1) A researcher discovered that inducing electromagnetic fields in a generator coil above a critical frequency could violate Lenz's Law and allow the generator to operate at infinite efficiency. 2) Experiments with prototypes at a university lab concluded they operated at infinite efficiency, validated by professors. 3) This challenged existing laws of physics like conservation of energy, requiring new laws to be developed around electromagnetic field energy creation and how it allows positive work.

1. New Laws of Physics as a Result of Potential +/- Difference Inc. R & D
Preface Summary of Innovations and Development History 2007 - 2020
In 2007 in Almonte Ontario Canada researcher / inventor Thane Heins discovered that induced
Electromagnetic Fields which are created around a current bearing wire (solenoid) in an electric
generator could be used to do useful Positive Work, violating Lenz's Law in increasing the Kinetic
Energy of the system (generator, prime mover system) if the frequency of operation of the generator
coil was above a certain Critical Minimum Frequency (CMF). The required frequency of operation
produced a Load Current Delay in the generator coil which facilitated the Positive Work being
performed and the generator's ability to operate at infinite efficiency.
Canadian University professor and former managing editor of the Canadian Journal of Physics Dr.
Stanley J. Townsend informed Heins in 2007 that his work proved that induced Electromagnetic Fields
are a form of Energy which is created.

In the Power Lab provided by the University of Ottawa with the assistance of fellow Canadian
researcher Luc Choquette, Heins and Choquette then set out to develop the backing theory for the
ReGenX Generator, to explain the new scientific discoveries and then to develop commercially viable
technologies that would be able to innocuously tap into and harness this created Electromagnetic
Field Energy in the eventual US patented ReGen-X Generator, Bi-Toroid Transformer and ReGen-X
Motor innovations.
In 2008 in their satellite lab at the University of Ottawa, which was supervised by university professor
Dr. Rihad Habash, Heins and Choquette eventually concluded that their three ReGenX Generator
prototypes all operated at infinite efficiency.
Infinite efficiency electric generator performance means that zero mechanical input power is required
in the generation of electricity.
Infinite efficiency performance was third party validated the previous year in 2007 by MIT professor
Markus Zahn although it was not yet identified as such.

countless times during Heins' 2.5 year stay at the University of Ottawa and also by the Dean of

The ReGenX Generator was also successfully replicated by five third year electrical engineering
students and demonstrated to operate at infinite efficiency performance at Dr. Habash's request.

Development Canada and Dr. Habash.

While the ReGenX Generator innovation delayed the Load Current in the Time Domain in order to
utilize the created Electromagnetic Field Energy to allow the ReGenX Generator to operate at infinite
efficiency and simultaneously perform Positive Work increasing the Kinetic Energy of the generator,
prime mover system – the Bi-Toroid Transformer physically diverted this created Electromagnetic Field
Energy which allowed it to operate at infinite efficiency.
The ReGenX Generator delayed the created Electromagnetic Field Energy in the Time Domain and it
used this created energy to generate electricity with zero mechanical input power at infinite efficiency
while also allowing it to perform Motor Action, performing Positive Work increasing the Kinetic Energy
of the system.
The Bi-Toroid Transformer on the other hand physically diverted this Electromagnetic Field Energy
energy and used it to allow the transformer to deliver Real (output) Power to the load while consuming
pure Reactive (input) Power (net zero input power) at infinite efficiency.
Eventually the ReGen-X Motor would be developed and US patented which also operated at infinite
efficiency.
While the ReGenX Generator harnesses the created Electromagnetic Field Energy which produces
Motor Action in a Generator in order to operate at infinite efficiency, the ReGen-X Motor harnesses the
Electromagnetic Field Energy it creates which produces Generator Action in a Motor in order to allow it
to operate at infinite efficiency.
All conventional electric motors generate electricity (Generator Action in a Motor) at the exact instant
the current to the motor coil is switched off. This generated electricity creates sparking between the
brushes in a brushed electric motor and can damage the electronic circuitry in brush-less electric

3. motors. In an induction motor this generated electricity reduces the mechanical output of the motor.
The ReGen-X Motor allows the Electromagnetic Field Energy that is created around the motor coil
which performs the motor's mechanical work to collapse back into the source in concert with the
generated electricity which is produced by Generator Action in a Motor such that the ReGen-X Motor
delivers mechanical output power and electrical output power at infinite efficiency.
While working closely with Mike Jenkinson and software engineers at Siemens the ReGenX
Generator's Load Current Delay was identified in 2013.
Professor Nathanial Lasry of John Abbot College would inform Heins that the ReGenX Generator's
Load Current Time Delay violated Newton's Third Law and the Law of Conservation of Energy.

according to Ohm's Law, the Power Rule, the Work-Energy Principle and the Law of Conservation of
Energy.
Electromagnetic Field Energy is created around said current bearing wire and the direction of the
current and the Energy created always performs Negative Work reducing the Kinetic Energy of the
Changing Magnetic Field which caused the induced electric current according to Faraday's Law of
Induction, the Work-Energy Principle and the Law of Creation of Energy.
Introduction to Heins' Law of Induction:
When an electric current is induced to flow in a current bearing wire, work is performed in that wire
and some electric energy is converted and dissipated as heat energy due to the wire's resistance and
according to Ohm's Law, the Power Rule, the Work-Energy Principle and the Law of Conservation of
Energy.
When the electric current is delayed sufficiently in the Time Domain the created Electromagnetic Field
Energy around said current bearing wire and the direction of the current and the Energy created
always performs Net Positive Work increasing the Kinetic Energy of the Changing Magnetic Field
which caused the induced electric current according to Faraday's Law of Induction, the Work-Energy
Principle and the Law of Creation of Energy.
Correction of Law of Conservation of Energy:
According to the Law of Conservation of Energy, “energy cannot be created.”

4. Because an electric generator's created Electromagnetic Field Energy performs Negative Work
reducing the Kinetic Energy of the generator, prime mover system it must be concluded that energy
can be created according to the Work-Energy Principle.
And also because a ReGenX Generator's created Electromagnetic Field Energy performs Positive
Work increasing the Kinetic Energy of the generator, prime mover system it must be also concluded
that energy can be created according to the Work-Energy Principle.

And this created energy can now be used to perform Negative or Positive Work in an electric
generator depending on the timing of the load current.
Introduction to Law of Creation of Energy
When an electric current flows in a current bearing wire, 100% of the electrical energy conversion in
the wire is converted and dissipated as heat energy according to the Law of Conservation of Energy,
the Work-Energy Principle and Newtonian Mechanics.
Magnetic Field Energy is created around said wire at no cost to the electrical energy contained in the
wire and this created energy can perform either Negative or Positive Work on an external magnetic
field depending on the timing of the current and the subsequent timing of the created Electromagnetic
Field Energy at infinite efficiency according to the Work-Energy Principle and the Law of Creation of
Energy.
Introduction to Law of Destruction of Energy
If the created Electromagnetic Field Energy is allowed to collapse back into the source that produced it
the energy will be conserved and only heat energy conversion will be produced according to the Work-
Energy Principle and the Law of Conservation of Energy.
If however the created Electromagnetic Field Energy is not allowed to collapse back into the source
that produced it, the energy will be destroyed; converted to heat and light as an electromagnetic spark
and dissipated into free space along with the heat energy conversion in the wire.
Correction of Newton's Third Law
Newton's Third Law states that, “for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.”
In electric generator operation that equal and opposite reaction is Negative Work which is performed
by Electromagnetic Field Energy that is created according to the Work-Energy Principle.
In the ReGenX Generator operation an Equal and Identical reaction is produced and Positive Work is
performed by Electromagnetic Field Energy that is created according to the Work-Energy Principle
and the Law of Creation of Energy.
Heins' Forth Law of Motion
In a ReGenX Electric Generator which is rotating on no-load at a steady state speed at Rotational
Equilibrium and a voltage is induced in the generator coil according to Faraday's Law of Induction and
when the:

2. and when the Load Current is Delayed sufficiently in the Time Domain according to Heins'
Law of Induction,
3. the created Electromagnetic Field Energy which is produced according to the Law of Creation

The Equal and Identical Reaction produced by the created Electromagnetic Field Energy will allow the
ReGenX Generator to generate electricity at infinite efficiency – requiring zero mechanical input power
in the generation of electricity according to the Work-Energy Principle.
