, rent that, pay that place, but the place was so messy and dirty and the landlord didn't want to paint it, he wanted collect the background and didn't want to paint the place when they show me the bathroom, which was beyond the standard of human and the thing. I said to Reverend James, we have to get somewhere health with light and water. So he started and his team started to go out and start to look around for accommodation. I said, we want to send them home in light and water. They didn't have light and water, whatever they were and so he started to get places and showed me, you know, and I look at the place remotely and when I saw the place that, you know, have water and light, the one bedroom flat, you know, I was a bit satisfied. And I said to him, no, let's listen to everything. And don't let us pay off the hospital yet because we don't want them send them home. And they don't have anywhere to do so. Let's just they got off of the money. No, we have it out of the Let's get the house out of the way. So we were able to bet that apartment paid for it for one here. We paid one here rent or lease what you call it.
  • 37. For the family. We started to see towels and sheets and bed and stove and all things that they need. And some people came along and gave a little, you know, things here and there. But my team was able to finish bed for the place, help them to have food and other things and to move in. I remember the day when they were moving out of the hospital, the doctor. church were hoping to be it was like a family reunion but I saw all the videos and all that if you know It was so hard to render so you wouldn't understand how the angel in heaven clap their hand over at them And might smile and you and work up your hand when you can let someone And need the family need the person somewhere in the Bible, you know, it probably were Solomon say Well the person that give to the poor you let alone to the Lord A lot of person will give the people because what they can get in the end What I can talk to this what is in this for me? But if when you delete that type of mentality and you start to look through the eyes of God see see to the eyes of God He had to his ears. How he would think what Jesus did when he walked and heard he had compassion. Jesus was and mountain speaking and preaching the Word of God. And there was over 5,000 people because the Bible said there was men alone with 5,000. That means a lot of women and children were there. A multitude of people, you see? And when the service was concluded, the disciples were ready to send them home. But Jesus had compassion in them. said, oh, they're here with no old day. And they're going to feel it. He can't turn about their health. He can't turn about their well-being. He can't turn. So when you are going to talk about loving God and be a pastor, go to church and sabbath, go to church and send them. Come on, let it charge you God on board. You have to get to the city. have to look for the needy of look for people and helpless people hungry. These are the people. Yes, and when Jesus and disciples and Lord, where are we going to get food to feed so many people? Jesus said, put them to sit down. A money did not have the money when she made a promise. She did not see the first dollar to L600 children and one on 10 families. But she made a promise and she made it up in her mind that she was a playing assistant and a playing feeding passenger.
  • 38. That could not raise enough money for her to keep her promise. So she started to run and jog and start to launch into a new career. She swapped her career and decided to do something new. How much of us today? with swap careers will walk out of our comfort zone to keep a promise. And so when he's Jesus said to them, put the people to sit down. He didn't even know at the time what he was going to take a feed them. You're talking maybe 20, 30,000 people. Men alone was over 5,000. But look at this now. There was a little boy. Oh my god. And my topic today is use what you have. If you have a little use it, start with what you have. This little boy have two fishes and five little bally lobe bread. That is parents gave him for his lunch. So look at this. God. Jesus know that he was there. The other people did not know what Jesus knew that a little boy have few bread and two fish. And he know what he is. What? Pray and what miracle could do? Is a covenant keeping God? Is a promised man? Is our full man is huge? So the disciples found out that there was someone in the crowd that I've added a food and they took it to Jesus. Again, this little boy could be selfish and said, not my sheer and my lunch. I just wanted for myself. But look what he did. He was very kind. He was caring. He gave it up that others would heed. And because he did that, God Jesus prayed. And when he prayed, the fishers become a lot of fish and the bread multiplied. And they all had. Everybody was full to the brim. And when it was all said and done, they scraped a 12-bass hit of bread and fish. This guy in all the common. Amen. Merchant is a fish sell and bread. You could go home. God will ward him. God will ward him. He went home with 12 basket. Now his neighbor could come and buy bread and fish. It was not just frontman God gave him 12 basket of bread and fish. So when he went home, he had been of bread and fish to school.
  • 39. He become a merchant. Glory to God. I hope I'm talking to someone today. @1:31:32 - WHOPE GLOBAL Because he's It's lunch. We're here. We can hear you. @1:31:36 - Charity Cirlce-CBWMinistries Yes. The guy went home with 12 basket of bread to sell. Now his merchant come on. If he launches this business is not enough. God gave him a business. Because he could not eat 12 basket of bread. So he doesn't sell. Yes. So look at me. that when you hear about others, when you put others in people need and you're a changer, God almighty of a way to award faithfulness. And today you that are here that is on the borderline. You are on the borderline. want to do something, but you know, you are saying one if I can start. I'm saying it was all excuses right here right right, right, of your mind. And get get get get in the driver seat. You're going to do it and you can do it. You can do it because we serve a huge big God. I'm going to go to one more stretcher before I, you know, I'm concluding my speech. I'm not a loud speaker. I am a, you know, a child person. don't I'm not a person of word. I'm a person. some action. I need some more action people and this thing today that you'll get off here and get busy. Use what you have and as residents every don't have to depend on the government. Yes, government should be our strong coalition be there to help about you and I know that the politics take over everything and if you are not in certain party and you're not you know up here and they big shut friends are whatever you call them. They're not going to give the grand chart to send that so the small man will die and the big man must eat but in God book God don't look at that God looked down on him and he reached down and he'll draw you from the bottom to the top and for to the top and he'll take you from the bottom in front when you try to do you have an ego a passion. to help others. Life is wasted until we help others. And you know Jesus said in the scripture is gonna say to the sheep on the right hand.
  • 40. I was hungry and you feed me. I was naked and you close me. was sick. I was in prison. Lord, when did I see your hungry sick and in prison? He said as much as you did to these little one? You did it onto me. So when you are doing it, don't look for these people to give you about. Today I am in bliss and highly favored God and I sit right in my private office and I made all the money I wanted me on my bills. God paid every bills for me. I'm time. I'm time because of the seed that I sow because of the people that I've held. And I'm gonna say this is not only this charity I pardon with. There's a charity in and on Pakistan that I am helping some people, it's easy to be born and used to the children. There's another charity in the bandage, as I talk about bandage, I mean supporting charity in that area. There is a pastor that was a Muslim and you know when Muslim become Christian, their family kicked them out and this guy was kicked out of his family and out of every time and he wanted to serve the people and he started his church and the grass. I mean it did not have the first bench to put the members in so he would put them on the grass and they would sit on the grass and teach them and I'm watching this young man donate in way before I meet Reverend James, all these chargains supporting them before I meet Reverend James and this young man I'm watching start to teach and the grass. On the grass was the bench and the start teaching the children and the parents are to join and one and one parents are to come out and I watched them teach and till we bought the first piece of land because I'm donor, share everything, I'm watching everything and I remember when I blinded the thing to build a church, I see everything when it was getting married, I watched his wedding and his wife when he started to have children, I watched all of these and I watched that guy build a nice church because he had a passion that he did not look and said he started on the ground and today he had a beautiful church with AC, nice bells and cheers and he still run a lot of orphaned villages helping children and I could go on and on when There was a pastor in your stamp state, Legas is a friend of mine on Facebook. And he called and we wanted to say, Coach, we are in lock up in the house, we are my wife and children hungry. Because you know when Kobe people couldn't go to work and church couldn't ask me physical answer. And I got used to the same money and Western United to give them food that they didn't die for hungry. And I don't have the time today to tell you. There are paparines, central places, food, things. And there was a gentleman who was sent to sell money was sick and his children were taken to the infirmary.
  • 41. And I said, no, no, I found it with a contractor. Something happened to his children. He was sick. And I ran to his and put him and his friend would pay the rent and so on. And he lived ten years before he died because of this lady talking to you by helping. And I said, I don't have to know you to be a blessing to you because fear is not a thing that you see with your natural life. The Bible said it's a offensive thing that hope for you don't see. So the things that you are seeing your friends and your neighbor that you can see is not fear. It's a thing that you are not seeing but you believe it. And so you can help people anywhere because we are all children of God. Whether you are a whiter, tiny or whatever color you have, we have one God's children and we are together to help each other. Amen. Wow. @1:38:40 - Uba Nkonsha Audi Thank you. @1:38:41 - WHOPE GLOBAL Thank you so much. Thank you, Dr. Khalid. I know you have gone in the spirits. We have been praying to go for you to at least come down from the spirits. We want to say thank you for what you have done and the spiritual level you have taken us. As you were talking, I said some typing, saying following you in the spirit of the world. And this is a blessing to everyone who understand this mystery that it is when you bless others, multiple blessings come to you. And you do not wait for somebody to give you something before you can give someone has something. And that's not a reward, there's no gift. Wait for somebody to give you something and you're able to give somebody. You should be able to give something out of what you have. And that is where you're having the blessing. So we have to say thank you for your contribution, for your support, for the kind of humanitarian heart, out of good you have been showing.

Yes, James. Yesterday, after you left, I think we had a great conversation, and I need to re- elirate three things. One, anybody that's coming to these seminars, you're getting these seminars for free. And in the United States, there were thousands of dollars to get what you're getting here. I came out with a saying yesterday of a former president of the United States of America. I came out with a saying and I got a lot of comments back that they appreciated the way I reprised the comments and I am going to indirectly quote a late president of the United States John F Kennedy asked not what you can do for yourself. Ask what you can do for Africa. That is the best thing that you can do. Africa and I'm here in the United States in Puerto Rico and I'm still doing for Africa. I met that little guy that's sitting over there and he's got a shiny face by the name of James and he kidnapped me. He hijacked me. me and we ended up getting going with a school, a college, an institution. And you want to know something? I'm finding out there are a lot of very intelligent people in Africa. Women inclusive, women that are a brainwreck of, I got one woman that I pushed her buttons and I said, you know, you're holding back on me on your homework and I don't like when people hold back. The next homework assignment that she gave me was seven pages long and then I find out she's got a master's degree in theology. Why? Because they don't want women to talk. Well, you know what? I think it's about time we get women and men to partner together and do things because the women do know their stuff. @1:44:58 - WHOPE GLOBAL I don't care what they're
  • 44. @1:45:00 - Chief Chaplain Dr. Peter Smith Amb. anybody says they all have red blood just like me you all have red blood and I have red blood women can think and so can men I've gotten a lot of men that have taken the same thing that I've told the women and they are coming out of their shell we've got some intelligent people we have got a resource in Africa second to none of intelligency but nobody wants to help Africa it's time to get off your rear end and help do something I'm paying back for what I got in life I'm 74 years old and I'm still volunteering I volunteer. You can get your friends in your neighbors' volunteer. You can do so much for your own country because if you're waiting for your own country to help you, you won't get the first base. You won't even get around the corner because they want it for themselves. You've got to take action and let me tell you something between Andrew James and the other speakers in here in the last two days that I've heard. Fantastic! God is talent. God is education. Don't wasted people. Help rebuild in Africa like there is no other. Stole the people and Andrews came out with something before about voting. Well, let me tell you something. If you don't vote, you can't complain against the administration that's doing or not doing what they should be. You need to go out and vote. And I don't care what party you vote for. I'm not getting involved in politics. I'm just telling, if you don't vote, then you got no say. You got no right to say nothing. You've got to get out there and vote. Register to vote. And James, this is fantastic. I see what I have been missing for some time. Thank God yesterday, before I got in here, I got my internet back. Even here in Puerto Rico, United States of America, we have problems with the power and electricity and so forth. But I got it back. God bless you all. And remember, this is the free training. Take advantage of it. Pass it on to others. Share it. Don't try to hold it back for yourself. Share it amongst other people. Thank you. God bless back to you, James.
