• Work on several process review and improvement projects with EEI Testing
• Handle job offers and any negotiations

• Continuously develop solutions and implement action plans
• Attend National Conference for SWE, SHPE and WIN
• Partner with corporate TA on campus recruiting
• Assist with the intern program (100+ interns each year fleet wide)
• Attend military job fairs and base visits to build pipeline
• Successfully built a business relationship with 4 Navy bases
• Successfully hired approximately 130 new hires in 2015
