• Responsible for Recruitment Coordination with Consultants, Scheduling of Interviews, Offer
preparations, Documentation, Joining, Induction, etc.
• Responsible for complete joining and orientation Formalities of new employees.
• Preparing all type of official letter such as Confirmation, Increment, Promotion, Transfer, Relivi
ng Letters & Experience, Termination Order, and Extended Probationer Letter. Issuing Increme
nt and Promotion Letters
• Handling the Appraisal Process by review taken from the concern departments & Reporting
