RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Review existing HR Policies, Procedures and Practices detailed in the Employee Handbooks.
 Oversee the Management of personnel records including benefits, insurance and personnel transactions such
as hires, promotions, employee transfers, performance reviews, and employee statistics.
 Provide special employee relations advice and guidance with particular respect to disciplinary, grievance and
absence, to ensure acceptable levels of employee performance.
 Contribute in leading the development, implementation and standardization of cost effective HR processes,
