Almonte based Clean-Tech R&D start-up. A couple of years ago I provided your group with a
live Regenerative Acceleration (ReGen-X) demonstration at your Bronson Avenue location.
Currently we are in the process of moving into a hydro-electric facility on the Mississippi River
in Almonte where we will be integrating our ReGen-X Generator Innovation into wind, water
and kinetic energy powered generators (KEGS). We will also be integrating our Bi-Toroid
(BiTT) Transformer into photovoltaic electricity generating systems and developing BiTTs for
grid power consumption reduction.

The nature of PDi's scientific breakthrough; is a novel method of innocuously tapping
into and harvesting the magnetic field energy that surrounds any current bearing wire
inside all electric generators, motors and transformers and to use this freely produced
(normally parasitic) energy to do useful work at zero cost and without interfering, one
iota with the original energy contained in the wire itself.
By employing this energy harvesting method PDi is now able to produce electric generators
that operate at infinite efficiency (accelerate themselves under load – requiring less input
mechanical power on-load than is required at idle on no-load) and transformers that also
operate at near infinite efficiency (almost pure Reactive Power input consumption – while
delivering Real Power to loads) and require less on-load primary current than is required on
no-load. Infinite efficiency performance in a mechanical system however should never be
confused with “perpetual motion” since they are absolutely mutually exclusive.

The ReGen-X generator/motor and BiTT innovations derive their source of “extra” energy by
innocuously harvesting the magnetic field energy that is naturally created whenever current
flows in a wire. The supply is therefore; natural, endless, infinite, non-polluting and free.
The applications are universally and inexpensively applicable to all electric generators, motors
and transformers.
The magnetic field energy harvesting does not cause any polluting residue in fact it reduces
electricity power generation pollution significantly. China and its people will benefit greatly.

All conventional electric generators convert mechanical input power (torque x speed) to
electrical output power and always require an increase in mechanical drive shaft input power
(torque) when they are placed on-load. The on-load input mechanical power increase is
always greater than the output power delivered to the load and therefore the mechanical to
electrical energy conversion efficiency is always less than 100% efficiency.
The ReGen-X Generator Innovation does NOT require a mechanical input power increase
when placed on-load, in fact the mechanical input power (torque) absolutely must be reduced
if a steady state speed is desired. The on-load ReGen-X Generator increases the initial no-
load mechanical input power (torque x speed) in the drive shaft over the no-load level while
simultaneously delivering increasing amounts of electrical power to the load(s) and increasing

If any generator could deliver on-load output power from a no-load idling condition
with a zero increase in the mechanical drive shaft input power level –
that generator would be operating at an infinite energy conversion efficiency.
The ReGen-X Generator actually goes beyond this “infinite energy conversion rate”
because not only does it; 1) deliver on-load power to a load with a zero increase
in mechanical input power but it also 2) increases the mechanical drive shaft power
(torque x speed) to above the original no-load idle starting point.
And this requires a reduction in mechanical input power,
to a level that is actually below the initial no-load starting level.
...and
the more output electrical power delivered,
the more the input mechanical power must be reduced,
if a steady state system speed and output load power is desired
or the output power and system speed my increase beyond desired levels.
Third party ReGen-X Generator – VS Conventional Generator Testing at the University of
Ottawa by former NRC scientist, Doug Hartwick (http://slidesha.re/1oF32sh) showed the ReGen-X
Generator requiring a 40.2% prime mover input power decrease while delivering 223.8%
more power over the conventional generator to the same load at the identical system speed.

By comparison the conventional generator required a 12.3% input increase (as a
consequence of Newton's Third Law / Lenz's Law) to deliver 223% less output power than the
ReGen-X Generator. (Line 7).

When the prime mover input power level was not manually and deliberately decreased, the
ReGen-X Generator delivered 876.2% more power over the conventional generator and it did
so with a 62% reduction in prime mover input power and input drive shaft torque while the
system speed increased by 61.9% over the initial no-load speed - violating the Work Energy
Principle and the Theory of Conservation of Energy in the process. The conventional
generator under the same conditions completely stalled the system and produced zero output
power. (Line 11).
The Work Energy Principle states that; “an increase in the kinetic energy in a system must
equal the work done on that system.” The ReGen-X Generator violates the W.E.P. because it
increases the mechanical kinetic energy in the system while delivering increasing amounts of
output electrical power to the load but with decreasing amounts of input drive shaft torque
(and drive shaft mechanical input power).
The Theory of Conservation of Energy states that; “energy can neither be created nor
destroyed” However by now enjoying the ability to harvest the freely created magnetic field
energy which surrounds all the current bearing wires (generator coil windings) inside the
ReGen-X Generator Innovation in a completely neutral way – the ReGen-X Generator and
BiTT innovations prove that;
Energy can be created...
and IS being created in the magnetic field energy surrounding any current
bearing wire and this energy can now be harvested and used to do useful work
where previously it could not...
*** It is very important to note that;
all generators – even conventional ones “create energy”
because all generators create an on-load counter-electromotive-torque.
Since torque is work and work requires energy,
all conventional generator's create their own INTERNAL
on-load BEMF induced counter-torque which is
an internally created form of energy that manifests itself as a torque
that unfortunately goes in the “wrong” direction,
...leading science to the faulty conclusion
that this counter-torque is an expression of Newton's 3rd
Law (aka Lenz's Law).
BUT Newton's 1st
Law states that:
“the forces acting upon a body to alter its velocity
MUST be an external force” and not an internally self created one.
Therefore IF the Absolute Value of all the (non-directional) energies were
accurately accounted for during the mechanical to electrical energy conversion + the
internally created ones, we conclude that, ALL generators create energy and operate
at above 100% conversion efficiency...

Potential Difference Inc's Bi-Toroid (BiTT) Transformer Innovation: utilizes the same load
current delay tactic found in the ReGen-X Generator Innovation, in concert with on-load
BEMF induced magnetic field diversion technique that allows the BiTT to operate at infinite
efficiency as well and consume only pure Reactive Power in the BiTT primary coil while
delivering Real Power to the loads in either AC or DC modes. Reactive Power has zero NET

The BiTT allows Real Power to be delivered to a load with less input primary current than is
required on no-load. Global grid tied energy consumers employing BiTT pole transformers will
soon be able to reduce their grid power demands to below no-load input current levels –
regardless of the load demand, output power demand or load power factor. Solar panels will
soon be able to deliver no-load input DC current to a BiTT and have that low input current
multiplied by more than six fold.
PDi hopes to have 1 kW BiTTs manufactured here in Canada within six months that with
demonstrate the real world BiTT performance which has not yet been established outside a
laboratory setting. Worst case performance expectation is a 30% energy consumption
demand and best case expectation is a 90% and beyond power reduction.
Dr. Giovanni Fusina of Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) third party
tested an early BiTT in the Power Lab at Ottawa University in 2009 and validated it operating

The PDi ReGen-X Motor is a combination motor coil and ReGen-X Generator coil married
together. This design allows the discharging motor coil's magnetic field energy cause rotor
motive force (acceleration and rotation) and then to be collected into the ReGen-X Generator
coil, reconverted back into electrical current and then returned back to the batteries with a
NET current return increase of 10 times. The ReGen-X Motor consumes 1 Amp of DC current
while returning 10 Amps back to the batteries.
PDi is in the initial stages of developing a partnership collaboration with École de technologie
supérieure (ÉTS) in Montreal, international electric machines design software manufacturer
CD-adapco, Toroid Technologies, Electron Energy Corporation, Accelerated Systems and the
Institute for Transportation Advancement Quebec (ITAQ). ITAQ has pledged to provide PDi
with a ZEN Car for ReGen-X integration and performance validation.
