Mr. Eton Marus is a dynamic, self motivated professional with multi disciplinary academic
background with holistic professional proficiency in the areas of Business Administration,
Entrepreneurship and Enterprise development, Financial Management, Accounting, Marketing,
Monitoring and Evaluation, project planning and management, research and other business
related areas. I am committed to an institution’s philosophy where I am attached. I have always

Eton is currently mentoring three (3) academic members of staff who are expected to publish their
papers in internationally peer reviewed journals soon. Two (2) staff members are currently writing
their research papers.
Curriculum Development

He participated in the development of Bachelor of Business Science curriculum of Muni University
and spearheaded the development of the Curriculum for Post Graduate Diploma (PGDFM) Program
of Muni University. All these programs will start soon.
