“Four weeks ago, I was sluggish and unmotivated. Now I feel empowered and
have a more peaceful mind because I've taken the time to focus on controlling
what I can control and not feeling that I have to change or fix everything. I am
most proud of relaxing my mind. I had a lot of anxiety and chose to ignore it
and it only got worse. I am proud to say that I don't have anxiety as I did
before. The skills I learned in this class with Professor Val will help me be

I think is really helpful because most of the time I forgot to relax and take a break from something that is making me feel stressed. I am going to start working on my meditation and relaxation skills John I believe I was most creative when we did the meditation on Friday.
