Introduction:
The ReGenX Generator innovation is a new electric generator design which was first
conceptualized by Thane Heins during the Motors and Generators class at CEGEP Heritage
College in Hull Quebec in the early 1980s.
In 1999 an R&D company (Potential Difference) was formed to investigate the original idea of
exploring ways to reduce the negative effects associated with Generator Armature Reaction
and its contribution to efficiency reductions in electricity generation.
In 2007 it was discovered that Generator Armature Reaction could actually be reversed and
that the efficiency of an electric generator could be increased from less than 100% efficiency
to infinite efficiency simply by introducing a load current delay into the generator's operation.
The original prototype was validated at MIT in 2007 and then again in 2008 when Ottawa
University's Dr. Habash invited Potential Difference to conduct its research in the Electrical
Engineering Department's Power Lab.
The backing theory for the ReGenX Generator was formulated in the Power Lab at Ottawa
University from 2008 – 2010.5 and a new law of physics (Heins' Law) was also formulated.
In addition it has been established by the ReGenX Generator research that induced
electromagnetic fields are a form of energy and that this energy is created.

Background History of Electric Generator Operation and Evolution
In 1831, self taught English scientist Michael Faraday introduced
world to the new Law of Electromagnetic Induction and the first
electric generator.
The Law of Electromagnetic Induction explains how an
electric generator machine converts mechanical
input power to electric output power.
The minus sign in Faraday's Law
indicates Lenz's Law and the
Negative Work which is
performed by the Magnetic Fields
that are created around the
generator coils when electric
current flows in them.
In 1834, Russian Physicist Emil Lenz formulated a new law of physics called Lenz's Law.
Lenz's law, states that, “the direction of the current induced in a conductor by a changing
magnetic field is such that the magnetic field created by the induced current opposes the
initial changing magnetic field.”
Lenz's Law explains how the generator coil's created electromagnetic field performs negative
work opposing the generator's original changing magnetic field.
This Negative Work is referred to as Generator Armature Reaction or Motor Action in a
Generator.
For example, when a prime mover is rotating a generator's drive shaft in the clockwise
direction and when the generator is delivering electric current to a load, the electromagnetic
fields created by the induced current will produce a counterclockwise-electromagnetic-torque
which will perform negative work against the turning action of the prime mover, reducing its
kinetic energy (decelerating it).
In order to allow the generator to continue delivering electric output power to the load,
additional mechanical input power must be delivered to the generator's drive shaft by the
prime mover or the electromagnetic fields created inside the electric generator and the
negative work performed will completely stall the prime mover.

Delaying Generator Load Current in the Time Domain
In 2007, Canadian Clean Tech company Potential Difference discovered that when the
generator's induced current is delayed in the time domain, these same created
electromagnetic fields could be used to assist the original changing magnetic field rather than
opposing it as dictated by Lenz's Law.
A new law of physics (Heins' Law) was formulated which states that, “the direction of a time
delayed current induced in a conductor by a changing magnetic field is such that the delayed
electromagnetic field created by the delayed induced current assists the initial changing
magnetic field.”
Heins' Law explains how
the ReGenX Generator
coil's created and
delayed electromagnetic
field performs positive
work assisting the
generator's original
changing magnetic field.
For example, when a prime mover is rotating a generator's drive shaft in the clockwise
direction and when the generator is delivering time delayed electric current to a load, the
delayed electromagnetic fields created by the delayed induced current will produce a
clockwise-electromagnetic-torque which will perform positive work assisting the turning action
of the prime mover, increasing ts kinetic energy (accelerating it).
In order to allow the generator to continue delivering electric output power to the load, at the
desired rotational speed and frequency a reduction in mechanical input power must be
delivered to the generator's drive shaft by
the prime mover.

Revelations and Ramifications for the Scientific Community due to the Positive Work
Performed by the Time Delayed induced Electromagnetic Fields in the ReGenX
Generator
Lenz's Law is how the global physics community explains why electric generator operation
conforms to Newton's Third Law and the Law of Conservation of Energy.
Newton's Third Law states that, “for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.”
In electric generator operation, the action of the generator's output power being dissipated in
a load (and performing work) - creates an equal and opposite reaction where additional input
power must be supplied to the generator's drive shaft by the prime mover which is supplying
the additional work required as dictated by the Law of Conservation of Energy which states
that, “energy cannot be created nor destroyed.”
According to Faraday's Law, Lenz's Law and the Law of Conservation of Energy; any
magnitude of output power that is delivered and dissipated in a load - must be accompanied
by a corresponding and equal magnitude of mechanical input power supplied to the generator
by the prime mover.
According to Newton's Third Law the action - reaction paradigm must be simultaneous and no
time delays are tolerated.
The ReGenX Generator's Load Current Delay ensures that it operates outside the known
laws of physics and specifically outside Faraday's Law, Lenz's Law and the Law of
Conservation of Energy.

Isolating and identifying a “New Source of Electric Power” required to produce
Positive Work in the ReGenX Generator
The ReGenX Generator's Load Current Delay causes the induced electromagnetic fields to
also be delayed in the time domain and for these electromagnetic fields to perform positive
work whereby the generator and prime mover's kinetic energy is increased (accelerated)
when the generator is delivering electric power to a load.
The Work-Energy Principle states that, “an increase in the kinetic energy of a body is equal to
the net work performed on that body” and also that “all work requires energy because energy
is the currency required to perform work in any direction.”
Because positive work is being performed by the delayed induced electromagnetic fields in
the ReGenX Generator there must be a corresponding source of energy in order to perform
this work as dictated by the Work-Energy Principle.
Since the prime mover's input power decreases when the ReGenX Generator is placed on-
load and when it is delivering electric power - the prime mover cannot be the energy source
which increases the system's kinetic energy.
The energy required to increase the kinetic energy of the system must come from another
source.
Lenz's Law provides the answer when the Work-Energy Principle is applied to it.

Lenz's Law with the Inclusion of the Work-Energy Principle:
“the direction of the current induced in a conductor by a changing magnetic field is such that
the electromagnetic field energy created by the induced current performs negative work
which opposes the initial changing magnetic field.”
The energy that is required to perform the positive work in the ReGenX Generator and
increase the kinetic energy of the system is energy that is created.
This created energy is the induced electromagnetic field energy which is produced around the
current bearing wires inside the generator which make up the generator coils.
In 1820, Hans Christian Oersted discovered that electric current creates an electromagnetic
magnetic field.
In 2007, the ReGenX Generator discovery isolates and proves that these induced
electromagnetic fields are a form of energy because they perform negative work in a
conventional electric generator and positive work in a ReGenX Generator and that this energy
is the same created energy in both cases.
Previously (for 198 years) it was widely accepted that only
electric motors could convert electrical input power to
mechanical output power and perform positive work and
increased the kinetic energy of a system at less than 100%
efficiency.
In 1822 Michael Faraday proved that the induced
electromagnetic field energy created around a current
bearing wire could be used to perform positive work and
increase the kinetic energy of said wire around a magnet
when he invented the first electric motor.
At the time it was incorrectly assumed that electrical
energy was being transformed into mechanical
energy when in fact electrical energy can only be
transformed into heat energy according to Ohm's Law
and the Power Rule.
Faraday's motor features a stiff wire which hangs down into a glass vessel which has a bar magnet
secured at the bottom.
The glass vessel would then be part filled with mercury (a metal that is liquid at room temperature and
an excellent conductor).
Faraday connected his apparatus to a battery, which sent electricity through the wire creating an
electromagnetic field around it.

This electromagnetic field interacted with the magnetic field around the magnet and caused the wire's
kinetic energy to increase and to rotate clockwise.
This discovery led Faraday to contemplate the nature of electricity.
Unlike his contemporaries, he was not convinced that electricity was a material fluid that flowed
through wires like water through a pipe as would be indicated by Newtonian Mechanics.
Instead, Faraday thought of it as a vibration or force that was somehow transmitted as the result of
tensions created in the conductor.
Faraday and his contemporaries initial flawed premise, still in effect today 198 years later ...
What Faraday and his contemporaries didn't realize in 1822, was that 100% of the electrical
input in his motor was being converted and dissipated as heat energy and zero energy was
left over to perform the positive work changing the kinetic energy of the wire.
Michael Faraday's first motor employed induced electromagnetic field energy which is created
and his motor operated at 100% efficiency as an induction heater, converting electric input to
heat output and at infinite efficiency as an electric motor.
Michael Faraday's electric motor would have consumed the exact same amount of electricity
with the magnet removed from the mercury bath and no motor action as it did with the magnet
in placed and with motor action..
Global physics community's present assertion that work can be performed without
energy
Generator Armature Reaction is negative work which is performed by electromagnetic field
energy which is created around the current bearing wires inside the generator.
Currently the global physics community claims that negative work (Generator Armature
Reaction / Counter-Electromagnetic-Torque) can be performed by a generator without energy
and that all electric generators have the ability to violate the Work-Energy Principle in their
conversion of mechanical input power to electrical output power.
When induced electromagnetic field energy is correctly identified as the energy source the
incorrect assertions by early scientists and present day scientists, engineers and teachers
can be rectified.

the more the electric vehicle is accelerated, the more the batteries are recharged, the more
the input power to the original traction motor is reduced, and the less plug-in recharging is

19) There is currently no known magnitude of battery recharge power that can be delivered to
the electric vehicle's batteries in Regenerative Acceleration Mode that will produce any
negative deceleration effects.
20) The upper magnitude of battery recharge limit during Regenerative Acceleration is
dictated by the size and output power rating of the ReGenX Generator employed - in essence
any magnitude of recharging power can be delivered to the electric vehicle's batteries while
creating vehicle acceleration is

they drive, they will enjoy unlimited driving range and plug-in recharging will become obsolete.

10. How to Calculate Generator Efficiency
Mechanical to Electrical Conversion Efficiencies
Introduction:
An electric generator is a machine that converts mechanical drive shaft input power to
electrical output power.
At any operational No-Load, Steady State Speed or Rotational Equilibrium condition the drive
shaft’s Mechanical Input Power (Pin) to the generator is always 0.00 Watts because;
Mechanical Drive Shaft Input Power (P) = Net Torque(T) x System Rotational Speed(ω):
Pin = T x ω
Because T(net) = 0.00 at Rotational Equilibrium.
Mechanical Drive Shaft Input Power (Pin) on No-Load always equals 0.00 Watts.
When the generator is placed on load, the drive shaft’s mechanical input power is provided by
the prime mover, which must always be increased (due to the negative work performed by
Generator Armature Reaction) in order to deliver power to the load or the system will stall.
For example;
If the generator delivered 9 Watts to the load and the drive shaft's mechanical input power
increased by 10 Watts the System Efficiency would be:
Generator Conversion Efficiency = Output/Input x 100
9/10 x 100 = 90% Efficiency
If the generator delivered 5 Watts to the load and the drive shaft's mechanical input power
increased by 10 Watts the System Efficiency would be:
5/10 x 100 = 50% Efficiency
If the generator delivered 10 Watts to the load and the drive shaft's mechanical input power
increased by 10 Watts the System Efficiency would be:
10/10 x 100 = 100% Efficiency
If the generator delivered 10 Watts to the load and the prime mover input increased by 0
Watts (in other words did not increase at all or was reduced to below the no-load idle input
condition of 0 Watts), the System Efficiency would be:
10/0 x 100 = Infinite% Conversion Efficiency

Demonstration Video:
The ReGenX Generator in the video demonstration is operating at infinite efficiency because
the prime mover power consumption does not increase when the ReGenX Generator is
placed on load from the no load rotational equilibrium level where the mechanical power in
the drive shaft is 0.00 Watts. (In fact the mechanical power in the drive shaft is reduced to a
level which is less than 0.00 Watts when placed on load).
If the prime mover's power consumption does not increase (or decreases) when the generator
is placed on load the mechanical power in the drive shaft on load remains at 0.00 Watts or is
reduced to less than 0.00 Watts.
