 Worked in United21 mandarmoni as a Front Office Executive from 12th
June 2014 to 25th Dec. 2014.(Panoramic Groupof Hotels & Resort)
The hotel has 58 rooms with inter connecting room, deluxe room, and &
Cozy Cottage rooms. There is a lawn in which we arrange parties & also
have Banquet Hall in which we can cater 100 to 250 pax. All rooms are
sea facing & is mainly famous for long & broad beach, other connecting
beaches, Red Crabs & other recreations.
 Worked in Relax Inn Hotel & Resort Korba as a Front Office Executive

Key Responsibilities in Industry:
 Execute departmental tasks within the framework of orders given by the Unit
Head Greeting the customer, registration procedures and roomallocation.
 Providing rooms to guests with prior reservations, in accordancewith their
preferences.
 Accurately entering guestarrivals into the computer.
 Registering all information filled out by the guests on the registration cards
into the computer.
 Reviewing the arrival list every morning one last time for roomallocation and
special notes.
 Checking customer key return on the departurelist and places a tick on the
list.
 Reviewing the departure list and maintaining communication with the Front
Cashier, thereby preventing Customers fromleaving without paying.
 Checking the departure list every morning for any notes.
 Ensuring proper record keeping of vacant, ready for sale, and blocked rooms
and their arrangementin the Room rack.
 Comparing the roomrack with the list of occupied rooms fromthe computer.
 Maintaining constant rack arrangementof arrivaland departurerooms,
reserved rooms, empty, clean, dirty, ready for sale, and blocked rooms.
 Enabling proper roomchanges and sending roomchange forms to the
housekeeping department, F&B Department.
 Maintaining check of empty room's keys.
