Store Leader - Apple Canada Sept 2012-July 2013
* Assisted store management team in creating goals and strategies in order to meet financial and
non financial objectives i.e customer feedback
*My area of responsibility was the front zone where the customer interactions and transactions
took place. I coached,trained and provided feedback to individuals on their overall performance.
* Team I managed was 60+ in a store with 80+ total staff.
* I was visual presentation lead, I was responsible for visual overnight set ups. reviewing sales
figures by commodity and strategizing to increase particular items.
* Proactively made changes to accessory walls based on slow and rapid turns of particular items
* Ensured that product was displayed with attention to detail, every team member was shown
standards and coached on opportunities.
* Provided consistent feedback to the team in regards to thier customer interactions in comparison
to Apple standards.
