2. Objectives:

REPONSIBILITIES:
Stage wise construct and inspection of API 650&653 Tanks &
Maintenance work.
 Tank & piping senior engineer execute of all activity (reading of scope of work for tank new
& repair work and piping isometric drawings,P&ID,protocol preparation )
 Preparing Method of Statement of construction new and repair (cone roof, double deck)
tank jacking, conventional method and piping for submitting to Client.

 Erection and execution of piping and structures.

3.  Tank replacement of shell, roof plate & structure and floating roof to execute the work in as
per API 653.
 Carry out of inspection of tank, piping and structural fabrication work according codes and
standards (API 650,653 and ASME).
 Performing welding inspection activity.
 Erection of pipe rack column support work.
 Checked fit up as well as dimensions.
 Performed inspection of tank, piping fabrication work according codes and standard API
650,653 &ASME Standard Sec IX.
 Well interpretation of drawing and assist to produce quality products.
 Proper Documentation of records in as per ISO.
 Responsible to ascertain that all materials comply with the Contract Documents, either by
mill certifications or testing
 Verifying all fabrication and erection & welding is performed in accordance with the Contract
Documents.

 Performed leak test of storage tank in presence of client.

 Prepare reports for day to day results and present them in weekly review meetings of both
the Company and client.
