Problem Statement Recently, there has been some restructuring made in our organization, resulting in many negative views of Senior Management.
Important and positions were eliminated, such as Assistant Team Leads, Directions, and even our Chief Financial Officer. Among those positions, there
were several others deem as unnecessary support staff that we also eliminated. Shortly after, our Human Resources Manager voluntarily left.
Additionally, many full–time team employees were let go, leaving a feeling of uncertainty and fear for jobs throughout the remaining employees.
Many of the remaining employees were left with the mentality of "Who is next to go?" This wouldn't be that large of a problem, however, these
individuals have not been replaced, over six months later. It is evident that these staffing issues are causing strain across all levels of the
organization. Before this major restructuring the company had close to 200 employees. All departments were affected by the layoffs, and the
company reduced to around 130 and the number has steadily declined in the last 6 months to level out at about 100. Internally, the approximate 50%
decline of workforce has had a significant impact on remaining employees. It has disrupted the everyday work functions for those individuals. In

As the population of the United States increases so will our older adult population. This population consists of individuals 65 years old and above. "
By 2030, the number of United States adults age 65 and older will more than double to about 71 million (CDC, 2012). This suggests that more people
of older age will need services whether medical, financial, etc. These services include nursing homes, which are private and state institutions that
provide residential accommodations with healthcare.
However, nursing homes can provide resident accommodations for older individuals who are still under the age of 65, but that is only a minute portion

Multicultural And Social Justice Competencies (MSJCC)
Over time, society has become increasingly diverse and globally connected. In order to meet the needs of an interconnected society, the American
Counseling Association (ACA) endorsed the creation of multicultural and social justice competencies (Ratts, Singh, Butler, Nassar–McMillan, &
McCullough, 2016). The Multicultural and Social Justice Counseling Competencies (MSJCC) were developed in order to showcase the importance of
integrating MSJCC into all aspects of the counseling profession. Originally, these competencies were geared more toward majority professionals
working with minority clients. However, it has become more clear that the range of diversity is endless and it is not uncommon for privileged clients
to be counseled by minority counseled (Ratts, et al., 2016). To assistmental health care professionals with navigating the complex issues of power and
privilege, diverse cultural world views, and appropriate interventions, a conceptual model was created (Ratts, et al., 2016). The model is an

One way I anticipate I will fit into Quadrant I is if I have an undocumented client. Being undocumented would make the client a marginalized individual
with limited community resources due to public policies. I would have to be cognizant of the fact that seeking help as an undocumented individual
could be a fearful experience since the individual has no guarantee their status will stay confidential. Also, taking into consideration the client's
worldview along with their potential feelings of fear and mistrust would be essential to note since it will affect the counselor client

Negative View Of Revenge In Hamlet
In Shakespeare's Hamlet, revenge is the driving force behind the plot. Hamlet is charged with avenging his father's murder at the hands of his uncle
and quickly this quest affects everyone in his life. Eventually, almost everyone in the play dies as a result of Hamlet's quest for vengeance. At first,
however, Hamlet's indecision over killing his uncle seems to be the source of trouble, not the revenge itself. He cannot decide what he wants, and that
has a detrimental effect on the people around him. When Laertes returns after the death Polonius, the audience is given a character like Hamlet but
without the indecision. However, his quick corruption by Claudius eventually shows he is not the positive character initially introduced. Overall, the
play presents a negative view of revenge by showing that even Laertes, who is without Hamlet's issues, is damaged by it.
At the beginning of the play, Hamlet's indecision causes his troubles, not revenge. He is more inclined to speak about doing something than actually
do it, and from the beginning shows hesitation towards the concept of revenge. At first, he is thrown into a frenzy by his conversation with the ghost.
However, the audience sees that two months later, he is yet to make any progress towards killing Claudius. Instead, he is bouncing back between
mania and depression, frustrated with himself that he cannot take any action, but more preoccupied with his anger at his mother and his friends. He
scolds himself for being "unpregnant" of his cause, but also declares that an actor would "drown the stage with tears" if put in his position (II, ii). He
believes he needs to kill his uncle but is also unwilling to take action, preferring to speak about his thoughts on Gertrude and Claudius' incestuous
relationship. Also contributing to Hamlet's indecision is the contrast between his image of what an avenger should look like and his own self–image.
He pictures "rugged Pyrrhus," with "sable arms" and who is "roasted in wrath and fire," when he thinks of an avenger. This godlike figure is in
contrast with his self–image; in his first soliloquy, he says Claudius is "no more like my father than I to Hercules" (I, ii). To himself, Hamlet is as far
away from heroic or godlike
