the technologies through its wholly owned subsidiary, ALSET.

These technologies include 1) the ReGenX Generator innovation, developed and patented by
Thane Heins has been independently third party proven to operate at infinite efficiency. The
ReGenX Generator operates by harnessing energy that is being created at the Sub-Atomic
Electron level in order to perform electrical and mechanical work with zero energy input
requirements. This means that any amount of electricity can now be generated with zero
mechanical input power requirements essentially forever or basically until the end of time.
In fossil-fuel electricity generation applications it means that zero air pollution and zero

more generated output electricity. Hydroelectric facilities once retrofitted with ReGenX
Generators in 2022 and beyond will see their electric output increased by 500% or more.
For electric mobility EV Regenerative Acceleration applications and because the
