• Work with recruiters and hiring managers to create offer letters for internal and external
candidates.
o Review offer letters to ensure salaries, bonuses, officer titles, etc. Correctly correspond
with the affiliated position. Ensure proper guidelines are followed for each candidate
receiving an offer.
• Process hires of internal and external candidates
o Ensure information provided for the hire is accurate and up to date
o Confirm background check is eligible for hire and within the 90 day time limit before
processing external hires
o Process and request changes to hires after they have been completed if necessary
• Run external candidate background checks
o Determine correct time frame background checks should be run to remain compliant
o Oversee that all international external candidates also have an international
background conducted
• Initiate and maintain CARCO I-9s for all external candidates whose hire I process
o Delegate certified CARCO signers to external candidates at the appropriate time
during onboarding
o Follow up with managers for their new hire’s I9 to make sure proper protocol is followed
and that the I9 is completed within the compliant time frame
• Audit interview guides for every job posted by assigned recruiters for accuracy according to
the OFCCP regulations
o Make sure both Recruiters and Hiring Managers are knowledgeable on current Wells
Fargo interview standards and provide insight where needed
o Review all interview guides and other associated documents for accuracy and
determine if proper protocol was followed
o Administer violations when Wells Fargo or OFCCP policies are not correctly followed
and document specific instances using a company checklist
• Answer Recruiter, Hiring Manager, and co-worker questions and verify the information I
provide is accurate
o Research questions and processes I am unfamiliar with and provide my team with
instructional emails on the topics once my research is complete
