MADE DURING THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE
US Patented ReGenX GENERATOR AND
BI-TOROID TRANSFORMER INVENTIONS
Preface Overview
In 2007 it was discovered that the negative effects associated with Lenz's Law
could actually be reversed in electric generator performance and a positive effect
could be produced in its place.
Several new scientific revelations have followed as a result of this discovery.
The 1st
revelation was that the “equal and opposite reaction” as dictated by
Newton's Third Law in Faraday's Law of Induction via Lenz's Law could now be
replaced with an “equal and complementary reaction” via a new law of physics
called Heins' Law.
The 2nd
revelation revealed that Lenz's Law had been successfully circumvented
and Faraday's Law of Induction now required re-evaluation and rewriting to
include this new discovery and a positive sign rather than a negative one in
Faraday's Law.
The 3rd
revelation was that Newton's Third Law and the Law of Conservation of
Energy were also circumvented and the wisdom of including Electricity and
Magnetism under the umbrella of Newtonian Mechanics by our early scientists
was put into question.
The 4th
revelation was that an electric generator which accelerated itself under
load instead of decelerating itself, which required no mechanical input power
increase while generating electricity was not converting mechanical input power
to electrical output power and was operating at infinite efficiency.
The 5th
revelation was that an electric generator which could perform Positive
Work, increasing its own Kinetic Energy while simultaneously supplying electric
power to a load meant that induced magnetic fields are a form of energy which
performs work and that this energy is created.
The 6th
revelation was that electric motors which currently purport to convert
electrical input power to mechanical output power can now be viewed with this
new perspective, as basically just induction heaters which only have the ability to
convert input electric energy to heat output energy - when induced magnetic
fields are correctly identified as a form of energy which is created and which
performs the mechanical work in an all electric motors at infinite efficiency
according to the Power Rule and the Work-Energy Principle.

2. Research Background History – Reducing the Negative Effects of Lenz's Law
The ReGenX Generator investigation began in 1999 as an exploration into how the
negative effects associated with Lenz's Law (Negative Work being performed in electric
generators) could be mitigated in electric power generation in order to increase the
overall electricity generation efficiency.
Lenz's Law states that:
“An induced electromotive force (emf) always gives rise to a current
whose magnetic field opposes the change in original magnetic flux.”
The initial goal was to reduce prime mover energy consumption in electricity generation;
to develop ways to reduce the negative effects of Lenz's Law by 5 – 10% - by physically
diverting a portion of the induced magnetic field out of the air gap from between the
generator coil and the generator's main rotating magnetic field.
In 2007 it was discovered that the negative “opposing” effects associated with Lenz's Law
could actually be reversed when the generator coil's induced current is delayed in the
time domain and a positive assisting effect could be introduced in its place.
The delayed current and the subsequent delayed magnetic field produced
in the ReGenX Generator, assisted the change in original magnetic flux.
Instead of diverting the induced magnetic fields out of the air gap in order to mitigate
their negative effects (Negative Work resulting in system deceleration and reduced
system Kinetic Energy), it was discovered that by delaying the load current sufficiently in
the time domain these induced magnetic fields could actually be used to perform positive
work, accelerating the system and increasing its Kinetic Energy.

3. Induced Magnetic Fields, Created Energy, Performing Negative Work
The early scientific community's confusion with the similarities between Lenz's Law and
Newton's Third Law are understandable. However this same confusion has existed for
almost 200 years now.
In electric generator performance in the early 1800's, Lenz's Law would have seemed to
completely confirm and validate Newton's Third Law in Electro-Mechanics.
However today when we apply the Work-Energy Principle to Lenz's Law and when we
substitute the word “opposes” with “performs Negative Work” the errors made by our
early scientist pioneers become self evident.
Below is an expanded explanation of Lenz's Law taking into consideration the Work-
Energy Principle and the requirement for an energy source to be present when work is
being performed in any direction.

4. Induced Magnetic Fields, Created Energy, Performing Positive Work
When the ReGenX Generator's Load Current Delay and the Positive Work performed by
the created Magnetic Field Energy is understood it gives rise to a new law of physics.
The requirements as dictated by Lenz's Law, Newton's Third Law and the Law of
Conservation of Energy and the subsequent mechanical input supply increase
requirement during electricity generation was removed from the electricity generation
equation by Heins' Law.

7. Positive Work being Performed in a Motor Coil by Created Magnetic Field
Energy
When we apply the Law of Conservation of Energy which states that, “energy can only be
converted from one form to another” to an inductor, solenoid or motor coil in an electric
circuit in concert with the Power Rule, we can determine the exact amount of electric
input energy that is being converted to heat due to Joule heating in that motor coil /
circuit element.
Power Rule: P = I × V
If a current I flows through through a given element in a circuit,
losing voltage V in the process, then the power dissipated as heat
by that circuit element is the product of that current and voltage: P = I ×V.
For example; if we have a motor coil
which has a DC resistance of 0.5 Ohms
and and 12 Volts DC are applied across
it, we can use Ohm's Law and the
Power Rule to determine the amount of
electricity which is being converted to
heat and dissipated by the coil.
P = V^2 / R
P = 12^2 / 0.5
P = 288 Watts
A motor coil with 0.5 Ohms of
resistance with 12 Volts DC applied to
it will convert 288 Watts of electricity
to heat at 100% efficiency.
The question is, if 100% if the input
energy which is supplied to a motor
coil is being converted and dissipated
as heat – what is producing the
mechanical output and the work
performed by the motor coil?
The answer is, the work performed in
an all electric motors is being
performed at infinite efficiency by
Magnetic Field Energy which is being
created.

8. Positive Work being Performed in Michael Faraday's Electric Motor Coil by
Created Magnetic Field Energy at Infinite Efficiency
If we evaluate Michael
Farady's original electric
motor prototype and we
monitor the voltage applied
to the wire and we
measure the resistance of
the wire-mercury circuit we
can deduce the exact
amount of electric energy
being converted and
dissipated as heat due to
Joule heating.
If we apply a specified
voltage to the wire-
mercury element with no
magnet present in the
mercury bath we will
convert and dissipate a certain amount of heat which we can measure accurately.
By applying the Power Rule we can deduce mathematically and measure
empirically exactly how much power is being dissipated with no magnet present
and no motor action activity.
When we introduce the magnet into the mercury bath we will observe motor
action and a change (increase) in the Kinetic Energy of the wire as it rotates
around the magnet.
The power being dissipated in the wire-mercury element as heat will remain
unchanged in both cases.
This will lead us to the conclusion that electric motors do not convert electrical
input to mechanical output.
Electric motors only have the capacity to convert electric input to heat which they
do at 100% efficiency.
Radiated heat does not produce the mechanical output in electric motors.
The mechanical output delivered by an electric motor is provided at infinite
efficiency by magnetic field energy which is created around the current bearing
wire.
