road toward Peshawar at Taxila with having the facilities of
Guests rooms, Restaurants, and banquets.

 At Royalson for some jobs like chefs , they use work sample
testing technique.

 Like Mr. Miyan Khan (waiter captain) and Miss Khola
(Inventory hotel head) are always in conflict
 Because of difference in opinion
 CONCLUSION
The importance of HRM department can not be denied.
We have concluded that in Royalson hotel ,HRM is
running in a very organized and systematic manner. It
is providing the human resource services to fulfill the
management requirements smoothly and efficiently.
And this project has given us the realistic view of how
HR practices are followed in any organization

  • 24.  CONFLICT MGT  HRM faced many conflicts in ROYALSON hotel  Like Mr. Miyan Khan (waiter captain) and Miss Khola (Inventory hotel head) are always in conflict  Because of difference in opinion
  • 25.  CONCLUSION The importance of HRM department can not be denied. We have concluded that in Royalson hotel ,HRM is running in a very organized and systematic manner. It is providing the human resource services to fulfill the management requirements smoothly and efficiently. And this project has given us the realistic view of how HR practices are followed in any organization
