 White Water Rafting Project (Wadi Adventures) in Jabel Hafet Project:
Contract value approximate is (160 million DHS) owned by Tamouh.
 Construction the artificial lakes, surf pools and streams of water racing boats
 I was one of the team which built the big lake (structural) with the use of all the technique to
place the machines & the insulation materials (concrete injection, HDPE liner, VLDPE fabric
back & bitumen paint...etc)
 Erection the lake with the Channel which consists of approx 6km of length in use of
excavation with exact level, Slope and exact protection materials which below the run
(geotextiles) covered by spray concrete and natural stone to simulate the true nature.
 Fully responsible of the finishing for building the No 4 which includes the bathrooms,
showers, prayer rooms, cafeteria with all accessories required to each.
 Fully Responsible of the finishing for all electrical sub-satiation the trenches and the roof
insulation with use the full system and handed over it to the AADC.
 Extensions of the tourist composite.
 The closing out of the project as per the snag list.
 Al-Ain Labor Village Project (Phase I):
Contract value approximate is (190 million DHS) owned by Al Dar.
 Performed the sub-external work & the Substructure Services from underground services
until the finishing
Electrical sub-stations & all underground services (water line, fire fitting line, CCTV line,
ETISALAT line...Etc).
 The Land escaping work. (Inter lock tiles, curbstone, outside marble steps, play grounds,
pergolas, roads...Etc).
 Complete 2 numbers of pre cast building (G+4) with all finishing work required (plaster,
ceramic, paint, water proofing & ceiling tiles...Etc).
 Completion of the 24 No of under ground water tank (built & cast on site) and more of 400
drainage manholes' (which included of block work and pre-cast manholes) and use the GRB
lining & disinfection at last stage.
 Handing over the project to the municipality & client with closing of all site snags as a direct
order from the top management. (Civil and MEP works) with the co-ordinations required.

 Steel Structure Factory Project:
Contract value approximate is (25million DHS) owned by Al Faraa Investment.
 Responsible for the project at all stages (civil works) from A-Z which included 6 buildings
(work shop, paint shop, office block, transformer room, toilet block and sub-station). In
addition to the precast of the compound wall.
 Fully responsible of the coordination between the sub-contractors (steel, MEP & aluminum
divisions) to finish the project according to the time & as per the approved DWG whether it's
related to structural or architectural DWG (steel type & dimensions, aluminum cladding of
the elevations).
 Project was delivered to the owner after connecting the power, drainage & water supply
under my supervision, with all procedures in the municipality and sector of town planning.

 Habshan 5 gas processing plant project
Contract value approximate is (360 million DHS) owned by GASCO
 This project owned by GASCO and under ATKINS consulting supervision.
 This project consists of so many facilities buildings like:
 Management building, operation building, Restaurant building, Laboratory building, Masjed,
Fire station, Substations, Work
 Shop, Main warehouse, Painting shed, Storage shed, Car wash, Main control building, and
many securities Check post.
For all of these facilities the infra-structure it must be huge to match with all of the previous facilities
I was the second engineer under the senior projects engineer who was responsible for the
huge & hard infra structure & road and landscaping works which feed all the buildings along
with management building.
 The 19 services were as the following,
 Nitrogen supply , Oxygen supply , Instrument air ,industrial air , HVAC , sewerage for
wastewater , net for chemical liquids evacuation (AOC) , HV supply , LV supply , etisalat
net , telecom supply , internet supply , CCTV supply , fire fighting net , irrigation net ,
power supply , water supply , storm water net ,evaporation point
 All of this services required huge machinery, many of manpower and more experience.
 All most of these services were under the level of road inside deep and huge ducts banks
which created by us to avoid any future problem and to be save under the road for a long
time.

servers’ and make a sure to provide all services without any obstacles between the interfaces
of all of this nets
 Tow number of big evaporation ponds which was excavated & constructed to collect the rain
water in a open sky.
 To number of big & complex water fountains (one of them contains GASCO logo).
 Huge Area of road working and make a control for roads sub contractors during such all
phase (planning, surplus cutting, chick the levels, protect the underground services, check
with QA/Q.C department & consultant to verified all the requirements, submit all the IRs
and took the approvals required, hardly and exactly follow up with the road sub contractor to
achieves the target on time & solve all the problems which were cause any stopping or
delaying the road work).
 Landscaping work with a complex design.
 A lot of cars & buses parking (around 210 parking) with different types of cars park pergola.
 Fence along the facilities area.
 Tow pump rooms & one water tank
 Sharing the construction team responsibility of the Masjed & restaurant buildings on
finishing work up to handing over this building.
 Make a good communication with HYNDAI Company to supply all of the services to the
building which related to them.
 Implement & construct the management building on 1400 SQM double story where are the
head of offices & operation including auditorium ,offices & many of conference room with a
height level of finishing .
