Supervises the work of all public area attendants to ensure that front
and back of the house are well maintained at all times.
Schedules periodic special cleaning of public areas including offices,
casino, F & B outlets and back of the house areas.
Checks all cleaning equipment and ensures that it is in good working
condition.
Supervises outside contractors for cleaning equipment preventive
maintenance, pest control, window cleaning and plant contractors.
Informs the superiors of any unusual occurrence in the public areas,
offices, casino area, back of the house areas.
Conducts staff skills training and follows up the implementation of the
training program.
Monitors and control cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Conducts daily staff briefing before the start of each shift.
Prepares daily staff work assignment and distribution.
Reports maintenance work order in the public areas and ensures that
rectification is done on time. Ensures that furnishings and facilities are
well maintained, refurbished as required.
Motivates staff to enhance good performance.
