 Menyentuh persepsi masyarakat, untuk
menegakkan atau mengembangkan identitas dan
citra positif organisasi atau perusahaan
 Mencegah timbulnya opini publik baik internal
maupun eksternal yang kontroversial dan atau
meluruskannya, untuk menghindari kerugian
moril maupun materiil pada organisasi/persh.
 Mengubah kondisi yang kurang menguntungkan
( unfavorable ) kedalam kondisi yang
menguntungkan ( favorable ) bagi organisasi atau
