Working internally as part of the National Business Unit, I am an office based point of Senior contact for Cannon
Hygiene’s National accounts. There is a high level of proactive contact with customers by telephone, focusing on
retention and overall growth of the National accounts. The majority of my portfolio is made up of Whitbread,
Greggs, Johnson’s Apparelmaster and My Dentist.
Responsibilities Achievements
• Retain & grow designated portfolio accounts
against a designated set of targets.
• Define contact plan within designated portfolios
to minimise “risk” and maximise opportunities.
• Target for business growth sales & service team
and individually on specific accounts.
• Co-ordinating customer projects, including major
mobilisations, special events and bespoke
products together with a contingency plan for
each of these.
