Sub-Agent on Macau Wynn Palace (contract value of HK$20B) The project occupies a 21-hectares
site on the reclaimed land between the island of Taipa and Coloane. The scope of works for the
project includes ground and major foundation works together with the construction of luxury hotel with
2,000 rooms and a mixed-use podium comprising gaming, dining, retail and convention facilities, as
well as numerous specialist attraction including a 30,000 square metre performance lake that will
feature a light show.
Sub-Agent: Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Central plant construction: installation of all mechanical & Electrical equipment. Lifting and
skidding of 8 Nos. of 50ton water cooled chillers, huge Nos. of heavy heat pumps, boilers,
Vertical pumps, Lifting & skidding of 8Nos. of 21tons air cooler on the roof of central plant,
8Nos. of 20ton diesel generators & other equipment. Coordination with MEP Managers, civil
team, external team and podium team in regards for all mechanical, electrical and piping
installation in central plant.
Appointed Person: Appointed by project director for all MEP site wide in terms of all electrical
and mechanical lifting and installation. e.g huge Nos. of transformer, RMU, AHU, MDB’S, &
huge LV & HV cable drums installed in main electrical room, from basement, ground floor, 1st
floor, 2nd floor, 28 & 29 floor of the Wynn palace building. Review method of statement, Risk
assessment and job hazard Analysis, coordinate with (TWC) Temporary work coordinator,
temporary works engineering manager for project compliance. Generate all TW1/ TW3 & TW4
and coordinate with Hong Kong ICE independent checking engineer for the approval of all
temporary works required for lifting and construction installation, generate specific lifting
methodology’s for all MEP manager when required
Appointed Site Wide Crane Coordinator: Appointed by all Project director in Macau Wynn
palace project to manage all type of lifting in the whole projects, includes all types of ground
cranes, and all 13 tower cranes of the building. Generate Site Wide Crane development plan
& Strategy for both ground cranes and tower cranes, introduce Anti-Collision system, and
prevention of lifting accident, Generate Team organization composed of five construction
department which includes: External team, MEP site wide, Tower team, Podium Team, and
Fit-out team, generate team building coordination in preventing all lifting accident on the whole
project.
Project Lifting specialist: Generate all the specific lifting plan and manage the installation for
all the gondola/cable car station and deflection station surrounding the wide lake of Wynn
palace, also include the installation and construction of 2 famous 23.5carats golden dragon
and assist all the construction team to generate Specific lifting plan when necessary. Work as
adviser for all type of lifting of the project and work as project lifting specialist.
Tower Crane: Manage the dismantling of 12 tower cranes of the project, with 143m heights
on the roof of the buildings. Coordinate to tower crane manager and supplier for producing
and reviewing all methodology’s, Communicate to all Leighton construction department project
leaders and safety for all the planning and execution of the dismantling work to prevent unsafe
occurrence.

Sr. Project Engineer:Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
More than two years working in the largest sludge treatment plant in
the world. The facility is located at Tsang Tsui Tuen Mun with the
contract value of HK$4.7B
Senior Project Engineer In-charge for the construction of two flue
gas treatment plant, two deodorization chemical plant, sludge
receiving, four weight bridge, lifting & assembly of four overhead
cranes and construction of 53m height chimney inside the
administration building. For this work we set-up dynamic mechanical
& piping team composed of: Sr. engineers, site engineers, piping
engineers & several site supervisor
Managing all construction work with eight subcontractors for this
project are composed of mechanical, structural, Piping &
Instrumentation installation also includes heavy lifting of mechanical
& chemical equipment e.g four set of 60tons bag filters, four
numbers of huge dry reactors, four numbers of 10ton multi cyclone
and 24 numbers of chemical, ash and residue silo with minimum
10ton each weight, 16Nos. of 16ton ID fan & huge numbers of fiber
glass chemical tanks.
In addition I am managing the construction and installation of sludge
chemical plant and deodorization, Lifting, assembly of four numbers
of permanent overhead crane with 12ton capacity, construction of
eight truck wash bay receiving and construction of weighbridge
Guided my team of ten (10) engineers and supervisors to achieve
high standards, compliance and cohesion to the project goals.
Implemented management strategies to minimize resources
overloading from subcontractors and to ensure continuity of works
in line with the overall project program
Providing technical support to the project completion team,
application of construction check certificate requirements and
assisting pre-com and commissioning team.
Supporting Hook-up and commissioning team for load out/in and
start-up of mechanical equipment in flue gas treatment and
chemical plant deodorization.
