Introduction:
Potential Difference Inc. (PDi) is an Ottawa based Clean-tech R&D company founded by Kevin
Thistle, JC Cunningham, Kim Cunningham, Dan Gormley and Thane Heins in 2005.
In 2001, immediately following the events of 9/11; PDi began researching ways to make electricity
generation more efficient.
Shawn Lamarche, President of Lamarche Electric, Ben Mulroney and Thane Heins have agreed in
principle to form a new company in order to commercialize PDi / Thane Heins' US patented
intellectual properties globally.
Potential Difference inc's Exclusive Global Manufacturing and Engineering partners are Electron
Energy Corporation of Pennsylvania and Toroid Technologies of Toronto.
Background:
PDi was founded in 2005 in order to research ways to reduce Generator Armature Reaction during
electricity generation in order to make electricity generation 5 - 10% more efficient.
Generator Armature Reaction is Negative Work which is performed by created Electromagnetic Field
Energy inside all Faraday Electric Generators which were originally invented in 1834 by Michael
Faraday.
The Energy Source which is required in order to perform the Negative Work in all Faraday Electric
Generators is Electromagnetic Field Energy which is created at the Sub-Atomic Quantum Electron
level in all Current Bearing Wires via Electron Fission and Electron Fusion.
Generator Armature Reaction produces a Counter-Electromagnetic-Torque which opposes the
rotation of the Prime Mover during electricity generation.
The prime mover is the mechanism which originally turns the generator and can be powered by fossil
fuel motors, wind, water, nuclear power or the kinetic energy of an electric vehicle.
Generator Armature Reaction is governed by a law of physics called Lenz's Law of Induction which is
denoted by a (-) Negative Sign in front of Faraday's Law of Induction.
Generator Armature Reaction is colloquially referred to as "regenerative braking" in electric vehicle
operation, where the created Electromagnetic Field Energy inside the EV's generator performs
Negative Work on the EV and reduces its Kinetic Energy (decelerates it) while recharging the EV's
batteries.
The greater the magnitude of Electric Power delivered to the EV's batteries the more the EV is
decelerated.
In electricity generation Generator Armature Reaction ensures mathematically that for every single
Watt of Electric Power generated by the generator an equivalent 1 Watt of Mechanical Input Power
must be supplied to the generator from the Prime Mover.
100% of the C02 and Air Pollution produced during fossil fuel electricity generation (34 Billion Tonnes
(Gt) annually can be attributed solely to Generator Armature Reaction.

In order to generate the 22,800 Trillion Watts of electricity consumed on planet Earth with
Fossil Fuels in 2020 and every year after that, a minimum 22,800 Trillion Watts of Mechanical
Input Power needed to be supplied to the world's Faraday Generators in the form of:
1. 25,536,000,000 (25.3 Billion) pounds of Coal Energy,
2. 167,800,000,000 (167.8 Billion) cubic feet of Natural Gas Energy,
3. 1,824,000,000 (1.8 Billion) gallons of Petroleum liquids Energy,
4. 18,696,000,000 (18.7 Billion) pounds of Petroleum Coke Energy,
5. with a Financial Input Energy Cost of $78.6 Billion every year,
6. producing 34 Billion Tonnes (Gt) of C02 per year every year.
In 2007 PDi discovered that it could reverse and eliminate Generator Armature Reaction from the
Global Electricity Generation Equation.
The original discovery was validated at MIT in 2008 by the late Dr. Zahn and the backing theories
were developed in the Power Lab at the University of Ottawa from 2008-2010.5 under supervision of
Dr. Habash.
Siemens' software team at CD-adapco which was lead by Mike Jenkinson helped quantify the
ReGenX Generator's Load Current Time Delay which explained the ReGenX Generator's novel and
new performance.
In 2018 a US patent was granted for the ReGenX Generator / ReGen-X Quantum Motor innovations,
(filed and defended by Dr. Leslie Virany of the City University of New York, CUNY) where Positive
Work is performed with created Electromagnetic Field Energy when generating electricity.
The ReGenX Generator/Quantum Motor innovations produce a Complementary-Electromagnetic-
Torque and perform Positive Work which assists the rotation of the Prime Mover (increasing its
Kinetic Energy) rather than resisting it.
The Energy Source which is required in order to perform the Positive Work in all ReGenX Electric
Generators is created and Time Delayed Electromagnetic Field Energy which is created at the Sub-
Atomic Quantum Electron level in all Current Bearing Wires via Electron Fission and Electron Fusion.
The ReGenX Generator requires zero Mechanical Input Power to be supplied to it by the Prime
Mover and zero Input Energy consumption when placed on-load and when generating electricity (at
infinite efficiency).
The ReGen-X Quantum Motor performs Mechanical Work but requires zero Electrical Input Energy.
ReGenX Generator / Motor operation is governed by a new law of physics called Heins' Law of
Induction which introduces a (+) Positive Sign in front of Faraday's Law of Induction.
ReGenX Generator operation in electric vehicle operation is called Electric Vehicle Regenerative
Acceleration where the created Electromagnetic Field Energy inside the EV's generator performs
Positive Work on the EV and increases its Kinetic Energy (accelerates it) while recharging the EV's
batteries. The greater the magnitude of Electric Power delivered to the EV's batteries the more the EV
is accelerated.

In electricity generation the ReGenX Generator ensures mathematically that for every single Watt of
Electric Power generated an equivalent 0.00 Watts of Mechanical Input Power is required to be
supplied to the generator's drive shaft from the Prime Mover and zero additional Input Energy is
required by the Prime Mover above what is required in order to establish No-Load Rotational
Equilibrium.
100% of the C02 and Air Pollution produced during fossil fuel electricity generation (34 Billion Tonnes
(Gt) and 100% of the financial input energy cost ($78.6 Billion per year) can be now be eliminated
from the Global Electricity Generation equation with Canadian ReGenX Generators.

In electric vehicle operation the US patented ReGenX Electric Vehicle Regenerative Acceleration
innovation:
1. Now provides all existing and future electric vehicles with the ability to completely
recharge themselves as they drive,
2. eliminating the EV plug-in recharging requirements,
3. eliminating the need for more than 80% of EV battery requirements,
4. eliminating the need for Lithium and Cobalt Blood Batteries.
In Internal Combustion Engine (I.C.E.) Vehicles the ReGenX Alternator/Quantum Motor innovation:
1. Eliminates the I.C.E. vehicles fuel consumption at highway speeds,
2. eliminates the air pollution and C02 produced by all I.C.E vehicles globally at highway
speeds.
Currently PDi has a $19-M Purchase Order Agreement proposal under review with the Ukrainian
National Science Academy, Thermophysics Division for 1000, 30 kW ReGenX Generators for the
present and post war re-electrification of the Ukraine.
The Ukrainian National Science Academy, Thermophysics Engineering Division came to Lamarche
Electric in May of 2023 and validated the ReGenX Generator, ReGen-X Quantum Motor and Electric
Vehicle Regenerative Acceleration innovations along with the new 1st
Law of Thermodynamics which
governs their operation.
As part of the Ukrainian National Science Academy, Thermophysics Engineering Division's due
diligence process complete Third Party Replication and Performance Validation instructions were
provided upon their request.
PDi also has a request with an Australian electric motorcycle company for the development of a 60
kW Regenerative Acceleration Motor.
Following a successful technology demonstration to Pierre Poilievre in February 2020, Mr. Poilievre
agreed to our request to present our innovations to Canadians and the world in the House of
Commons once we were able to provide him with third party independent performance verification.
It is our hope that the Ukrainian National Science Academy, Thermophysics Engineering Division will
agree to provide the required validation to Mr. Poilievere.

Abstract:
•The present invention relates to electrical generators and, in particular, to improvements to efficiency in
electromechanical energy conversion in electrical generators and electric motors. The Regenerative
Acceleration Generator Coil according to the present invention takes advantage of the structure of a high
impedance multiple-loop salient pole winding or low impedance Bi-Filar Windings to create a positive
Armature (accelerative) Reaction (Complementary-Electromagnetic-Torque / Positive Work) rather than a
negative (decelerative) (Counter-Electromagnetic-Torque) Armature Reaction as exhibited by prior art Faraday
Generators which only have low impedance multiple loops of wire making up their rotor armature. The

Abstract:
This invention pertains to a solution to the parasitic problem of motor armature reaction/generator action in
electric motors which causes undesired effects such as neutral plane shift and flux weakening. Prior art
interventions such as interpoles and compensating windings add to complexity and cost of electric motors
without satisfactorily solving the problematic issues. This invention pertains to a novel method of employing the
same primary magnetic field multiple times—first to change electrical input power to mechanical output power
and then to reconvert this same stored electromagnetic field energy back into electric energy for storage and
reuse. The primary electromagnetic field energy is used a second time after it has been used to create the
desired change in kinetic energy of the secondary magnetic field being acted upon when it is allowed to
collapse back into electric storage as it would do naturally once the input current is removed.

THE GLOBAL DELUSION OF EV NET- ZERO “SUSTAINABILITY”
Depending on what data you believe the increase in electric vehicle production is roughly averaged at about 2.5 million cars per year for a grand total of 690 million NET electric cars to be
produced between now and 2040.
A report by Bloomberg NEF predicts annual electric vehicle (EV) sales will rise to 10 million in 2025, 28 million in 2030 and 56 million by 2040.
In order to create the 690 Million batteries for the NET 690 Million EVs by 2040 would require the equivalent (energy input, financial cost and pollution output
required in the mining, processing, shipping and manufacturing of said batteries) of driving a gas powered car for 690 Million years in the next 17 years @ about
4.6 metric tons of CO2 emissions per year totaling $1.1-T in costs and 6.9-T lbs of C02
$1,1-T ($1,600 / year x 690,000,000 years) @ 3,174,000,000 metric tons (6,982,800,000,000 lbs) of C02
And then in 2040 to driving the same gas powered car for another equivalent 58 Million years every single year after that...
$92,8- B / year @ 266,800,000 metric tons of C02 produced (586,960,000,000 lbs) every year.
Manufacturing one electric vehicle battery is equivalent to about one year of emissions from a fossil fuel-powered car, according to Olivier Trescases,

It also means that the world EV market must produce about 172.5 million tonnes of batteries and 172.5 million tonnes of battery waste in the next 20 years.
If we assume that every car produced has a small 70kWh battery pack with 63kg of lithium in it - then this translates 48.3 million tonnes of lithium required from a
global supply which is limited to between 18 - 40 million tonnes. (*2)
In this scenario will the world run out of Lithium somewhere between 2030 (worst case) and 2038 (best case).
If the USA Today and the US Geological Survey are correct and we have 13.5 million metric tons of lithium (13,500,000,000 kg) – then this is sufficient for about
215 million cars – and will the world run out of lithium around 2030. (*3)

The authors estimate the one million electric vehicles (EV) sold in 2017 carry a collective 250,000 tonnes — or 500,000 cubic metres — of battery.

gross weight of the automobiles is in the range of 2050-3070 kg. Tesla electric automobiles, which are equipped with high capacity batteries, have the highest gross weight.

around 63kg of lithium in a 70kWh Tesla Model S battery pack. With an estimated 1.2 billion cars in the world, even if everyone were to go electric (which is a long way off yet!), it would take years and
years to run out of lithium. Whether or not we can extract enough quickly to meet sudden demand – whilst being mindful of the environmental consequences – might be the real issue. Lithium mining can
be blamed for both the depletion and pollution of groundwater.

  • 3. Introduction: Potential Difference Inc. (PDi) is an Ottawa based Clean-tech R&D company founded by Kevin Thistle, JC Cunningham, Kim Cunningham, Dan Gormley and Thane Heins in 2005. In 2001, immediately following the events of 9/11; PDi began researching ways to make electricity generation more efficient. Shawn Lamarche, President of Lamarche Electric, Ben Mulroney and Thane Heins have agreed in principle to form a new company in order to commercialize PDi / Thane Heins' US patented intellectual properties globally. Potential Difference inc's Exclusive Global Manufacturing and Engineering partners are Electron Energy Corporation of Pennsylvania and Toroid Technologies of Toronto. Background: PDi was founded in 2005 in order to research ways to reduce Generator Armature Reaction during electricity generation in order to make electricity generation 5 - 10% more efficient. Generator Armature Reaction is Negative Work which is performed by created Electromagnetic Field Energy inside all Faraday Electric Generators which were originally invented in 1834 by Michael Faraday. The Energy Source which is required in order to perform the Negative Work in all Faraday Electric Generators is Electromagnetic Field Energy which is created at the Sub-Atomic Quantum Electron level in all Current Bearing Wires via Electron Fission and Electron Fusion. In 2007 PDi discovered that it could reverse and eliminate Generator Armature Reaction from the Global Electricity Generation Equation. The original discovery was validated at MIT in 2008 by the late Dr. Zahn and the backing theories were developed in the Power Lab at the University of Ottawa from 2008-2010.5 under supervision of Dr. Habash. Siemens' software team at CD-adapco which was lead by Mike Jenkinson helped quantify the ReGenX Generator's Load Current Time Delay which explained the ReGenX Generator's novel and new performance. In order to create the 690 Million batteries for the NET 690 Million EVs by 2040 would require the equivalent (energy input, financial cost and pollution output required in the mining, processing, shipping and manufacturing of said batteries) of driving a gas powered car for 690 Million years in the next 17 years @ about 4.6 metric tons of CO2 emissions per year totaling $1.1-T in costs and 6.9-T lbs of C02 $1,1-T ($1,600 / year x 690,000,000 years) @ 3,174,000,000 metric tons (6,982,800,000,000 lbs) of C02 And then in 2040 to driving the same gas powered car for another equivalent 58 Million years every single year after that... $92,8- B / year @ 266,800,000 metric tons of C02 produced (586,960,000,000 lbs) every year.
