Paskals TestPAC is a self-contained, compressed air-powered device that can generate liquid pressures up to 100,000 PSI for on-site high pressure testing. It uses a reliable Haskel pump known for its long life and low maintenance. The TestPAC operates by using a plant air supply of at least 8 bars to boost an inlet liquid to pressures as high as 100,000 PSI through a reciprocating piston system, with automated controls for ease of operation.
3. Paskals TestPAC is designed to provide on-site High Pressure
testing. These units are self-contained and powered by
compressed Air. These units can generate Liquid Pressure up to
1,00,000 PSI.
4. Haskel pump is used which is known for its
long life and low maintenance.
Easy to start (green button)and stop(Red
button).
Infinitely variable cycling speed (flow rate)
No limit or adverse effect to continuous
stop/start applications .
Pump seals are self-lubricated requiring no
external air line lubricator .
Reliable, easy to maintain, compact and
robust.
5. Test PAC runs on the basic principle of liquid pump . Plant air
of minimum 8 bars is used to boost the inlet liquid up to
100000 PSI. Liquid pump consists of a large area reciprocating
air drive piston directly coupled to a connecting rod to a small
area liquid piston. The liquid piston operates in a high-
pressure liquid barrel section. Each liquid barrel end cap
contains high pressure inlet and outlet check valves. The air
drive section consists of a cyclic spool and pilot valves that
provides continuous reciprocating action when air is supplied to
the air drive inlet. Automation is implemented in the machine
for ease of operator. Filtered and regulated air supply of 8 Bar
capacity comes to the Test PAC air Inlet section. Liquid medium
is supplied to inlet section of Test PAC and boosted up to a
desired pressure.
