Daily roles and responsibilities
Marketing our bench consultants to the suitable requirements.
Well versed with Marketing Bench Consultant (All types of EADs, H1B, GC, TN, USC, OPT and CPT)
Regular interaction with consultants through calls/mails/chatting and identifying their needs and getting
them to projects accordingly.
Making Follow ups with different vendors for previously submitted positions.
Maintain all the data of the vendors and consultants.
Gathering requirements for consultants from Vendors of clients, Job portals and other networking
techniques.
Coordinating with the consultant in order to know whether they are comfortable with the requirement
before submitting to the vendor.
Working on responsibilities like Posting, Applying, Submitting, Feedbacks, Updates for the submissions,
work order process and End to end work following up until the consultant joins the project.
Maintaining relationship with the vendors and discussing about the new client positions
Gathering the information about the consultant before starting the marketing. (Education, experience,
relocation, visa status and rate etc.)
Mailing the requirements to consultants and checking their comfortability.
Sourcing suitable requirements to candidates as per their skill set from different sources like dice, monster,
Career Builder and internal networking, head hunting, References.
Constant follow up with vendors for quality submissions.
Coordinating with the consultants regarding submittals, interview schedules and the feedbacks.
Screening and short-listing the candidatures in accordance to the requirement.
Follow-up NCA, MSA, LCA( Labor condition agreement) and all paper works documents
Education:
Bachelors of commerce from Andhra University in the year of 2015
