2. Night shift Supervisor
Duties and Responsibilities :-
 In charge to supervise, control and train 25 employees including room attendant and
public area attendant.
 Taking the training classes for Cleaning Procedure, Chemical usage and Towel art
 Responsible for flower arrangement in the hotel.
 Conduct the daily department Briefing.
 Responsible for Monthly linen inventory.
 Responsible for maintaining the service standards set by the hotel within the
department.
 Follow up the daily duties as directed by the Management.
 Inspecting Rooms on the floor.
 Handling the Department Store.
 Handling the Housekeeping control desk operation.
 Handling cleaning machines.
 Taking own decision in the absent of senior supervisor and manager.
Floor Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities
 Conduct the daily department briefing with manager
 Handling the floor with 499 rooms with 50 room attendants.
 Realizing the rooms and handling 2 floor with 90 rooms.
 Making all preparations for VIP arrivals and checking room with EHK.
 Taking special care of all VIP guests including long staying.
 Taking care of weekly and monthly Project and updating in system.
 Giving training to all room attendants including team leader.
 Giving ideas to department about service and guest feedback.
 Taking care of all equipments and dusters.
 Doing monthly meeting with all staff of department including EHK and managers
