SUMMARY
A young hotelier who is hardworking, energetic and full of passion in hospitality
industry. My journey started up with Shangri-La properties - Traders Hotel
Kuala Lumpur as a Corporate Trainee under housekeeping department.
Currently work as Housekeeping service manager in Traders Hotel Kuala
Lumpur.
Selected by company went to Shangri-La Academy Zhu Hai, China for 5 weeks
to broaden knowledge and learn comprehensive security to apply and practice
in the workplace. Appointed to join Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) –
ISO 14001:2004, OSHAS 18001:2007, MS1722:2011 - Internal Auditor &
Committee Member.
I always seek for employment that allows me to grow professionally, while
being able to utilize my skills for the betterment of the organization with the
best use of my dedication, determination and resourcefulness.

Handling guest lost and found item and courier item back to the guest

Responsible to manage Preventive Maintenance Team and work closely
with engineering team to make sure all jobs are done properly without failed
