3. Goals My main goal is to obtain a full-time position what will utilize everything I have learned in my degree program at Eastern Michigan University.

4. Ideal Job Working in the Higher Education sector as a Program Coordinator or Director of a Center which focuses on multicultural events and/or marketing. Working for a PR/Marketing agency that focuses on cross-cultural capmaigns.

5. S.W.O.T. My strengths are the ability to adapt quickly to new issues and problems arise. Another strength is my ability to create material both in English and Spanish. A weakness of mine is that sometimes I am bullheaded and do not listen as much as needed. I do have the opportunity to learn from my mistakes and have had the chance of slowing down and becoming more of an observer and listener. I have no threats at this time. But if any arise, I will confront them and adapt.
