Reports daily activities and events such as guest complaints to Housekeeper.

Prepare periodic appraisal reports of performance of his staff.
Participates in preparation of the departmental budget and goals.
Attend monthly housekeeping meeting and suggest/ recommend any change for
improvement of service and implement the decision taken in the meeting.
Controls and analysis on an on- going basis, the following

c) Sanitation, cleanliness & hygiene.
