from on savior Attendance daily morning basis. Maintaining of master roll / Leave records on manual basis

Preparing of “daily manpower strength” in excel sheet and presenting it to management on daily morning basis.
Maintaining of incoming couriers bills and other documents in manual register.
Responsible for statutory Compliances link Maintenance of all registers & record link Muster Roll Health
Inspection Book Over Time Register , C/off Register etc.
Responsible for Personal file updating of Employees Accountable for link between employees & management
Develop and implement HR and general admin policy/procedures
Responsible for training and orientation, recruitment and joning formalities , and administration work.
Man Power management in order to minimum the Man Power for Maximum output. Salary / Wages administration
