2. Audience Profile
- The target audience will be males from the ages 11-19. This game is going
to be a mobile racing game, racing/cars mainly appeal to the male gender
and mobile games are mainly targeted at the younger people as they are
the majority that own mobiles. This game will also be very simple so it
appeals to a younger audience.
- Games that are similar to mine: Pixel car racer and New Star GP
3. Style sheet
This style is the same style I want to base my
game on. I really like the aesthetic of the car and
I think it would fit the style of my game well.
These drawings would be simple and easy to
make as I can trace the outside of the drawing
pixel by pixel with the pencil tool on Photoshop.
New Star GP is the game I am taking my
main inspiration from as it is another
popular top down racing game, the game
uses a nice simple design too with the
pixel formula cars. I will be aiming for a
game that is more of dodging oncoming
objects like oil spills, car etc. rather than
having a full racing AI game
