1. Key Deliverables / Activities:-
Recruitment drive / Manpower planning & Restructuring:
• Managing the implementation of HR policies for manpower planning, recruitment, selection,
induction, orientation,
• Restructuring and development of new employees in the organization, recruitment and selection
plans.
• Preparing job descriptions & understanding requirement of the position and Placing job ad on
portals.
• Sourcing profiles from various channels like Job portals, Internal & Company Database,
Professional networks, Employee References, and conducting walk in Interviews etc.
• Initial screening and validating the profiles based on qualification, years of experience,
• Scheduling interviews and follow-up with candidates & Coordinating with technical panel for
technical interviews.
HR Generalist Activities:-
Post Recruitment & Reports
• Salary negotiations, Offer generation, salary fitments, joining formalities etc,
• Preparation of Appointment orders, Termination letters and Relieving letters.
• Appraisal Review letter, Advisory letters, Address proof letter, Bonafide letters.
• Necessary arrangements and coordination to issue ID & Biometric cards.
Induction
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward
organizational objectives
• Responsible for arranging detailed induction program for the newly joined employees
Payroll
• Monitoring attendance and leave management, following up employees’ loan and other
deductions
• Payroll generation and salary disbursements
• Employees’ Professional Tax & TDS – End to End, preparing 24Q for E-Filing
Statutory Compliance & Staff Welfare
• PF & ESI Monthly E-Returns & Challan Generations, Claims & Transfers
• Providing Temporary & Permanent ESIC ID Cards
• Statutory records, abstracts maintenance and submission of returns under various Shop
& Establishment Act.
• CLRA – organizing Labour License activities, inter-state migrant and records
maintenance.
2. • Ensure Gratuity updates and follow-ups with concerned finance dept.
• Coordinating with agencies to provide Group Health Insurance & Accidental Policy.
• Tracking reimbursements for Employees’ mobile & Official conveyance
• Loan benefits from employer as per firm’s policy
HR Policy Implementation
• Responsible to be proactive in the implementation, application and continuous
improvement of HR processes, policies and practices
• Ensure compliance with the firm’s policies and practices
• Provide changes and feedback to the management as required.
Performance Appraisal & Salary reviews
• Performance Appraisal tracking for Employees
• Finalizing performance rating through reviews and discussion with Technical Managers,
• Processing Increment Letter in line with approved norms and budget within the given
time-lines.
• Conducting Employees’ self-analysis & Planning as per training needs.
Retention
• Roll out various programs to improving employee retention rates / engagement etc., e.g.
New Joiners Delight, Employee Satisfaction Survey
• Identifying employees who are at risk and ensure recommendations are made to
manage attrition and responsible for Rewards & Recognition in the division.
Employee Engagement & Motivation activities
• Organize forums, training sessions and events for all special occasions to entertain and
encourage employees.
• Plan and conduct welfare events, Facilitate and coordinate regular constructive
feedback, Town Hall Meetings, and Coffee Sessions to maximize positive impact of
individual team member talent and reinforce relationship building.
• Maintaining attrition statistics and drives the work culture in creating a 'preferred' work
place for employees.
HR Database / MIS
• Overseeing preparation of HR MIS & Monthly reporting to management.
• Ensure all manual/electronic records and HR databases are kept up to date.
• Steering effective budget controls & cost cutting measures.
• Maintaining records in the Employee database providing timely HR MIS data as
required.
Employee Communication
• Maintain harmonious employee relationship and Provide timely & appropriate
dissemination of all employee communication updates.
• Manage employee joining tasks and Assist new hires in opening up bank accounts
3. • Conduct open houses, shift meetings / skip level meetings on a monthly basis to ensure
HR issues are addressed with the Managers / employees to understand the
issues/concerns.
Query / Issues / Grievance handling - Management
• Direct and answering all queries to the appropriate point of contact within Corporate HR
for resolutions/clarifications.
• Counseling session for employees through ‘ Employee Contact Week’
• To support and advise managers on employee performance issues including providing
advice.
Disciplinary Action:
• Strict rules and procedures are laid down relating to attendance, punctuality, leave,
behaviors, dress code and possession of materials and authorization of power, work
etc.
• Issue of warning letter, Warning and Disciplinary actions etc, participating in
disciplinary hearings as required.
• Conciliation proceeding. Suspension letter and memos for late attendance,
unauthorized leave, theft and loss of company’s material, insubordination of superiors,
negligence on duty.
Exit Formalities
• Conduct exit interviews & Retention initiatives to the entire group of companies
• Submit report findings to the Centre Manager & HR Director.
• Relieving process & full and final settlement.
