1. I will appreciate an hour demo starting from basics of machines and
components and basic principles of physics assuming I am a lay man.
Q & A Notes A - T Preface Summary
All conventional electric generators perform Negative Work which is accomplished by
Electromagnetic Field Energy which is created – even though the global scientific
community does not yet see it this way.
The original sin perpetrated by early scientists in the 1800's was placing the fledgling
topic of Electricity and Magnetism under the inadequate umbrella of Newtonian
Mechanics.
Subsequent sins which have followed suit and which are still being perpetrated today by
the global physics community include:
1) claiming that Negative Work can be performed by an electric generator without
Energy (violating the Work Energy Principle in the process) and
2) claiming that electric generators only produce electrical output in their conversion
of mechanical energy to electrical energy (violating the Law of Conservation of
Energy in a failed attempt to make electric generator operation conform to the Law
of Conservation of Energy).
The ReGenX Generator exposes these very persistent albeit false claims and
demonstrates not only that;
Electromagnetic Field Energy can indeed be created but it can now be harnessed in the
US patented ReGenX Generator, ReGen-X Motor and Bi-Toroid Transformer innovations
and that all these machines operate at infinite efficiency.
Electric generators can now generate 100% of all the electricity that will ever be required
by humanity from now until the end of time while requiring zero mechanical input power
and while producing zero pollution or C02.
And all electric vehicles can now recharge themselves as they drive by reversing the
electric vehicle regenerative braking paradigm and producing Electric Vehicle
Regenerative Acceleration.

Notes Items A - T below are applicable to following demonstration prototypes:

a) Physically the ReGenX Generator is the same as any other conventional electric
generator in that it is comprised of a rotating magnetic field and a generator coil.
b) Operationally the ReGenX Generator differs from conventional electric generators in
that it operates with a Load Current Delay.
c) The ReGenX Generator's Load Current Delay, postpones the Load Current in the Time
Domain from between 45 degrees and 90 degrees when compared to a conventional
generator coil's load current when both coils are influenced by an identical changing
magnetic field.
d) This Load Current Delay allows the ReGenX Generator to completely reverse Generator
Armature Reaction / Motor Action in a Generator which is colloquially referred to as
electric vehicle regenerative braking and to produce Electric Vehicle Regenerative
Acceleration in its place.
e) Generator Armature Reaction is a Counter-Electromagnetic-Torque which is produced
by Electromagnetic Field Energy which is created around the current bearing wires inside
the generator when current flows in them.
f) The Electromagnetic Field Energy which is created and the resultant Counter-
Electromagnetic-Torque which is produced, performs Negative Work in reducing the
Kinetic Energy of the prime mover which is used to drive the generator, or in the case of
an electric vehicle, the Negative Work reduces the Kinetic Energy of the vehicle.
g) The Work Energy Principle states that: "all work in any direction requires energy
because energy is the currency required to perform work”, and “the change in Kinetic
Energy of an object is equal to the NET work performed on that object."
An increase in the Kinetic Energy of a system is called Acceleration where the Kinetic
Energy is increased to a higher level when Positive Work is performed on that system.
A decrease in the Kinetic Energy of a system is called Deceleration where the Kinetic
Energy is decreased to a lower level when Negative Work is performed on that system.
h) All conventional electric generators in use today perform Negative Work against the
torque direction supplied by the prime mover. The Negative Work is performed by
Electromagnetic Field Energy which is created.
Electric motors perform Positive Work when used to increase the Kinetic Energy of a
system (accelerate it in the case of an electric vehicle) and they also can be used to
perform Negative Work when employed as electric generators (decelerate it during
regenerative braking as in the case of an electric vehicle for example).

There is a very prevalent misconception in the scientific and EV communities which
suggests that EV regenerative braking occurs when an electric generator delivers electric
power to an EV's batteries.
The truth is the only thing required for electromagnetic braking (Negative Work) in an EV
is electric current and the resultant Electromagnetic Field Energy which is created.
The US patented ReGenX Motor/Generator innovation is capable of utilizing created
Electromagnetic Field Energy in performing both Positive Work accelerating and
increasing the Kinetic Energy of a system (electric vehicle) in Motor Mode of operation
and also in Generator Mode of operation (Regenerative Acceleration).
The term Regenerative Acceleration refers to Positive Work, system acceleration,
increased Kinetic Energy which is performed by Electromagnetic Field Energy which is
created.
The ReGenX Motor/Generator also capable of performing Negative Work decelerating or
reducing the Kinetic Energy of the system when operated below the Critical Minimum
Frequency* of operation for the coil.
i) In order to make conventional electric generator operation conform to the Newtonian
Mechanics model which states that,"for every action there is an equal and opposite
reaction,"and “that energy can not be created" the scientific community has been
incorrectly claiming (for almost 200 years now) that;
1. "Negative Work can be performed for free without energy"
2. "Counter-Electromagnetic-Torque can be produced for free without energy"
3. and that "all electric generators have the ability to violate the Work Energy
Principle and perform Negative Work without any energy."
In essence incorrectly stating scientifically that;
1. Energy cannot be created...
2. BUT torque can be produced and negative work can be performed without energy
3. and that all electric generators are able to operate outside the accepted laws of
physics
4. that electric generators are all able to violate the Work Energy Principle by
performing work for free without energy and the Law of Conservation of Energy
does not apply in electric generator operation.
And for almost 200 years now every physicist, engineer and educator has been drinking
the same Kool Aid and parroting the same false claims to the uneducated public and
gullible students.

j) The ReGenX Generator's ability to harness Electromagnetic Field Energy and to perform
Positive Work and increase the Kinetic Energy of the system, sheds some very important
light on the true nature of Electromagnetic Field Energy and its creation which can no
longer be obscured by invalid science.
k) The ReGenX Generator delays the Load Current in the Time Domain and it uses the
very same induced Electromagnetic Field Energy to perform Positive Work, to create a
Complementary-Electromagnetic-Torque and to increase the Kinetic Energy of the system
just as conventional electric generators use to create their Counter-Electromagnetic-
Torque which performs Negative Work in their Kinetic Energy reductions.
In essence the ReGenX Generator correctly states scientifically that;
1. Energy can be created...
2. Torque can be produced by this created Electromagnetic Field Energy and both
Positive and Negative work can now both be performed,
3. and that all electric generators are able to operate outside the accepted laws of
Newtonian Mechanics, such as Newton's Third Law and the Law of Conservation of
Energy,
4. and electric generators are not able to violate the Work Energy Principle by
performing Negative or Positive Work for free without energy,
5. but they are able to perform Negative or Positive Work for free with
Electromagnetic Field Energy that is created.
Electric Generator Efficiency Calculations
l) Whenever an electric generator's efficiency performance is evaluated by conventionally
trained engineers (for almost 200 years now) it has always been 100% incorrect because
only 1) the mechanical input power and 2) the electrical output power are used in the
calculations.
In addition 100% of every electric generator efficiency calculation which has ever been
performed on every electric generator since day 1 by conventionally trained scientists
has violated the Law of Conservation of Energy.
Mathematically, the Law of Conservation of Energy can be stated as:
Total Energy Input = Total Energy Output (Coles Notes, How to get an A in... Senior Physics, page 48)
The Law of Conservation of Energy states that, “energy can only be converted from one
form to another and that there is no such thing as losses only conversions.”

An electric generator's total energy input is the mechanical energy in the drive shaft
and the total energy output is the:
1. Electrical Energy delivered to the load.
2. Heat Energy dissipated into free space,
3. and the Mechanical Energy, Counter-Electromagnetic-Torque (which performs the
Negative Work reducing the system's Kinetic Energy and necessitating the drive
shaft's mechanical energy input increase).
Electric Generator Total Input Mechanical Energy (performing Positive Work)
= Total Electrical Energy Output + Total Heat Energy Output + Total Mechanical
Energy Output (performing the Negative Work)
In essence the entire global scientific community has been mathematically violating the
Law of Conservation of Energy in its electric generator efficiency calculations for almost
200 years now in an erroneous attempt to force electric generator efficiency performance
to conform to the Law of Conservation of Energy – which is an impossible task.
Violating the Law of Conservation of Energy in order to conform to the Law of
Conservation of Energy...
To achieve this impossible goal, the global scientific community has been deliberately
neglecting 2 obvious and important generator outputs; (Heat Energy and Mechanical
Energy) in their generator efficiency calculations.
If the global physics community didn't deliberately fudge the numbers and fool the entire
world – the entire Electricity and Magnetism branch of physics would need to be revisited,
revised and removed from the Newtonian Mechanics branch.
Evaluating Conventional Generator Lab Prototype Efficiencies
m) If we use the albeit faulty efficiency calculation method for the conventional electric
generator efficiency calculations in our demonstration prototypes we will find that every
conventional electric generator operates at less than 100% efficiency (in truth however
they are all well over 100% efficient).
n) If we use a "Black Box" approach to calculate the conventional electric generator
efficiency and we only observe,
1. the mechanical input power delivered to the prime mover,
2. the electrical output delivered to the load,
3. (and we neglect and ignore the heat output of the coils and the Negative Work
performed by the created electromagnetic Field Energy)

we will observe empirically that:
• when the conventional electric generator is placed on-load from a steady state
speed at Rotational Equilibrium* (where the NET drive shaft mechanical input
power is zero),
• the prime mover will always consume an increase in input power (above what is
required to establish Rotational Equilibrium at idle) and this on-load input power
increase is always greater in magnitude than the electrical output power
magnitude which delivered to the load by the generator,
• and the Black Box efficiency of the conventional generator will always be less than
100%.
* Rotational Equilibrium
There are 2 states of Equilibrium for a drive shaft where the mechanical input power in it
is zero Watts;
1. Static Equilibrium - where the drive shaft is not rotating,
2. Dynamic or Rotational Equilibrium - where the drive shaft is rotating at a Steady
State Speed, neither accelerating nor decelerating.
The Mechanical Power in a drive shaft is the;
Torque x Speed
at Rotational Equilibrium the Torque is zero Nm therefore the Power must also be zero
Watts.
o) When the conventional electric generator is placed on-load from an initial state of
Rotational Equilibrium (zero Mechanical Input Power):
1. the Induction Motor Prime Mover will respond buy consuming additional input
power,
2. because the Negative Work performed by the created Electromagnetic Field Energy
works against the torque direction supplied by the prime mover, it reduces the
Kinetic Energy and Speed of the Induction Motor Prime Mover from its set value
established at Rotational Equilibrium,
3. the Slip Angle between the Induction Motor's Rotor and Stator increases,
4. the BEMF produced by the Rotor is reduced,
5. this reduces the Total Impedance (Zt) of the Induction Motor's Stator Winding,
6. as a result increased Input Current is allowed to flow into the Stator Winding
because its Total Impedance is reduced.

7. The increased Input Current to the Stator Winding, increases the Electromagnetic
Field Energy produced around the Stator Coil,
8. Positive Work is performed by the increased Electromagnetic Field Energy,
9. the output Torque in the motor's drive shaft is increased,
10. the Mechanical Input Power in the drive shaft to the generator is also increased,
11. and the generator is able to deliver sustained electrical output power to the load
at a new on-load Rotational Equilibrium.
12. but at a reduced system speed from the original no-load Rotational Equilibrium
speed.
The prime mover's electrical input power increase (above what is required to establish
Rotational Equilibrium) will always mathematically exceed the conventional electric
generator's electric output power delivered to the load.
Evaluating ReGenX Generator Lab Prototype Efficiencies
p) If we use the same "Black Box" approach to calculate the ReGenX Generator's
efficiency and we only observe 1) the input power delivered to the prime mover and 2)
the output deliver to the load, we will observe empirically that:
1. When the ReGenX Generator is placed on-load from a steady state Rotational
Equilibrium Speed that is above the Critical Minimum Frequency for the coil,
2. the prime mover will always consume a zero increase in input power no matter how
large the electrical output power magnitude which delivered to the load by the
generator,
3. and the Black Box efficiency will always be infinite.
4. When the ReGenX Generator is operated below the coil's Critical Minimum
Frequency it operates like any conventional generator coil and it decelerates the
system when placed on-load and operates at less than 100% efficiency.
ReGenX Generator Coil's Critical Minimum Frequency of Operation (CMF)
The ReGenX Generator coil's Critical Minimum Frequency (CMF) of Operation dictates
what form of work (Positive or Negative) the coil's created Electromagnetic Field Energy
will perform and the efficiency of operation of the generator.
When operated above the CMF the created Electromagnetic Field Energy produced
around the ReGenX Generator coil is delayed in the time domain and it will perform
Positive Work, system acceleration, a Kinetic Energy increase and the generator coil will
deliver electric power to the load with a zero mechanical input energy requirement and it
will operate at infinite efficiency of operation.

Below the CMF the created Electromagnetic Field Energy produced around the coil will
perform Negative Work, system deceleration, a Kinetic Energy decrease and the
generator coil will deliver electric power to the load with a mechanical input energy
requirement and it will operate at less than 100% efficiency of operation.
When the ReGenX Generator Coil is Operated Above the CMF
q) The prime mover input power will always be observed empirically to decrease when
the ReGenX Generator is placed on-load when operated above the coil's CMF, denoting
that the prime mover is delivering less mechanical input power to the generator's drive
shaft than was required at idle on no-load at Rotational Equilibrium - which was zero
Watts.
r) It is also be observed empirically that;
1. while the prime mover is delivering reduced (less than zero Watts) of mechanical
drive shaft input power to the ReGenX Generator,
2. the generator is delivering electrical output power to the load,
3. and the mechanical energy (Kinetic Energy) in the drive shaft is increasing,
4. and the more electrical power delivered to the load, the greater the prime mover
supplied mechanical power reduction while the greater the kinetic Energy increase.
5. denoting that the increased Electromagnetic Field Energy created around the
ReGenX Generator coils is performing increased Positive Work accelerating the
system and increasing the system's Kinetic Energy while reducing the mechanical
drive shaft input power requirement supplied by the prime mover.
s) Because the prime mover delivers less mechanical input power to the ReGenX
Generator when it is placed on-load, I.E. less than is required at idle (zero mechanical
input Watts required at Rotational Equilibrium) the ReGenX Generator's efficiency is
actually beyond infinite efficiency if such a number could actually exist mathematically.
t) When the ReGenX Generator is placed on-load from an initial state of Rotational
Equilibrium (zero Mechanical Input Power) above the CMF:
1. the Induction Motor Prime Mover will respond buy accelerating and consuming
reduced input power (while the losses in the system increases)
2. because the ReGenX Generator's Positive Work performed by the created and Time
Domain delayed Electromagnetic Field Energy increases the Kinetic Energy and
Speed of the Induction Motor Prime Mover from its original set value at Rotational
Equilibrium,
3. the Slip Angle between the Induction Motor's Rotor and Stator decreases,
4. the BEMF produced by the Rotor is increased,

5. the Total Impedance of the Induction Motor's Stator Winding is increased,
6. and less Input Current flows into the Stator Winding because its Total Impedance
(Zt) is increased.
7. The decreased Input Current to the Stator Winding decreases the Electromagnetic
Field Energy produced around the Stator Coil,
8. reduced work is performed by the decreased Electromagnetic Field Energy,
9. the prime mover supplied Torque in the drive shaft to the generator is decreased,
10. the prime mover supplied Mechanical Input Power in the Drive Shaft to the
generator is decreased,
11. while the NET speed and torque of the drive shaft increases
12. and the generator is able to deliver sustained electrical output power to the load,
13. with an increased system speed from no-load Rotational Equilibrium.
14. Conventional generator operation as described in Item (o) page 5 is observed
when the ReGenX Generator coil is operated below the CMF, I.E, system
deceleration, less than 100% efficiency of operation etc.
However, I am more interested in evaluating the product in terms of business
viability and product deployment in the automotive industry in India and
CARET as potential incubator. I would be exploring.
2. Enterprise resource planning solutions.
u) Currently Potential Difference is not an incorporated company and it is not yet an
“enterprise” per se although we are highly motivated and are working very hard to make
it one.
It has virtually zero funding or interest from its investors at this time but we are actively
looking for new investor funding and new and revived interest.
Thane Heins personally owns the Intellectual Properties and his investors are entitled to
30% of the IP's licensing revenue and eventual IP sale when and if it occurs.
Enterprise resource planning solutions would essentially have to start from square one
because no corporate structure currently exists.
3. Best practices and an established methodology for components selection
and Bill of Materials.
v) ReGenX Coil commercial manufacturers have already been identified as has the rotor
supplier. Thane Heins/PDi has been actively working with component suppliers since
2007.

4. The importance of specific product features as they relate to your business
needs.
w) Our current business needs entail securing immediate investor funding in order to
fund our business activities.
Beyond the ability to pay rent and buy food our other business needs entail securing
adequate legal counsel as we initiate IP licensing activities.
5. Any risks involved in implementing in the various EV power train system.
x) None have been identified at this time.
6. How adaptable the system will likely be to your organization’s changing
needs.
y) Our organization's changing needs include securing the resources necessary to finance
a successful company startup and to serve the best interests of our investors.

In preparation of our conference call, please allow us to offer the following information for
your consideration.
Dr. Alam, AMU Agenda:
Dr. Alam is currently in transit, on his way from India to our lab in Canada to meet with
us, see the technology (TRL 8) as he prepares for India joint patenting and OEM
introductions in India via AMU to his collaborative partners in industry, academia, and
government. Dr. Alam's meeting expectations are provided below...
Dr. Alam's original 1 hour April meeting and demo has since been increased to about 10
hours over 2 days in March.
Dr. Alam is preparing to introduce the innovation in an IEEE article as he his an Associate
Editor and he also wants to introduce the innovations via TED talks.

Dr. Alam has expressed interest in introducing a new vehicle prototype with us at an India
EV expo although he has not specified which one.
PDi Agenda:
Our company is interested in partnering with an India OEM who may be interested in
providing corporate sponsorship funding for the development of our next level EV
Regenerative Acceleration prototype which will be a fully road going version of the proof
of concept vehicle we are currently using in our technology demonstrations. We have
presented the offer to several OEMs in India, China and the UK who are already aware of
the innovation.
We have approached several engineering firms in order to facilitate the new prototype
build which entails synchronizing the EV's throttle input to the ReGen-X Traction Motor
and integrating a CPU which will initiate the automatic switching of the technology
between Motor Mode, Regenerative Acceleration Mode, and Regenerative Braking Mode
as dictated by driver input and road conditions.
PDi Offer to India OEMs:
In lieu of sponsorship we are offering the Exclusive First Right of Refusal for the
innovation's deployment and joint patent rights in India pending Dr. Alam's viability and
due diligence assessment - which he has essentially already done (remotely) over the
past 6 months. We have several new patents to file in India jointly with Dr. Alam which
concentrate on merging our innovations with his own.
This exclusive offer has already been introduced to Mahesh Babu at Mahindra, Sohinder
Gill at Hero Electric, Director-Corporate Affairs of the India Society of Manufacturers of
Electric Vehicles (SMEV), Tata Motors, Next EV etc.
Mahesh Babu was provided with a live technology demonstration during EVS 29 in
Montreal and we did an integration into a Hero Electric scooter in 2013 at Mr. Gill's
request and we essentially doubled the scooter's range.
Jaguar Land Rover was also provided with a live technology demonstration in 2013 via our
UK partner Liberty Electric Vehicles. (various EV OEM demos are provided in the email
below...)
Technology Improvements from 2013 (TRL 4) to 2020 (TRL 8 and 9):
In 2013 we were able to deliver 12W of battery recharge power per coil and now we have
commercially manufactured coils which can deliver in excess of 2 kW per coil.
A Nissan Leaf which employs a 100 coil ReGen-X Regenerative Acceleration traction Motor
will deliver more than 200 kW of recharge power to the EV's batteries while
simultaneously accelerating the EV above 30 km/hr in Regenerative Acceleration Mode
and 200 kW in regenerative braking mode below 30 km/hr.

Regenerative Acceleration Innovation use in Formula 1 and Formula E:
As we have already specified to Mahindra Racing, NEXT EV, Dragon Racing Formula E
Team, Jaguar, Penske Racing in the email below that:
• when the Regenerative Acceleration innovation is employed in a Formula 1 car it
replaces KERS (Kinetic Energy Recovery System) with KEGS (Kinetic Energy
Generating System).
• and in a Formula E car it eliminates car swapping during the race.

In 2016 during EVS29 in Montreal we were fortunate enough to meet you and
to demonstrate our early stage EV Regenerative Acceleration (ReGenX)

Now 2020 we will be introducing the innovation to India via Dr. Mohammad
Saad Alam of AMU. Please see attachment for up to date innovation status.
We are currently in the process of building a ReGenX Generator prototype that
we will be sending to Aligarh Muslim University for demonstration, evaluation
and educational purposes.
For electric vehicles this scientific breakthrough means that the EV's motor,
when operating as a generator is not producing regenerative braking effects
and is not decelerating the EV when it is recharging the batteries.
In fact the regenerative braking paradigm is completely reversed and the EV is
actually accelerated when the batteries are being recharged.
We now have commercially manufactured ReGenX Generator coils which can
deliver in excess of 100 Amps of battery recharge current per coil - with vehicle
acceleration.
The more current sent to the EV's batteries, the more the EV accelerated, the
more the EV's range is increased and the less plug-in recharging is required.

This innovation can be immediately developed and deployed in Mahindra
Racing's Formula E race car and all Mahindra's vehicles.
For example, a 36 coil Regenerative Acceleration Motor in a Mahindra EV will
generate 57.6 KW of battery recharging with vehicle acceleration starting at 30
km/hr.

Q & A Notes A - T Preface Summary All conventional electric generators perform Negative Work which is accomplished by Electromagnetic Field Energy which is created – even though the global scientific community does not yet see it this way. The original sin perpetrated by early scientists in the 1800's was placing the fledgling topic of Electricity and Magnetism under the inadequate umbrella of Newtonian Mechanics. Subsequent sins which have followed suit and which are still being perpetrated today by the global physics community include: 1) claiming that Negative Work can be performed by an electric generator without Energy (violating the Work Energy Principle in the process) and 2) claiming that electric generators only produce electrical output in their conversion of mechanical energy to electrical energy (violating the Law of Conservation of Energy in a failed attempt to make electric generator operation conform to the Law of Conservation of Energy). The ReGenX Generator exposes these very persistent albeit false claims and demonstrates not only that; Electromagnetic Field Energy can indeed be created but it can now be harnessed in the US patented ReGenX Generator, ReGen-X Motor and Bi-Toroid Transformer innovations and that all these machines operate at infinite efficiency. Electric generators can now generate 100% of all the electricity that will ever be required by humanity from now until the end of time while requiring zero mechanical input power and while producing zero pollution or C02. And all electric vehicles can now recharge themselves as they drive by reversing the electric vehicle regenerative braking paradigm and producing Electric Vehicle Regenerative Acceleration. 1

Notes Items A - T below are applicable to following demonstration prototypes: #1) Concentric E Core ReGenX Generator Protoype #2) C Core ReGenX Generator Prototype #4) C Core ReGenX Generator & Bi-Toroid Transformer Prototype #5) C Core EV Regenerative Acceleration Prototype a) Physically the ReGenX Generator is the same as any other conventional electric generator in that it is comprised of a rotating magnetic field and a generator coil. b) Operationally the ReGenX Generator differs from conventional electric generators in that it operates with a Load Current Delay. c) The ReGenX Generator's Load Current Delay, postpones the Load Current in the Time Domain from between 45 degrees and 90 degrees when compared to a conventional generator coil's load current when both coils are influenced by an identical changing magnetic field. d) This Load Current Delay allows the ReGenX Generator to completely reverse Generator Armature Reaction / Motor Action in a Generator which is colloquially referred to as electric vehicle regenerative braking and to produce Electric Vehicle Regenerative Acceleration in its place. e) Generator Armature Reaction is a Counter-Electromagnetic-Torque which is produced by Electromagnetic Field Energy which is created around the current bearing wires inside the generator when current flows in them. f) The Electromagnetic Field Energy which is created and the resultant Counter- Electromagnetic-Torque which is produced, performs Negative Work in reducing the Kinetic Energy of the prime mover which is used to drive the generator, or in the case of an electric vehicle, the Negative Work reduces the Kinetic Energy of the vehicle. g) The Work Energy Principle states that: "all work in any direction requires energy because energy is the currency required to perform work”, and “the change in Kinetic Energy of an object is equal to the NET work performed on that object." An increase in the Kinetic Energy of a system is called Acceleration where the Kinetic Energy is increased to a higher level when Positive Work is performed on that system. A decrease in the Kinetic Energy of a system is called Deceleration where the Kinetic Energy is decreased to a lower level when Negative Work is performed on that system. h) All conventional electric generators in use today perform Negative Work against the torque direction supplied by the prime mover. The Negative Work is performed by Electromagnetic Field Energy which is created. Electric motors perform Positive Work when used to increase the Kinetic Energy of a system (accelerate it in the case of an electric vehicle) and they also can be used to perform Negative Work when employed as electric generators (decelerate it during regenerative braking as in the case of an electric vehicle for example). 2

There is a very prevalent misconception in the scientific and EV communities which suggests that EV regenerative braking occurs when an electric generator delivers electric power to an EV's batteries. The truth is the only thing required for electromagnetic braking (Negative Work) in an EV is electric current and the resultant Electromagnetic Field Energy which is created. The US patented ReGenX Motor/Generator innovation is capable of utilizing created Electromagnetic Field Energy in performing both Positive Work accelerating and increasing the Kinetic Energy of a system (electric vehicle) in Motor Mode of operation and also in Generator Mode of operation (Regenerative Acceleration). The term Regenerative Acceleration refers to Positive Work, system acceleration, increased Kinetic Energy which is performed by Electromagnetic Field Energy which is created. The ReGenX Motor/Generator also capable of performing Negative Work decelerating or reducing the Kinetic Energy of the system when operated below the Critical Minimum Frequency* of operation for the coil. i) In order to make conventional electric generator operation conform to the Newtonian Mechanics model which states that,"for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction,"and “that energy can not be created" the scientific community has been incorrectly claiming (for almost 200 years now) that; 1. "Negative Work can be performed for free without energy" 2. "Counter-Electromagnetic-Torque can be produced for free without energy" 3. and that "all electric generators have the ability to violate the Work Energy Principle and perform Negative Work without any energy." In essence incorrectly stating scientifically that; 1. Energy cannot be created... 2. BUT torque can be produced and negative work can be performed without energy 3. and that all electric generators are able to operate outside the accepted laws of physics 4. that electric generators are all able to violate the Work Energy Principle by performing work for free without energy and the Law of Conservation of Energy does not apply in electric generator operation. And for almost 200 years now every physicist, engineer and educator has been drinking the same Kool Aid and parroting the same false claims to the uneducated public and gullible students. 3
  • 4. j) The ReGenX Generator's ability to harness Electromagnetic Field Energy and to perform Positive Work and increase the Kinetic Energy of the system, sheds some very important light on the true nature of Electromagnetic Field Energy and its creation which can no longer be obscured by invalid science. k) The ReGenX Generator delays the Load Current in the Time Domain and it uses the very same induced Electromagnetic Field Energy to perform Positive Work, to create a Complementary-Electromagnetic-Torque and to increase the Kinetic Energy of the system just as conventional electric generators use to create their Counter-Electromagnetic- Torque which performs Negative Work in their Kinetic Energy reductions. In essence the ReGenX Generator correctly states scientifically that; 1. Energy can be created... 2. Torque can be produced by this created Electromagnetic Field Energy and both Positive and Negative work can now both be performed, 3. and that all electric generators are able to operate outside the accepted laws of Newtonian Mechanics, such as Newton's Third Law and the Law of Conservation of Energy, 4. and electric generators are not able to violate the Work Energy Principle by performing Negative or Positive Work for free without energy, 5. but they are able to perform Negative or Positive Work for free with Electromagnetic Field Energy that is created. Electric Generator Efficiency Calculations l) Whenever an electric generator's efficiency performance is evaluated by conventionally trained engineers (for almost 200 years now) it has always been 100% incorrect because only 1) the mechanical input power and 2) the electrical output power are used in the calculations. In addition 100% of every electric generator efficiency calculation which has ever been performed on every electric generator since day 1 by conventionally trained scientists has violated the Law of Conservation of Energy. Mathematically, the Law of Conservation of Energy can be stated as: Total Energy Input = Total Energy Output (Coles Notes, How to get an A in... Senior Physics, page 48) The Law of Conservation of Energy states that, “energy can only be converted from one form to another and that there is no such thing as losses only conversions.” 4
  • 5. An electric generator's total energy input is the mechanical energy in the drive shaft and the total energy output is the: 1. Electrical Energy delivered to the load. 2. Heat Energy dissipated into free space, 3. and the Mechanical Energy, Counter-Electromagnetic-Torque (which performs the Negative Work reducing the system's Kinetic Energy and necessitating the drive shaft's mechanical energy input increase). Electric Generator Total Input Mechanical Energy (performing Positive Work) = Total Electrical Energy Output + Total Heat Energy Output + Total Mechanical Energy Output (performing the Negative Work) In essence the entire global scientific community has been mathematically violating the Law of Conservation of Energy in its electric generator efficiency calculations for almost 200 years now in an erroneous attempt to force electric generator efficiency performance to conform to the Law of Conservation of Energy – which is an impossible task. Violating the Law of Conservation of Energy in order to conform to the Law of Conservation of Energy... To achieve this impossible goal, the global scientific community has been deliberately neglecting 2 obvious and important generator outputs; (Heat Energy and Mechanical Energy) in their generator efficiency calculations. If the global physics community didn't deliberately fudge the numbers and fool the entire world – the entire Electricity and Magnetism branch of physics would need to be revisited, revised and removed from the Newtonian Mechanics branch. Evaluating Conventional Generator Lab Prototype Efficiencies m) If we use the albeit faulty efficiency calculation method for the conventional electric generator efficiency calculations in our demonstration prototypes we will find that every conventional electric generator operates at less than 100% efficiency (in truth however they are all well over 100% efficient). n) If we use a "Black Box" approach to calculate the conventional electric generator efficiency and we only observe, 1. the mechanical input power delivered to the prime mover, 2. the electrical output delivered to the load, 3. (and we neglect and ignore the heat output of the coils and the Negative Work performed by the created electromagnetic Field Energy) 5
  • 6. we will observe empirically that: • when the conventional electric generator is placed on-load from a steady state speed at Rotational Equilibrium* (where the NET drive shaft mechanical input power is zero), • the prime mover will always consume an increase in input power (above what is required to establish Rotational Equilibrium at idle) and this on-load input power increase is always greater in magnitude than the electrical output power magnitude which delivered to the load by the generator, • and the Black Box efficiency of the conventional generator will always be less than 100%. * Rotational Equilibrium There are 2 states of Equilibrium for a drive shaft where the mechanical input power in it is zero Watts; 1. Static Equilibrium - where the drive shaft is not rotating, 2. Dynamic or Rotational Equilibrium - where the drive shaft is rotating at a Steady State Speed, neither accelerating nor decelerating. The Mechanical Power in a drive shaft is the; Torque x Speed at Rotational Equilibrium the Torque is zero Nm therefore the Power must also be zero Watts. o) When the conventional electric generator is placed on-load from an initial state of Rotational Equilibrium (zero Mechanical Input Power): 1. the Induction Motor Prime Mover will respond buy consuming additional input power, 2. because the Negative Work performed by the created Electromagnetic Field Energy works against the torque direction supplied by the prime mover, it reduces the Kinetic Energy and Speed of the Induction Motor Prime Mover from its set value established at Rotational Equilibrium, 3. the Slip Angle between the Induction Motor's Rotor and Stator increases, 4. the BEMF produced by the Rotor is reduced, 5. this reduces the Total Impedance (Zt) of the Induction Motor's Stator Winding, 6. as a result increased Input Current is allowed to flow into the Stator Winding because its Total Impedance is reduced. 6
  • 7. 7. The increased Input Current to the Stator Winding, increases the Electromagnetic Field Energy produced around the Stator Coil, 8. Positive Work is performed by the increased Electromagnetic Field Energy, 9. the output Torque in the motor's drive shaft is increased, 10. the Mechanical Input Power in the drive shaft to the generator is also increased, 11. and the generator is able to deliver sustained electrical output power to the load at a new on-load Rotational Equilibrium. 12. but at a reduced system speed from the original no-load Rotational Equilibrium speed. The prime mover's electrical input power increase (above what is required to establish Rotational Equilibrium) will always mathematically exceed the conventional electric generator's electric output power delivered to the load. Evaluating ReGenX Generator Lab Prototype Efficiencies p) If we use the same "Black Box" approach to calculate the ReGenX Generator's efficiency and we only observe 1) the input power delivered to the prime mover and 2) the output deliver to the load, we will observe empirically that: 1. When the ReGenX Generator is placed on-load from a steady state Rotational Equilibrium Speed that is above the Critical Minimum Frequency for the coil, 2. the prime mover will always consume a zero increase in input power no matter how large the electrical output power magnitude which delivered to the load by the generator, 3. and the Black Box efficiency will always be infinite. 4. When the ReGenX Generator is operated below the coil's Critical Minimum Frequency it operates like any conventional generator coil and it decelerates the system when placed on-load and operates at less than 100% efficiency. ReGenX Generator Coil's Critical Minimum Frequency of Operation (CMF) The ReGenX Generator coil's Critical Minimum Frequency (CMF) of Operation dictates what form of work (Positive or Negative) the coil's created Electromagnetic Field Energy will perform and the efficiency of operation of the generator. When operated above the CMF the created Electromagnetic Field Energy produced around the ReGenX Generator coil is delayed in the time domain and it will perform Positive Work, system acceleration, a Kinetic Energy increase and the generator coil will deliver electric power to the load with a zero mechanical input energy requirement and it will operate at infinite efficiency of operation. 7

Below the CMF the created Electromagnetic Field Energy produced around the coil will perform Negative Work, system deceleration, a Kinetic Energy decrease and the generator coil will deliver electric power to the load with a mechanical input energy requirement and it will operate at less than 100% efficiency of operation. When the ReGenX Generator Coil is Operated Above the CMF q) The prime mover input power will always be observed empirically to decrease when the ReGenX Generator is placed on-load when operated above the coil's CMF, denoting that the prime mover is delivering less mechanical input power to the generator's drive shaft than was required at idle on no-load at Rotational Equilibrium - which was zero Watts. r) It is also be observed empirically that; 1. while the prime mover is delivering reduced (less than zero Watts) of mechanical drive shaft input power to the ReGenX Generator, 2. the generator is delivering electrical output power to the load, 3. and the mechanical energy (Kinetic Energy) in the drive shaft is increasing, 4. and the more electrical power delivered to the load, the greater the prime mover supplied mechanical power reduction while the greater the kinetic Energy increase. 5. denoting that the increased Electromagnetic Field Energy created around the ReGenX Generator coils is performing increased Positive Work accelerating the system and increasing the system's Kinetic Energy while reducing the mechanical drive shaft input power requirement supplied by the prime mover. s) Because the prime mover delivers less mechanical input power to the ReGenX Generator when it is placed on-load, I.E. less than is required at idle (zero mechanical input Watts required at Rotational Equilibrium) the ReGenX Generator's efficiency is actually beyond infinite efficiency if such a number could actually exist mathematically. t) When the ReGenX Generator is placed on-load from an initial state of Rotational Equilibrium (zero Mechanical Input Power) above the CMF: 1. the Induction Motor Prime Mover will respond buy accelerating and consuming reduced input power (while the losses in the system increases) 2. because the ReGenX Generator's Positive Work performed by the created and Time Domain delayed Electromagnetic Field Energy increases the Kinetic Energy and Speed of the Induction Motor Prime Mover from its original set value at Rotational Equilibrium, 3. the Slip Angle between the Induction Motor's Rotor and Stator decreases, 4. the BEMF produced by the Rotor is increased, 8

Conventional generator operation as described in Item (o) page 5 is observed when the ReGenX Generator coil is operated below the CMF, I.E, system deceleration, less than 100% efficiency of operation etc. However, I am more interested in evaluating the product in terms of business viability and product deployment in the automotive industry in India and CARET as potential incubator. I would be exploring. 2. Enterprise resource planning solutions. u) Currently Potential Difference is not an incorporated company and it is not yet an “enterprise” per se although we are highly motivated and are working very hard to make it one.
