Memiliki jam terbang yang begitu panjang, Umi Mahmudah Hani, saat ini adalah Managing Partner
umhconsulting. Sebelumnya Umi adalah Chief Human Capital Yayasan / Universitas Tarumanagara,
salah satu Universitas Swasta terbesar dan tertua di Ibukota. Umi juga pernah sebagai HRD Director
GAPURA PRIMA GROUP, sebuah Kelompok Usaha Perusahaan Publik yang bergerak dalam Bidang
Property, HRD Director SENTOSA GROUP, sebuah Perusahaan Ritel yang mengoperasikan The Body
Shop, PS, M 2, KemChicks Gourmet Supermarket, AUSSINO, Green Spa dan Centro Lifestyle
Department Store selama hampir lima tahun. Selain itu, Umi juga pernah menangani pembinaan SDM di
berbagai line of business GAJAH TUNGGAL GROUP termasuk PT. Mitra Adiperkasa,Tbk (MAP)berbagai line of business GAJAH TUNGGAL GROUP termasuk PT. Mitra Adiperkasa,Tbk (MAP)
pemegang lebih dari 40 Merk Internasional antara lain Starbucks, Marks & Spencer, Nine West, NEXT,
The Athlete Foots, Sogo Department Store dan lain-lain. Diawal karirnya Umi berkontribusi dan berkarya
di bidang SDM selama hampir 10 tahun di BIMANTARA GROUP yang mengoperasikan antara lain
RCTI, Automotive (Mercedes, Ford, Hyunday), Chandra Asri, Media Indonesia, IAT (Indonesia Air
Transport), UGB (Usaha Gedung Bimantara), Property, Hotel & Tourism di Jakarta, Bali dan lain-
lain. Umi juga pernah menjadi abdi negara dan abdi masyarakat di DEPARTEMEN TRANSMIGRASI RI
selama 4 tahun ketika baru menyelesaikan studinya.
• Sering diminta sebagai PEMBICARA di berbagai Lembaga Pemerintah / Universitas Negeri, Swasta dan
Seminar Publik, Psikolog lulusan Universitas Gajah Mada,Yogyakarta,1983 dan Ibu 2 putra yang telah de
wasa serta Nenek 2 cucu ini juga aktif di berbagai Organisasi Profesi dan Seminar Internasional di
Australia, Malaysia,Taiwan,Hongkong,Macau, Filipina, Bahrain, Singapore, Thailand, Mesir dan lainnya.
Kompetensi utamanya adalah Organization Development, HC System, Recruitment and Selection,
Training and Development, Industrial Relations dan berbagai aspek di bidang Human Capital lainnya.
