 To assist HR manager in hiring procedure, screening of candidates & coordinating
interviews.
 Organize the recruitment and resourcing functions for the business with particular
emphasis sourcing and retaining key skills (including new starter inductions and
probation process).
 I was promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization.
 Review and implement all applicant data/diversity monitoring recording.
