• Most recently responsible for a region encompassing 77 store with an annual review of 3.2 Billion dollars.
• Direct reports consisted of 7 regional mangers and 9 district managers in South Florida and the Caribbean.
• Provided leadership, direction, guidance, and support regarding short and long-term planning, merchandising,
inventory replacement, profitability, sales company objectives, employee training and customer service.
• Worked with cross functional teams to hire and retain talent.
• Implement and enforce procedures for SOX (Sarbanes–Oxley) compliance..
• Monitor operations and sales performance for all districts. Establish sales and operations plans, coordinate
and monitor store inventory levels, ensured the product mix was correct for each market, and moved leaders

• Reduced damage markdowns from 2008 to 2009 by 4.7% through goal settings and weekly meetings with
District Managers, minimizing deleveraging in a declining sales environment.

• Improved Retail Shrink from 2008-2009 by 20bps.
