2. Three Favorite Class assignment
 Scavengers Hunt; In this assignment I explored what and where and who of
Grayson college. This assignment is great help to me because now I know whom
and where to search for information that I needed. From this assignment I knew
that there are job placement experts in Grayson College too. Overall, it was
really loved this hunt.
 Metacognition: From metacognition I have learned about thinking about my
own thinking. I also learned about Stage Theory and six stages of stage theory.
This assignment help student to know where they are and how can they improve
their thinking to climb one stage.
 Grayson Link Career Assignment; This assignment should me in which areas that
I am interested. I build a career path in this assignment. Also I created a profile
and explored available intern and jobs. I did not know this link was so important.

3. Three Favorite Journals
 Journal 11; This journal was one of my favorite because it helped me visualize my
future. Because of this journal I am motivated to pursue my goal. I loved the
feeling that I realized at that time.
 Journal 13; In this journal I had to write about what I have done in last 24 hrs in
one of the four different quadrants. It made me realize how I use my time. This
journal entry made me utilize my time in meaningful and purposeful things. So I
liked this journals.
 Journal 17; In this journal entry I was suppose to explore the creation of support
system. It helped me to figure out an obstacle in between me and my college life. I
loved this journal because it made me realize that they are different people that
can help me in different situation.

4. Module 1; How brain Works?
 Everyone knows brain is important part of human life. But most of them don’t
realize how it works. This module helped me to learn how to make our brain
function effectively. Our anxiety and stress can affect our brain. Proper rest and
being hydrated can help in learning effectively. Most astonishing fact was that
our brain can generate 25 Watt of power.

5. Lesson
 The first lesson that I will carry from class is that do your work atleast two days
prior the due date.
 Do not feel low or de-motivated because no body is born with a talent and talent
is build with hard work over time.
 Always be motivated and be positive about what you do and stay focused on
your goal.

I have improved my scores in accepting personal responsibility, Believing in myself
and mastering self management quite a bit. In other areas it in more or less same.
And credit goes to this class. I have learned many things from this class that will help
me in my life.

7. How my life would be?
 I will have a huge business and I will be able to afford any things.
 My family will be there for me as they are now and all my beloved ones.
 Own a soccer club to motivate soccer players in Nepal.
 I would be called as one of the most talented entrepreneur in my country.
