· Working Virtually, Full Life cycle recruiting for various positions, both contract and direct-hire.
· Work with hiring managers and HR personnel to determine their employment needs.
· Source candidates through various recruiting methods to include job boards, networking,
colleges, and referrals.
· Tracked Consultant resumes using ATS.
· Extensive pre-screening process with candidates.
· Coordinate and sometimes conduct interviews, present offers,and negotiate salaries.
· Work with candidates through their start and continue to service throughout employment.
· Conduct reference checks,performance reviews,and terminations.
· Assist in coordinating travel and relocation plans when needed.
· Assist in new and current business development.
· Attend networking functions to source candidates and clients.
· Maintain high professionalism while also maintaining strong relationships with both Consultants
and Clients.
HUMAN RESOURCES
· Responsibilities include resolving issues based on appropriate applications of Human Resource
policies and procedures and handling associate relations and general HR issues through conducting
investigations, analyzing symptoms to demonstrate the root cause,researching and interpreting policies,
and providing advice/council.
· Responsible for updating and maintaining applicant availability.
· Proactively educating clients on policy and procedures,as well as focusing on the development of
our leadership team are also responsibilities in this role.
· Responsible for full onboarding process to include I9, W4, Offer Letters,Benefits, Promissory
Notes (H1B employees.)
· Maintain training schedule, conduct performance reviews, and terminations.
