- RESPONSIBLITIES:
 Check and Inspect guest rooms for maintenance and cleanliness
 Constantly monitoring key performance indicators for the department and take
corrective action.
 Ensuring team members are fully trained on all hotel systems, procedures to
ensure safety
 Efficiently managing a team of assistants, general cleaners and building cleaners.
 Conduct training sessions for the team to enhance knowledge & skills.
 Assist the EHK in Monitoring inventory and discard process
 Checking rooms and public area for maintenance and ensure their completion and
to maintain record of all maintenances.
 Handle guest queries and complaints related to the department.
 Coordinating with other departments for hassle-free functioning.
 Adopting guest oriented approach by guest interaction & working positively on
guest feedback.
