Administration
There is no generic role for Administration Manager while it tide's well together
with Human Resources Manager to be a professional to do his job. Must be well known
by those duties which vary according to the size of the employing organization. However,
responsibilities typically include: organizing meetings, arranging appointments, booking
transport and accommodation, ordering stationery and furniture, dealing with
correspondence, complaints and queries, preparing letters, presentations and reports,
supervising and monitoring the work of secretarial, clerical and administrative staff,
managing office budgets, implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative
systems, delegating tasks to junior employees, organizing induction programs for new
employees, ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date, using a range of
software packages, keeping personnel records, monitor vehicles by using appropriate
System and supervising on the Security & Safety Branch.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Recruitment, hiring and employee relations in departments.
 Utilize HRB to maximize efforts to screen, hire and maintain employee information.
 Interpreting policies and procedures to ensure agency vision, mission and goals are
achieved.
 Investigating and providing guidance on employee relations issues through progressive
disciplinary process.
 Keep current with employment law and HR regulations to ensure regulatory compliance.

 Counseling and mentoring employees and Management team to provide impartial
determination to employee issues and to seek an effective resolution.
 Member of Strategic Management Team that aligned business objectives with employee.
 Identifying vacancies, post open job; screen, interview, and match applicant with open
positions, background and reference checks, extend offerings and employee on-boarding.
 Administering all benefits such as medical and dental, life insurance, supplemental life

skilled employees.
 Evaluating, developing and executing all policies and procedures for both different plants
and Divisions.
 Working closely with the insurance company for Workers Compensation and Disability
and sick/injured employee to facilitate their return to work to lower cost to company.
 Creating and managing HR budget.
 Handling the payroll, compensation and benefits administration.
 Involved in full recruiting life cycle & end to end recruitment, such as referencing,
company’s own database, Job Portals i.e. Target , Kawader and networking tools such as
Linkedin.
 Hiring resources within the stipulated average salary of LOB (Line of Business).
 Responsible for mentoring new team members in the recruitment process and various
active requirements.
 Handling the payroll, compensation and benefits administration.
 Providing leadership, management, coaching, monitoring and direction to the employees
to achieve targets.
 Planning and structuring of job advertisements on job portals.

 Implemented and applied HR module in SAP business one HANA Project.
 Provided business consultancy within the HR business Process sector.

- Providing information and assistance to staff, supervisors and managers on human
resource and work related issues:
 Developing and implementing a human resources plan and personnel management
policies and procedures
 Promoting workplace safety.
