‘Beat’ because I thought the “restrained” look would make it
more appealing to both genders as it is mostly males who like the
“aggressive” look to the mastheads of music magazines. I will
keep the colour black as it has no gender stereotype to it,
therefore it will not deter people because of the colour. The
masthead will go in the centre of the page in keeping with the
house style of the majority of rock music magazines.
