GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Responsible for structural fabrication and construction activities through the contractor
supervision in respect of HSE, method, working practices, quality and timely execution of the
works.
 Initiate and manage the project continuous improvement processes.
 Monitors progress and performance of the fabrication to ensure that they performs to the
approved schedule, specification and standards.
 Function as a “safety Champion” to help fabrication to build a strong yard safety culture.
 10 years’ experience of supervising the entire project, regarding the mechanical works and
multi craft. Coordinating with the project manager and respective supervisors according to
the task job. Supervising with the manpower supply and the residing employees according to
their job task.
 General construction of structural assembly, firefighting systems and pump rooms.
Pipe racks, vessels, storage tanks, pumps, motors, Boiler and HVAC.
 Erections of pipes, Structural, Modification of piping’s and pipe racks, and
storage tanks, Vessels. Pumps and Motors Installation. Maintenance of all service
valves. Electromechanical works. And was mostly exposed on fabrication works or
fabrication shops, and all kinds of boiler assembly.
 Erectionof fabricated structural materials such as beams, columns, angle bars, and
structural fittings assembly.
 Modificationof structural assembly due to fabricationmistakes.
 Fit-up of all kinds of pipes and fabricating pipe base on general contractordrawings.
 Insulate vessel tank of calcium silicate and installation cladding to vessel and doom.
 Insulate the fiberglass and cladding to pipe back and boiler.
 Installation of plain sheet aluminum to boiler burner flashing, and installation
corrugated sheet to side boiler.
 Construction and assemble of storage tanks withall tanks components
 Studies drawings or specifications to determine job requirements
